I went in today for a Notary service with no appointment. Both the owner and Kim were there and greeted me promptly. They were friendly informative and helped multiple customers at the same time. Kim performed my notary service and she was fast and efficient. She let me know that there is always an employee there trained in notary and Livescan services in the store for walk-ins during business hours. I will definitely be back for my business and shipping needs. Thank you both! read more

5 stars isn't enough. They deserve 10. I had to get urgent legal mail certified for my friend that's out of state within 4 minutes til closing time. (Yep, I unfortunately was that person today.) I was faced with patience, grace, and kindness from the same wonderful man who answered the phone at 6:50 pm. I told him I was coming from Staples, my ETA was 656, and I know they close at 7 and I'm so sorry. He was calm and assured me that I can come anyway. He waited for me. I was frantic and squirrelly af making sure I had everything my friend needed and if it was done correctly. Thank you for staying open an extra 5 minutes for me. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone to come here for mail or to get things notarized!! Reasonably priced. Thank you for being kind while the world is not so much right now. A million stars out of a millions stars would recommend. Again, thank you for everything and all your help! Sir, idk if you own the place, if you're a manager, or an employee, but you deserve all the praise, accolades, and the biggest raise you can get (max annual payout). :) May you, your family, your location, and business thrive and be blessed immeasurably. read more

Highly commendable customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The proprietor's exceptional kindness and assistance in managing my passport application were truly appreciated. read more

I went here to get a passport photo. If you've never tried to renew your passport online, you need to upload a passport photo that meets their stringent guidelines. I tried 2 other passport photo places and the photos were rejected. One of those places tried 3 times and couldn't get it. Not only was my photo at this Postal Annex accepted, he allowed me to open my saved application for the renewal and upload the photo from his computer. He also offered a discount since I needed only a digital photo. Do not, do not, DO NOT go anywhere else for a passport photo. The service was friendly and helpful. The product was excellent, and I could not have had a better overall experience. I will be looking up the products and services they offer and using them every time I need those products and services. It is great to be treated well and get what you need!!! read more

Refreshing! Went to drop some packages off. Found by mistake. I'm so glad we did. The gentleman I spoke to was very possibly one of the nicest people I've been in contact with for a very very long time. He was very helpful. Explained some things that I was curious about regarding shipping and getting items scanned. Getting receipts for items shipped. Stupid stuff. But stuff I didn't know for sure about. He explained he's a notary. Not one bit pushy or in a hurry. Very nice experience. Wish he was closer to my home. read more

I called asking about their live scan fingerprint service. The young lady on the phone gave me the store hours just in case I couldn't go in as a walk in. I arrived and was greeted by everyone working there. The same young lady on the phone took my finger prints. She was very kind and professional. She gave me the price before we started. I do not know if that's a reasonable price but I wouldn't mind paying again for the service I received. Every customer that walked in was treated just as kind.
