Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.

She told me she would most likely cut into the collectible stickers, although there was almost an inch of room for the spiral bound. When I asked her to show me how much they would cut, she continued to say she couldn't tell me but that they would most likely cut into the stickers although you don't need more than an inch for the spiral bound. It was almost like she was assuring me she would damage the book. I asked her if there was anybody else that could help me, she said she was the lead and if I didn't "trust" her I can go to the San Bernardino store. That was enough for me to leave, I asked for her name and corporate number. She said her name was Nancy, and when I asked again for corporate number she walked away and said "google it". I asked her again for the number since I didn't have my phone on me, she repeated "I said Google it". There was another associate behind her, i said are you able to help me, she said "No" so quick and didn't even look at me. I said can I get your name as well, she ignored me, I asked twice and got nothing. Nancy came back in and I asked her for her coworkers name, she refused to give it to me. I informed her as a lead she shouldn't allow her associate to provide horrible customer service as well. She finally said her name was Alyssa but I'm 100% sure she was lying. I've been in several times where I've had to wait while the two women stand and chit chat while taping boxes and finishing paper work at the front desk. Today really bothered me because I came in and there was no wait however, I was in line for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged as the two women talked about eating whole grain crackers for lunch and hot dogs for dinner the laughed and talked casually as I waited to be helped this is not the service I'm used to. On top of that they are less than helpful in figuring where my missing package that was delivered on Friday but they say isn't there. That's the least of my worries but the customer service is now lacking.

The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don't provide a receipt. He didn't drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP. Or to the Business Bureau.
