Box to her address for the couple of months im down here. I'm 10+ hours from where i live and im not going to be moving down permanently. So when it took change of address to USPS the lady told me I needed something from my PO Box to be able to change my address but I told her I'm 10+ hours away. How do I get something from my PO Box and she said OK then I need something with your name on the new address, how am I supposed to get something with my name on the new address if I'm not gonna permanently be living there? I'm not gonna change my mom's stuff to me. He's gonna make it more difficult on her.. why is it so hard to just temporarily get my mail sent to my mom's house?

On this particular occasion, the lines were beyond horrendous! It was as if it were days away from Christmas! They were two equally long lines. One to pick up mail and the other to send out. I must say this location must be poorly led as there was not enough organization to handle the situation. It took 17 minutes to finally get to the counter. But I will say that after my encounter with Mr. Donald, it really made every minute worth waiting. His customer service was extraordinary as he was exemplary and had a million smile that surely changed the atmosphere for me. He was extremely professional in making sure I was completely satisfied before sending me on my way. It's employees like this that's really give USPS the distinction that it deserves. Just be aware the doors to the lobby are closed on Sundays in case you have a bigger envelope that won't fit in standard mailboxes out there.

Experience: I went there to simply drop off some mail, but it wasn't crowded at all. The parking lot is really small so I can't imagine how crowded the lot is during peak times.

Some of those, not all, are probably more suited to work in the back, away from the customers. I'm sure management knows who they are. The clerk who helped me (99) was friendly, helpful, explained my options, went over pricing, and apologized for leaving the counter while I was waiting next-in-line. There were actually 4 clerks at the counters, 2 were helping customers, after I got in line, 3 went to the back, didn't even acknowledge my presence. That's bad customer service, but if they're just in it for the retirement, they don't care, and it shows.

I opened the box to find two Amazon packages for two different people. This is one example of many including a bill and credit card statement showing as delivered on my informed delivery but was not in my mailbox and was never brought to me. I've also had a check never showing up and had to have the Payor stop pay and reissue. When I sent email to make them aware of the problem an employee who said she was "in charge" kept saying she is just a " a little person", also "just a tiny petson" and there was nothing she could do. When asked to speak to a higher up she refused. She told me she was busy and had to go. She should not be on that position. And the manager should be ashamed of himself for not taking the call. I did send a letter to the Consumer Advocate for USPS in Washington DC. I tracked the letter and they did receive it. I ask anyone having problems with the Beaumont post office of any kind to do the same.

They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! They handle everything I ever need from stamps to certified mail. The service is always top notch, friendly and efficient. During the holidays you might catch some decorations inside. I always look around at their selection for possible gift ideas or unique school supplies for my kids. Parking is usually available and not an issue.

The guy is nice enough he's just slow, maybe because he's newer. My biggest issue is that the delivery guy refuses to come to my house to pick up my packages now. He said he doesn't want to drive down the dirt road to get them. Crazy since Nuevo has lots of dirt roads, not sure why he can't get down mine. Not like there's not plenty of space to turn around!

Have had multiple documents straight up folded in half and SHOVED in the mailbox when the envelope very clearly stated Do Not Fold - Important Documents on the outside. Most recently I ordered a tin sign. It came in a bubble mailer and you could very clearly feel it was something solid inside. Our carrier decided to fold it in half like a taco and shove it in the mailbox instead of taking maybe a minute to just drop on the doorstep. Heck, she could've just tossed it on my driveway rather than destroying my property completely. Pure laziness from this carrier. A formal complaint has been filed with the USPS as well.

I am in town because I was recently displaced from my apartment due to issues with the building. It's been a relentless slog for 6 weeks and even longer dealing with the building issues. I was expecting the usual layers of bureaucracy from a USPS office but I have been in here twice, and each time I was stunned by how kind, calm, and helpful everyone has been. In the city I live in, I am pretty sure I would have been shuffled to the side for 45 minutes and might have even left without being helped. The individual who helped me at the front made sure they did everything they could to make my life easier while ensuring the front had coverage for the others who were in line. Everyone was so professional and lovely, I wish I could stay here forever. Running Springs truly has the nicest people and if I could only ever come to this Post Office again, I literally would. I have never felt inclined to right an effusive USPS Office review ever (and if you look at my profile, positive reviews are rare for me). Just to cover all the bases, the office is also very accessible and has easy parking. It's right off a main road so it's not a side quest to get to. It has ample parking (and is next to the Farmer's Market on Saturdays). It also has a ramp and stairs to enter. It's a more moderate size than other offices but it's clean, welcoming, and the people in line are genuinely kind and neighborly to each other. Everyone seems to know everyone here and because of that, it feels very homey. Thank you to everyone in this office.
