How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.

The tenants reported water leaks in the south-facing wall, under the sink, in the roof, and at a sliding door leading to the deck. We had mold upstairs and downstairs. Completely unsafe for the tenants. Often working with contractors, even when you are nearby, is challenging. Imagine my fears trying to "manage this" from afar. With Trevor, though, no worries! He was communicative, responsive, and sent pictures and documentation all throughout the process. He explained what he would do; how long it would take and provided a detailed estimate. Sealing all the leaks took weeks. But Trevor was there for us all the time. I never felt I needed to drive up and see for myself. Things are now sealed (with the help of another great contractor, John Forbess). Great team work between the two. We now have certifications and lab reports showing no mold or fungus. My wife and I feel so blessed to have found Trevor. Best yet, through out the ordeal, no surprise "add-on's" on the original price for the work. That is integrity! Hopefully, we will never have to go through anything like this again, with our other properties. But if we do, DryAgain will be my first call!

THIS COMPANY SAVED MY LIFE!…read more I previously had my apartment inspected and tested for mold by another company and thought they did a good job until I hired Trevor/DryAgain. Unfortunately, the other company missed a lot of water and moisture damage...not to mention MOLD! Trevor gets high marks for his professionalism, knowledge, diligence, efficiency and overall business acumen. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands, but never thought Trevor would actually end up saving my life. Trevor's empathy and compassion sets him apart from other companies. He is passionate about what he does, but he is even more passionate about customers' safety and wellbeing. Trevor makes you feel like you're family. And he takes care of you like you're a member of his. Sadly, mold was found throughout my apartment and was much worse than the other mold company had reported. In fact, my unit has been deemed uninhabitable. For more than two years, I had been feeling ill inside my apartment and consistently reported this to my uninterested landlord and his property management company, who blew off the previous mold inspection report which mainly focused on my master bedroom. I also reported mold to the health department several times, but still nothing was done. All that being said, I can truly say that Trevor saved my life because now both the landlord and the health department has to take immediate action. Had it not been for Trevor's instincts and efficiency, nothing would have been done and I would have to live or die with the consequences of mold exposure. I'm forever grateful to Trevor. When I called to ask about Andy, he told me I can either "come up here, or go" as in get off the phone. And this isn't the first time he has acted rudely to me, or to others I've seen. The store is often unorganized, and not all the packages get scanned in sometimes. There have been occasions where I, and other customers of this place have shown up during business hours, and not on any holiday, and the store is closed. I have received other peoples mail/packages. I don't recommend this PO Box for these reasons, and again, poor management. I do not appreciate the manager, Andy, and his rude behavior towards me. Unprofessional. I would encourage spending your money at another PO Box.

Michael was able to make me feel immediately comfortable and welcomed questions which made the entire experience warm and inviting. As a newbie in the technical aspects of cycling I am often times intimidated to ask "DUMB QUESTIONS" but in the privacy of the fit studio I was able to machine gun fire away questions and questions and received great answers from an experienced rider/coach/fitter. Of the few other bike fit systems I've researched I found that a lot of the focus is on the bike fit to the individual but not so much on how the individual can constantly make improvements to accommodate the perfect fit. In ESSENCE, I was given a body assessment and given HOMEWORK to improve my cycling. So far this has added a whole new dynamic to my cycling. Not only am I focusing on retraining my muscles to efficiently maximize my cycling but I'm also focusing on the excercises prescribed to me by Michael to increase my fitness and comfort OFF the bike. Michael even followed up with me the day after to make sure I absorbed all the knowledge he hit me with! Communication has been awesome. As a final note on this, i want to add that I'm the type of person that has learned to deal w/ lifelong lingering pains from just being active in weightlifting, basketball and running. I don't think I've had a day in recent years where I've been "painfree". I've come to accept this as the norm for me (getting OLD haha). However, going to Kinetic Loop was an eye opening experience because I was able to test my problem areas and now have a plan that can really turn my life around.
