I went there with three envelopes that needed to go to the Netherlands, I received quotes of anywhere from $110-$175 for express delivery with various companies FedEx UPS DHL, I asked for a quote for USPS and she told me that she couldn't give me one because they won't mail by USPS when I've done it several times before as I was just trying to save it a trip to the post office. I ended up going to the post office and mailing each envelope to the Netherlands for $4.65 each with delivery within 15 days. That type of incompetence, it's not acceptable and I will never go there again. read more

My daughter had heard about this place from a friend. We went in for her to get her fingerprints done. She was in and out very quick. She did say that the girl that the girl that was there wasn't really of any help . When the scanner wouldn't work my daughter would just keep trying it. The girl didn't try to help her guide it. How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else. read more

The last a delivered package of mine but they made it right and ordered the product again for me. I respect that. Today is January 10. I was going to ship an eBay package via USPS ground advantage here. I asked her if it's more expensive to ship here than at the post office itself. The girl said "it may be a couple of bucks more" at this store, but she looked it up and it was $28 for a small package to Kentucky. So I went to the post office instead and the price was actually $16.28 for the same shipping method UPS ground advantage. That's a hell of a lot more than two bucks. In fact the shipping price here for USPS is almost double the USPS post office price. Think about that before you ship something like an eBay package where shipping costs are important. Another thing is if you're in a hurry you might find yourself here with only one person working the desk, doing Live Scans, while the line gets bigger and bigger and you might have to wait a few minutes. But the post office waits are about the same. read more

The ladies in here are truly so sweet and nice, but if you come in for a livescan, beware. I came in for a live scan 3 months ago and didn't get results back until last week. The fingerprints were rejected, so i decided to give them another shot with my resubmisson. That also got rejected as of yesterday. I think having better trained employees who know how to take quality fingerprints would help instead of guessing that the fingerprints are good to use. The price for my live scan was also expensive. It was 99 dollars. I will unfortunately have to get my livescan done somewhere else since i need them immediately. I think the service here is great. The personality of the workers is very upbeat, and there is some level of effort that i greatly appreciate. I would probably come back here for mail related things, but for livescans, i dont think so. read more

Negative stars if I could. There is a CRISIS in our Country and this place said "masks are optional". ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! I left and took my business somewhere else and won't ever be back. This business is a prime example of why humans are dying and cases are up. 1hr later: a text went out to update the stay at home order due to the spread of the virus. And if you go out for essential items to wear your mask. Will this business now cooperate? I sure hope so. I have errands to run myself and I choose to take precautions thats why I walked out. This place has gone downhill since new ownership it's unbearable. Nobody is trained now, always new girls. I spend hundreds a month to ship things per month and when I use to go in to ship something out it was fast and easy. Now if you go in they can't find your saved addresses in the computer, or the girl doesn't know what she's doing on the computer. 50 minutes to do 4 FedEx envelopes. Also the prices have gone insanely up. 85 dollars to ship an envelope when at ups it's 49, postal annex it's 54. Here it's 85. But honestly the prices don't bother me at all, I pay for convenience. I went to 1 stop Mail shop because I needed to get a paper notarized in order for me to continue my process in getting my real I.D. drivers license. I went on a Saturday and Valerie was there to assist me. There we two ladies ahead of me that Valerie was assisting with their live scan finger printing for a voluntering with an organization they were in. When it came my turn, Valerie notarized the papers and gor it mailed out for me to reach it's destination by Monday. The shop is clean, has supplies for you to ship things, has a range of inventory of novelties, and there are mailboxes for you to rent instead of getting one at the actual post office. You can get your pages delivered there instead of your home if you are worried about porch pirates in your neighborhood. I checked on Monday and my paperwork arrived when she said it would. I got what I needed mailed back to me so I could continue my process within the time frame I needed. Everything was reasonably priced and I will be using their services from now on. read more
