    I went to this Office Depot in Redlands as part of my errands this past weekend. I had several documents that needed to be printed. I only had cash on me so I needed a customer service rep to print and make copies off the flash drive I brought since the self-service printers only take credit cards. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but Jose notified me the girl who I was waiting for hadn't taken her lunch break the past hour, he was going to give her her break and allow me to self-print all my items, still being able to pay cash once the receipt was printed. I appreciated the fact he was trying to give his employee a break that should have been taken earlier. The reason why she didn't take her break prior is because she had been helping customers nonstop. Jose put some kind of an over ride to the printer I was using. Once I was finished with my prints, Eva, the cashier up front, was helpful in applying my 20% off discount while Jose brought a brown document paper bag to hold all of my prints This was great service to me. Not sure why I read some pretty bad reviews. I hope this one helps those trying to make up their minds in going here or not. I do recommend this place. Thank you again to both Eva and Jose for helping me out! I appreciate you both assisting me!

    Opens early staff was helpful ! I would go back and do business again. The copy and print prices were good and machine was simple.

    Self-Service printers don't work. No one helped me nor even looked over at me as I was clearly asking for help.

    Printing line is horrible. One hour to print flyers. They don't have enough people working. It's horrible.

    Don't use printing services the employees are awful and the printing came out all wrong. The manager is no help either!

    This is my in town go to spot for anything postal related. Always much faster than the post office…read moreand there's never a shortage of fun things for sale. They handle everything I ever need from stamps to certified mail. The service is always top notch, friendly and efficient. During the holidays you might catch some decorations inside. I dont appreciate the fake response and the lies acting like they are all innocent. I never did anything wrong and I was always happy and cheerful when I went in there. (god forbid a customer get upset, they dont care!!! they dont need your business! they are not afraid to show it!) A few times I got there 5 mins before closing they wouldn't let me in.. thats when the trouble started... Service has just gone down the drain about a year ago and I am just Done... It was strange how I could never get through on the phone for no reason so when I asked about it the girl gave me a really ugly attitude that was really rude and mean.. (got forbid Im standing right there calling on my cell & they are ignoring the phone ringing since I had it in my pocket while standing right in the store..) then I go to check the website for the next time... as they told me to.... and that didnt work cause I would drive all the way down there when they were supposed to be open.. I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! It really hurts my feelings!! : .....( I tried talking to them about it really nicely, I tried to make it work.... it was all of a sudden they became other people and stopped being courteous or appreciating the customers... I cant tell you how many times they over charged me for things like books that are supposed to be a set price.. Take your gaslighting BS and shove it!

I worked with a sales associate to try a chair in my house for 5 days. Before delivery, they confirmed date and time to deliver and the chair was used for 5 days. I never got confirmation that they were going to pick up the chair. However, on the fifth day, I got a knock on my door to pick it up while I was in a work meeting. My wife answered the door and, regretfully, let him in to get the chair. He poked his head in my home office and said he needed the chair. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting but he said he had to take the chair, which he rolled out of my office, while I had to finish my meeting standing up (very embarrassing). When I complained, to the store, I was told that the owner would call me. Instead, I got a terse email stating that they don't allow the chairs to stay longer than 5 days and I should have known it would be picked up because the email they sent two weeks earlier stated that it would be picked up on the day (no time stated). He offered no apology basically said it was my fault. I would NEVER buy from this store.
