Time after time again they have proven to me that making the drive out to patton PO is worth it every. single. time. My parents recently both passed and I am 25. I had no idea where my dad had the mail box keys, and I simultaneously lost my wallet with my personal ID. This post office refused to help me get a new key to my mailbox and suggested I research the proper documents I need to obtain to get a key switched out. Thankfully the supervisor (latino fellow) was helpful and nice given my situation. Besides the one supervisor however, all three ladies at the front counter hate their jobs and you can tell. They are very short in their responses, blunt, and treat you as if you are an inconvenience if you are not 100% up to speed on all the ins and outs of the processes. I went to get a passport for the first time. Made an appointment, brought all my documents, and expected to be allowed to fill out the form at the office due to not having access to a printer. Instead of politely explaining to me that due to time constraints they cannot allow me and I must reschedule, I was told "Its your responsibility to ensure you have all forms and documents needed for your appointment, you should have came and grabbed a form before your appointment" (mind you this is after I was told they dont provide the forms). I went to the Post Office off of Patton today, and although I had filled out the form in blue ink due to my ignorance of that rule, the man said "dont worry! we wont turn you away! just go ahead and go copy it onto that form in the back and we'll get ya settled!". And yes there were other customers they were helping. 0 out of 10 for the PO in Highland, I will never step foot in here again. Customer service is laughable.

I had a very frustrating experience at this USPS office on 3/7/26 around 12:20 PM. I waited in line…read morefor about 35 minutes only to leave without getting anything done. The older white lady at the counter was moving extremely slow, which is clearly part of the reason the line was so long. When it was finally my turn, she ripped the label off my package and told me I had to purchase a new label because I wasn't shipping Priority. Instead of simply telling me to write my information directly on the box, she removed the label and forced me into a situation where I had to buy another one. I use USPS for all of my shipping, but this experience was very disappointing. The lack of customer service and basic communication was frustrating. I will not be coming back to this location again. Who's ever in charge needs to address this asap!

I'll try to keep this short and sweet as possible. I've had two wonderful back-to-back experiences…read moreat this UPS location, and both truly meant more to me than the staff probably realized. My first visit was on 11/08 with Christina or Christine, I wish I remembered her name perfectly because she was incredible. I live with severe agoraphobia, and that day I was also mailing something very emotional. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and apologized for being a little scattered. She showed nothing but patience and kindness. We ended up having the loveliest conversation while she helped me through the process, and she genuinely calmed me down. My second visit was today, 12/1, with Samantha, and once again I was met with the same warmth and compassion. Lines are very hard for me, especially knowing people are waiting behind me, but she made the whole experience feel easy with simple conversation and kindness. Not many people truly understand agoraphobia, but both of these women treated me with such grace and zero judgment. Their kindness mattered more than they'll ever know. I am incredibly grateful for them and for the care they showed during moments that were very hard for me.

This building is beautiful, historic building, appears to be downtown by transportation hub. Lots of ppl who using public transportation for work, great hustle and bustle. The old gentleman was pleasant and made me laugh after he pointed out UPS NOT USPS LOL. The parking is dangerous, cars are swiping by at high speed, big busses and trucks not a safe parking location.
