I recently had an appointment to apply for my infant's passport. We arrived a few minutes late, and there was also a long line that added to it, and I understand that the office could not honor our appointment due to their policy. I am not upset about that. What was upsetting was the way my family and I were treated. The staff were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. There was no reason for us to be spoken to or treated that way. This was already our third visit regarding our child's passport. During a previous visit, we were told that walk-ins were accepted, but when we returned as instructed, we were told they no longer accepted walk-ins. The inconsistent information has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I understand that passport offices can be busy, and I respect that the staff have policies they must follow. However, every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future families, especially those traveling with infants, have a better experience. read more

I had a very frustrating experience at this USPS office on 3/7/26 around 12:20 PM. I waited in line for about 35 minutes only to leave without getting anything done. The older white lady at the counter was moving extremely slow, which is clearly part of the reason the line was so long. When it was finally my turn, she ripped the label off my package and told me I had to purchase a new label because I wasn't shipping Priority. Instead of simply telling me to write my information directly on the box, she removed the label and forced me into a situation where I had to buy another one. I use USPS for all of my shipping, but this experience was very disappointing. The lack of customer service and basic communication was frustrating. I will not be coming back to this location again. The counter staff at this location are great! They are friendly and efficient. I got there this morning at 8:50am only to discover they don't officially open until 9am. But, to my pleasant surprise, they actually opened at 8:55am. Had a good experience today at this Post Office on Redlands Blvd. thanks to a helpful clerk named Joy. Usually I avoid this location unless I need the mail/package to go out ASAP due to this post office being the Processing/ Distribution Center . So I went into the regular line and the lady says we have to get photo and come back because the camera is broke even we booked a photo appointment. By far, the best post office in the Inland Empire! I frequent this location quite often because I mail several packages and drop off mail here. The services they offer are plenty from an variety of shipping methods, passport services, post office box rentals, self-serve kiosks, and products for purchase such as stamps and other shipping necessities. You won't have a hard time looking for the large post office building on the corner of New Jersey and Redlands Blvd. And they have plenty of parking spaces with a convenient parking layout as with most post offices I've visited. If you're in a hurry and already have stamped envelopes to mail out, they have two driveways you can pull into to drop off your mail. The interior is outdated but is kept clean. The have a few large counter spaces if you need to put your package(s) together or sort mail. Whatever it is, there's plenty of space you can utilize. What makes this post office stand out from other post offices in the area is the excellent customer service. About 99% of the times I've come in, the employees always greet me and have a pleasant attitude. Another reason I like coming here is because no matter how long the lines are, the transactions are always quick. Paid $200 for 1 year PO Box and they weren't capable of matching the numbers and putting it in my box. Each month my checks were returned to my clients, so embarrassing and when you ask the front desk why they keep sending my mail back they are completely clueless. Even though I wasn't able to use the PO Box for the first 2 months you will be charged for 3 months if you ask for a refund. How is that even legal? I never got to use the box but was out automatically $50 for choosing this crappy place to have a PO Box at. Hire educated people PLEASE! read more

Gotta love a post office with extended hours, especially during the holidays! Regular hours are 9am to 7:30 pm weekdays and 9a-4p on Saturday. They have an automated kiosk in the PO box lobby so you can do most things automagically after hours. They also do passports, mailing supplies, PO boxes and so forth. A-plus in my book! read more

It's a post office & tax day, they extended their hours until 1030 PM. There's an auto kiosk in the lobby, but I still like a human-- 3 windows open, the line was OUT the DOOR on Tax day 5pm and I only waited 1 Hour. NOT BAD. I thought I was in for a DMV like experience, but they were informative and efficient. Even pleasant and jokey. Parking lot is a one way type lot, so on tax day, I parked across the street at Applebee's and walked over to avoid waiting to back out of a spot. Everyone's in such as hurry to wait at the stop light. Not the best neighborhood, I crossed the street and during that short jaunt, I passed 3 urbanely challenged peeps wanting something. So hide your car belongings out of view--even if it's just an apple phone charger--those go on ebay for 10$. read more

I want to express my sincerest appreciation to the staff member who took the initiative and kindness to mail me the bag of 2016 tax documents I inadvertently left inside the post office, several months ago. My eyes are filled with tears of relief and gratitude. This is a big deal for two reasons. First I did not know they were missing. I've had the worst experiences here with the staff. On a rare occasion they can be friendly but more often than not they are angry, rude, and incapable of giving good communication. On 3/15/21 I came in at 4:30pm with my prepackaged mail to be sent and I had a prepaid label in which I wasn't sure if I needed a specific box for the contents. I was being "helped" by a male with the name tag Johnson. His window had the "next window " sign to indicate he was not open for customers so I did not even bother going over there and patiently waited for my turn with the other clerks. However, Johnson called me over by saying "come on girl". So I went over to his desk and proceeded to give the ready packages to him. I then asked about the label I was unsure about and he got up to get me a box and then threw a label envelope to the counter so I used common sense and put the items in the box and label in the label envelope and stood there as he left. I thought maybe he went to get tape that I could buy, however he did not come back. A co worker of his named Carina noticed I had been standing there a while and so she asked if I was helped I said I thought I was being helped but he hasn't come back. She then told me she was sorry and she thinks he went on break. That would have been something that Johnson could have communicated to me, I would have greatly appreciated that. So she called me over to her desk and let me know that they do not have tape to sell to me, which I find so very odd that a post office doesn't have tape to sell. I ended up leaving without mailing because I wasn't able to. I really appreciate and value the postal service, I wish that their employees could be as grateful. In this crazy time it's imperative to understand having any job is a blessing and giving out what you would want to receive is just as important. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I mailed a package priority mail on 1/30 from Jamestown, NM. It's been sitting in the San Bernardino sorting center since 2/2 I call the USPS, all they can tell me is the machine isn't reading the information, so it gets put into a hand sort pile, and could take "who knows how long before those people get around to sorting it and sending it to its final stop." (The operators exact words" Can't call the sorting center, because they don't have a number available to reach them at. I'm just supposed to sit idly by, while the package I paid extra to get to its location on time, SITS IN A PILE OF MAIL FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG!!!! This is complete crap! It's no wonder the USPS operates in the red. If I ran MY business this way, I'D BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! read more

I never understood why people hated the post office. The women that used to work here were all very nice, even the older heavyset lady who never smiled was very nice. However I think they have new people that have started and the change in front line staff is very unwelcoming, especially a guy named Reshuan( I'm pretty sure that's his name). So I went to the post office on Tuesday after hours to use the self serving kiosk, I guess everyone had the same idea because there were about 7 other people in line and it took a solid 30 min until it was my turn. However the women in from of me had used the last bit of ink in the machine and the kiosk was no longer working, so I left and came back today. The line really wasn't too bad only a 2 or 3 people waiting to see a person, but it was the shift change and i was the first person to see Reshuan. So I pull out my 3 boxes and he looks at them and looks absolutely disgusted. So he turns to his coworker and says do we take this clear brown tape, and she politely says yes we do. And he turns back to me and I simply tell him that there are only clothes in my boxes. His coworker then walks up to him and they talk about breaktimes and he seems super annoyed at that point and now my attitude is changing. I just want to get away from this guy. So I go to use my debit card and the machine isn't reading the chip so I'm like alright what's next and he's like "there's a processes, just keep putting your card in the card reader. We need to do it 5 times. It's a process." So I keep trying and am past annoyed with his condescending behavior so I ask if I can talk to his manager and he says "it's a process" at this point I want to say "fuck your process, I want to talk to your manager" but instead I ask if he's new, and he's like "no I'm not new, your just being rude" and starts talking under his breath about me so I'm like "I need to talk to your manager" and I wait in the next cubical while I hear him talking to the manager about me. Even after he told her I wanted to talk to her she talks to other customers instead of me. I have never felt so disrespected, I will never come back to this post office. read more
