New ownership is garbage here. Original employees are still great but the owner is doing changes that are ridiculous. Example is charging to shred. WE'VE BEEN CUSTOMERS SINCE 2021 AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE!! And you treat us who have been dedicated to this business for many years. We have a UPS store closer to us but we chose this one because the customer service was exceptional until the new ownership. Signed up for a notary appointment and without notification when I showed up they just told me they weren't doing notary that day.

Usually I give good ratings only. But this store is something else. I get to store at 6:03 to get fingerprints ( not a livescan) and she tells me the person who does livescan is gone at 6:00! She suggested I come back the next day at 10-3. That tells me they are on time. Ok, I came back the next day and they didn't open until 10 after 10. On top of it, the clerk was rude and unhappy woman and was talking over the guy clerk who was trying to be helpful. The store needs to look into it and hire better customer service. I continue to be impressed with this UPS store. Sure, I drop off Amazon returns almost weekly, and there's always a warm welcome and a friendly smile. But my small business does a lot of shredding, and I often have to drop off from 5-9 banker-boxes of files to go into their locked shredding bins. I've received wonderful customer service from every staff member every single time. I wish I knew everybody to mention each of them by name, but Nathan has always been particularly helpful. This is not my first experience with third-party shredding operations, and once at another not-to-be-named place the "store policy" was to not lift a finger to get those boxes dumped. Not so here! Nathan and the other staff are very helpful, with a hands-on attitude that always endears me to this shop. So thanks again, to the UPS Store on Barton in the Stater Plaza, for superior customer service and just being so pleasant. read more

This location offers very poor customer service. The manager rather hide in the back when his staff gets out of hand and raise their voice at the customer because he's to weak to come out and help. The staff (females) are very unprofessional and act as if they're still in middle school. Good luck to anyone trying to return a package or conduct any business. After a 5 star visit and reading the reviews here I just had to add my own. I walked in to process a Live Scan app. I was helped immediately and we were done with the process in no time. I've had my mail service here since around May 2021 and appreciated the efficiency of the process. I visit about 3 or 4 times a month, with Amazon returns, prints needed, and mailing out packages. I actually enjoy coming to this location even when just picking up mail. They greet you when you arrive and leave, the team service is great, and they're always so pleasant. I'm all about customer service, having been in customer service myself for a few decades. Someone is doing something right here! For the staff to be as helpful as they are, so appreciate them. Trust me when I say you will get great service at this location. I've been to plenty of other UPS stores that I refuse to go back to because of the attitudes and staff making everyone feel as though you're an imposition. Not the team here! I had a package that was accidentally sent to my house. It had a UPS label on it and so I dropped it off here, so that way, it could be sent to the right address. The workers were super attentive and started to collaborate to find a solution and get the package to its rightful home. I'm not really sure what happened after I left but I can tell that they were a competent group and I left it in good hands. The one by my house has a rude older man that runs it and he is very unpleasant to deal with and will hardly speak to you. He won't give tracking receipts unless you insist. I have used the notary service, mailed packages, dropped off numerous Amazon returns and I am always amazed at what an easy process it is at this store. And when I have a question regarding one of their services, they take the time to explain details. I came this store for an Amazon drop off, which I had unknowingly improperly packaged. Lily not only guided me on what needed to be done, but also took the time to help me re-organize the package! I also needed to send a letter to the franchise tax board. She counseled me that this type of mail should be sent via Certified mail, rather than basic shipping with a tracking number. This UPS store did not have capabilities for certified mail, so she directed me to the closest UPS store that did! Amazing service all around, and a wonderful experience! read more

I don't think that I have ever asked a business if they did survey's, but after being helped by Lily today, I had to. She was courteous, professional, and friendly. Lily went above and beyond to make sure that the pics I was sending to my son in boot camp were what I wanted (she even went out of her way to cut and trim them for me). After walking out of the location at 700 E Redlands Blvd(horrible customer service), around 3:20p, I rushed to the Barton Rd location. I had to take a passport photo. I got another photo beforehand and while the person taking my picture was very nice at the first place, I didnt get a good photo. I went to this UPS Store for a new picture. The associate who took my photo, Leslie, was so helpful and friendly. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I got a photo I was happy with.
