I had an extremely disappointing experience with this print shop. I spent a significant amount of time organizing and preparing approximately 50 documents and emailed them as instructed for printing. Instead of receiving the services I requested, all of my documents were allegedly shredded, causing me substantial inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. Important documents that I entrusted to this business were destroyed without my authorization or any reasonable opportunity to correct the situation. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly during my interactions with this business. Based on my experience, I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how customers are treated. Wink-Wink Now, when I entered the front door this gentleman had his shoulder bag and was about to open door the back door to leave, (Because, you know how We do it, when it is time to go home it is like the cartoon Fred Flintstone-E-Yabba-Dabba-Do! Fred couldn't care less after he heard that Loud sound WORK was O-V-E-R!) Lol's Thank God the owner was NOT like Fred Flintstone. When I walked in it was 5:00 pm, and I said, "Sir, can you please help me?" and he politely said, "We're closed." I said, "I only have two sheets to fax and I have to send it out today." He knew from my tone I was exhausted from this hot weather and was genuine with crying out for help. The owner said, "Okay." He had no idea I was crying inside from God blessing me with an Angel at this very moment. What was so amazing someone was calling him, (To make sure he was on his way. Yes, I was ear hustling-Laughing my butt off). I thought that was so intriguing. Whomever, it was they wanted to make sure the owner was safe and that is an Excellent Safety Practice. He placed his shoulder bag on the chair, politely took my 2 documents, fax them, returned them and gave me the confirmation sheet. I know he got tired of me thanking him-Smile Moving forward, this will be my New Copy and Print Shop. The owner is a blessing to be around this area. Seriously they saved my butt. I had a last minute job to print menus and Tri folds and se day printed me 1000 sheets. Thank goodness for the owner he was so honest and diligent. I went back for stickers to place on my wall for my business and he provided an amazing quality low tac vinyl that when I put on the wall it was better than drilling nails and framing.. and cheaper! I have come here several times to print off emails, forms, bookmarks and party invitations. Today I printed 4x6 invitations on Cardstock. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. They even do a test print of invitations so I can make changes if necessary. They even cut out my invitations! read more

I had some old photos from the early 1930s on a digital thumb drive. I took over to Copy Plus to see if they could print them for me. The quality was not very good considering the age of the originals and they were black and white. They did an AMAZING JOB!!! Do not come here for FedEx services, they charge you for what should be free. He was supposed to just scan the barcode on my phone and print my label, which is free at other FedEx locations but somehow that amounted to a charge for using the computer for ten minutes, absolutely ridiculous and going to call FedEx about this. read more

Lazy employees if you have a computer with a printer you are better off doing it yourself. 3 seconds on the computer I was charged a dollar fifty when all I really needed was them to print out a copy. Uber and Lyft are too big companies I'm sure I'm not the first person who came in asking for this form. They did a really good job with some laminating and printing for me. I got a 3 page front and back job with binding for 5 dollars each. I needed about 20 copies. BUT wanted to use the yelp deal ($30 for $50) and they said if I used that they would have to charge me more for each job. So TIP: Just call for pricing and they will give you good deals. Very good turn around times too, only took them a day. I'd come back here in a heartbeat before heading to an overpriced Kinko's or UPS store. read more

I came in for fingerprinting, The old man who worked in there was very rude. He snatched my passport out of my hand when I already told him I had to check to see which one was mine because I was also carrying my boyfriends. He had no patience. He told me multiple times not to press next on my directions on the computer, I said okay . He told me I was not going to listen to him and press next anyways and if I don't listen he won't help me. I came here for fingerprint work. The man was rude and not that friendly. While doing my work he told me "you don't work hard do you?" I'm not sure whatt he leaves at by that. Talk about fast...Al is the best! I had a 4:00 p.m. job interview and needed to start from scratch on some brand new business cards and copies of my resume. This was a lot to ask: I called Al at about 10:30 a.m. On the same day, at 1:00 p.m., I picked up 500 brand new custom made business cards and ten copies of my resume.
