Went in on a Friday afternoon to ship a package overnight and the guy told me that it will be there Saturday before 1130 am never made it Saturday morning and I call Monday and the assistant manager told me overnight it's a business day over night witch made no sense because I asked the guy are you sure it will be there Saturday morning I asked him a few times and he said yes it will be there Saturday morning if I knew that I would of just shipped it regular shipping and mind you i payed for overnight $115.39 I will not be using UPS again I'll start using FedX I don't see no reply option So this is to customer service what else you want me to explain I said it all and no thank you I shipped something with FedEx overnight and they got it already read more

I had an internet system to bring back from a cable company. This store was responsive in assuring me that it was indeed free and that the cable company would know that it was me because of the serialized numbers on the items. Once again the UPS store 7261 in Rialto at the Renaissance shopping center doesn't stop employing such wonderful people. Steve a sales associate at the store was beyond professional. I hesitate to have companies print private documents especially pictures but it was very important for legal reasons that I have these. Without asking Steve respected my privacy by avoiding even looking at the pictures. I didn't even have to ask him to not look at the pictures. He was professional and completely respected my privacy even before I asked him. Some people would have taken a look just to be nosey and some people would have looked just to make sure they came out correctly but Steve took the initiative to hand me the pictures and allow me to judge the quality of them. He helped me out with 3 different requests and still asked if I needed any help with anything else. He was friendly, respectful, courteous, and very attentive. I don't usually have issues with this location but a new hire has made bringing in Amazon returns not only a hassle but always a scene. First time I encountered this worker she was scanning my packages and after every scan I could hear a beep. With one one of the packages I did not hear the beep so I asked if it was scanned correctly. She said yes without even checking. I thought ok she knows what she's doing, I walk out with a label that has a a list of confirmation numbers that correlate with each return that was scanned along with their weight but problem is I only see four different confirmation numbers instead of five. I returned five items so then I think ok no she did not scan one item. I go back in and tell her she did not scan one item because I don't see it on the label. She looks confused and says did you give me 5 items? I say yes I did. She says and you didn't return this another time? I look at her and say no I did not. If you pull the items out of the box I can show you which items they where and we can compare them to the confirmation numbers that they have been tagged with. Apparently they taped up the box and no longer have access to the items. I'm like ok well I gave you the items I need confirmation you received them. She tells me well they're in the box, Amazon will get your items either way. I look at her and say it doesn't work like that, they need to be scanned into your system for me to get credit that they were returned via ups. Even if Amazon physically obtains my items it they weren't scanned and labeled they won't give me credit, they're not gonna go looking through different accounts to see who these items belong to. She finally calls another girl (blonde) who says just to rescan everything and print out another confirmation label. As I'm walking out with the new confirmation label i hear the blond girl yell " yea merry Christmas to you too! and God bless!" But I know just by the tone she's saying it and how's she's yelling it its as if i were a rude customer who made a huge scene when truth is I was calm and composed the whole time. I never gave attitude, I didn't raise my voice or become angered at any point. I was neutral. As a registered nurse not a lot can get me angered or to the point of giving anyone attitude. Being neutral in stressful situations is part of my practice. I just wanted confirmation I dropped off my package, I didn't need the hassle of upset employees all because I asked for further assistance. The second interaction I had with this auburn/red haired worker was when I brought in more returns last Friday. I know she recognized me right away and I could tell she was ready to add her opinions at any opportunity. I was hoping I wouldn't give her one. But the last package I had was a sealed tiny box that was clearly holding jewelry. It was sent to me like that by Amazon. The code I provided her said packaged by customer. She told me she couldn't accept it and if I didn't have an Amazon bag I can buy one of theirs. This was a little strange to me considering that I've returned items in their original packaging before just as they were sent to me without hassle. I asked her why she needed me to buy a bag if she was going to put this item in one of their plastic bags and label it. She said well it says customer packaged. I told her it is packaged. She said "ok but it's small so if someone comes and steals it that's not on us" I'm looking at this girl in her eyes and I ask "who is going to come and steal it?" She said I'm just saying we aren't liable for anything lost. I look at her and say it's fine just scan it into your system, put it in your bag, seal and label it just like with everything else. She huffs and shakes her head and throws it in the bag and labels it like I just made a huge scene again. I'm sorry but anyone reading this if you're in a position of authority at ups please train or talk to this employee. She has auburn/red hair. And when she speaks it sounds like just working here is a problem for her. Please let her know that customers are not liable for packages stolen or lost after scanned and left at your store. As long as there is proof that the item was scanned and checked in at ups Amazon tends to cover the costs of lost packages but if it's not scanned then there's no proof it was returned. According to Amazon even if they physically receive an item they need that item to be scanned and labeled (both must happen) for them to do a return. If they do not physically receive an item but a customer has proof of return to ups they cover the costs. I have done shredding, mailing, and I wanted to start paying for more services (monthly fees) to have my packages and mail delivered directly to this store but now I'm thinking I need to go somewhere else for business. read more

I always get anxious about returning Amazon packages but this ups store went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get all of my packages (at least 16!!!) out in the same visit! Erik and Karina were super patient, even with a network issue, they kept their cool and figured it out in minutes! I came to this store years ago and it was no good, BUT things have changed. Diego helped me through my international shipping. It took a little bit of time, because it was confusing.
