This is my go to UPS store for shipping, mailing or Amazon returns. The service is quick & easy. I just recently used them to do a notary service & the quality was great @ $15 which is the common cost value of this service. They are located in a large marketplace near restaurants & a theatre. read more

I had a smooth and pleasant experience at the UPS store in Rialto on Renaissance Parkway. The staff greeted me right away and worked quickly and kindly to help with my Amazon return. When I had trouble finding my QR code, Devin patiently walked me through the steps. Really appreciated the great customer service. read more

Horrible experience, I always ship ups and use my own boxes. Today I got told I had to purchase a box at this location instead of using my own. I asked if that was something new and the guy told me "at their location they have the clients get boxes" made no sense because I went to another ups in Rialto yesterday and they sent it no problem. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this service. Not worth coming here, I rather drive a little more for better service. read more

I never really write reviews, but this UPS location exceeds expectations, they are seriously the best. They are always offering a helping hand even if they're busy! I come in quite often and they're always so patient/kind with every customer including myself! You can just tell they have a great work environment and I applaud whoever the store manager is!! Great job to them all for being a great team, and I hope they never change! Thank you!!! read more

This site is amazing. I have been coming to this location since they opened and the staff is always so kind. Even if they are understaffed and busy they are sweet. I feel like whoever manages this place keeps their spirits high and it reflects in their service. The service is always swift and when it needs a bit more time they give it to the client without hesitation. Glad this is my site. read more

Walked in to drop off return package without label print out. On the return instruction it says UPS store can help to print.... not this one. was told by smirking clerk that it will cost $4.50 to print UPS label. Prices are ridiculous, you are paying for their use of internet when they are downloading the PDF Documents. Avoid this place at all and try to go to office max or fedex. I know Economy is hard these days but come on don't try to get rich abusing the necessity of other people when trying to get your services. Owner is the same as the one from my previous review on yelp, located on Riverside ave; Rialto ca. read more

I had an internet system to bring back from a cable company. This store was responsive in assuring me that it was indeed free and that the cable company would know that it was me because of the serialized numbers on the items. They boxed it up and gave me a receipt and I left on my merry way! I can rock with these people! If I have to go here again, I'll go back with a smile. read more

The store has a sign that says it's scheduled to open at 8:30am but it's almost 9am and still has not opened. That's not professional to leave people waiting. If their hours have changed then they need to post the new hours. read more

Once again the UPS store 7261 in Rialto at the Renaissance shopping center doesn't stop employing such wonderful people. Steve a sales associate at the store was beyond professional. I hesitate to have companies print private documents especially pictures but it was very important for legal reasons that I have these. Without asking Steve respected my privacy by avoiding even looking at the pictures. I didn't even have to ask him to not look at the pictures. He was professional and completely respected my privacy even before I asked him. Some people would have taken a look just to be nosey and some people would have looked just to make sure they came out correctly but Steve took the initiative to hand me the pictures and allow me to judge the quality of them. Thand you for respecting my privacy, being considerate and beyond professional, Steve. read more

I was expecting good service but in return, I got EXCEPTIONAL service. What a pleasant surprise ! I was assisted by one of the representatives, his name is Eric with the K. He helped me out with 3 different requests and still asked if I needed any help with anything else. He was friendly, respectful, courteous, and very attentive. While I was there, he also recommended other services they handle which I did not know I will be coming back for other services at that location. Don't ever get rid of Erik, he's awesome. read more

I don't usually have issues with this location but a new hire has made bringing in Amazon returns not only a hassle but always a scene. First time I encountered this worker she was scanning my packages and after every scan I could hear a beep. With one one of the packages I did not hear the beep so I asked if it was scanned correctly. She said yes without even checking. I thought ok she knows what she's doing, I walk out with a label that has a a list of confirmation numbers that correlate with each return that was scanned along with their weight but problem is I only see four different confirmation numbers instead of five. I returned five items so then I think ok no she did not scan one item. I go back in and tell her she did not scan one item because I don't see it on the label. She looks confused and says did you give me 5 items? I say yes I did. She says and you didn't return this another time? I look at her and say no I did not. If you pull the items out of the box I can show you which items they where and we can compare them to the confirmation numbers that they have been tagged with. Apparently they taped up the box and no longer have access to the items. I'm like ok well I gave you the items I need confirmation you received them. She tells me well they're in the box, Amazon will get your items either way. I look at her and say it doesn't work like that, they need to be scanned into your system for me to get credit that they were returned via ups. Even if Amazon physically obtains my items it they weren't scanned and labeled they won't give me credit, they're not gonna go looking through different accounts to see who these items belong to. She finally calls another girl (blonde) who says just to rescan everything and print out another confirmation label. As I'm walking out with the new confirmation label i hear the blond girl yell " yea merry Christmas to you too! and God bless!" But I know just by the tone she's saying it and how's she's yelling it its as if i were a rude customer who made a huge scene when truth is I was calm and composed the whole time. I never gave attitude, I didn't raise my voice or become angered at any point. I was neutral. As a registered nurse not a lot can get me angered or to the point of giving anyone attitude. Being neutral in stressful situations is part of my practice. I just wanted confirmation I dropped off my package, I didn't need the hassle of upset employees all because I asked for further assistance. The second interaction I had with this auburn/red haired worker was when I brought in more returns last Friday. I know she recognized me right away and I could tell she was ready to add her opinions at any opportunity. I was hoping I wouldn't give her one. But the last package I had was a sealed tiny box that was clearly holding jewelry. It was sent to me like that by Amazon. The code I provided her said packaged by customer. She told me she couldn't accept it and if I didn't have an Amazon bag I can buy one of theirs. This was a little strange to me considering that I've returned items in their original packaging before just as they were sent to me without hassle. I asked her why she needed me to buy a bag if she was going to put this item in one of their plastic bags and label it. She said well it says customer packaged. I told her it is packaged. She said "ok but it's small so if someone comes and steals it that's not on us" I'm looking at this girl in her eyes and I ask "who is going to come and steal it?" She said I'm just saying we aren't liable for anything lost. I look at her and say it's fine just scan it into your system, put it in your bag, seal and label it just like with everything else. She huffs and shakes her head and throws it in the bag and labels it like I just made a huge scene again. I'm sorry but anyone reading this if you're in a position of authority at ups please train or talk to this employee. She has auburn/red hair. And when she speaks it sounds like just working here is a problem for her. Please let her know that customers are not liable for packages stolen or lost after scanned and left at your store. As long as there is proof that the item was scanned and checked in at ups Amazon tends to cover the costs of lost packages but if it's not scanned then there's no proof it was returned. According to Amazon even if they physically receive an item they need that item to be scanned and labeled (both must happen) for them to do a return. If they do not physically receive an item but a customer has proof of return to ups they cover the costs. I have done shredding, mailing, and I wanted to start paying for more services (monthly fees) to have my packages and mail delivered directly to this store but now I'm thinking I need to go somewhere else for business. read more

I always get anxious about returning Amazon packages but this ups store went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get all of my packages (at least 16!!!) out in the same visit! Erik and Karina were super patient, even with a network issue, they kept their cool and figured it out in minutes! They both went out of there way to help me save time and get my pile of returns processed. I will definitely be back, probably with a token of appreciation for those two! read more
