This USED to be a good place for shipping and mailing supplies. But the owners have changed and now it's a waste of commercial space as well as the bowl haircut guy that knows absolutely nothing about customer service. The store is pretty much empty and the kids that work there are clueless, and half the time they close early. read more

This place charged me to pickup an item even though they are a DHL pickup point. I don't think that the charge was legitimate and when I asked DHL afterward they said that this is not the usual way that business is done. I reasonably mailed a item also purchased some other items. i used my debit card to pay. i check my bank statement and they had charged more than what was on my receipt. I return to inquire about it, i was told that it was debit or credit card fee. I was not informed about a card fee at the time of my purchase. I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here. read more

Missed my delivery packages from DHL,I had an option to pick up from DHL pick up point which is this store or requested DHL to redeliver again the next day.I should've request DHL to re deliver to my address instead picked up from this place,they charged money to pick up.Not recommended this store to hold your packages when you missed delivery day! read more

This is your one stop for postal and shipping needs. I had a large envelope and needed to know the price for the stamp. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly , weighed my envelope , and printed out the stamp. Super fast and easy. No long line like at my local post office. This store also had office supplies, gift bags, cards, and a big display of Eos lip balm ( not sure why so much lip balm ). Everything was over priced , but one has to remember that we pay for convenience. Notary services are available along with package drop off for an additions $1 charge. read more

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful and the price is always right. Other mom and pop places like to charge you for tape usage and everything else but not this place. Not the best customer service. Feel like they are highly inconvenienced for just serving me (which happens to be their job). Wasn't asking for anything special, just dropping off a package. In addition to a non-enthusiastic service, I got charged a $1 on top of that for a prepaid UPS package, PREPAID!! Is that even legal? I understand if I had to have them print my label, a $1 fee would be for the label. But this was not the case, a label has been printed by me and stuck on the package already. Was quoted $92 dollars to send at "USPS" option to England with no tracking available. As I've been sending packages to the UK (including during COVID) for a decade, I knew this was BS. I came to the post office & the package cost $26 to ship with tracking. I spent less than 10 mins at the post office. Idk about you all, but $66 is not worth having these people "stand in line so you don't have to." Don't waste your time & go straight to the USPS. Terrible customer service, male employee just yells from the back or doesn't look up from his phone. I used to drop my packages here for usps. Today I was told because the package didn't fit in their slot, I would have to pay a dollar per package, to drop them there. Nah! I'm good.... Just avoid renting a mail box at this location I wanted to rent for another 6 months they told me that I was late so they wanted to charge me an extra $10 dollars for it. Lady said that they send me an email I check my email in front of her never received the email no even in my spam email like she said trying to make excuses just to get the extra $10 looks like they're desperate for money. Once the 30 days are done I will be renting in another P.O. Box there's plenty of better options. Take your Business where there appreciate your Business. read more

The gentleman working today was patient and helpful despite having a holiday crowd and this aweful pandemic.

We have had our PO Box here for years. Recently they have switched owners / management and it has gone down hill. They hours of operation changed so we are unable to pick up our mail and packages before or after work and have to wait until the weekend. Now on top of things they do not open on time. Today they were suppose to open at 10 and yet again they are late and not opening on time. We will be discontinuing our mail service here and going elsewhere which is very unfortunate. You have lost longtime customers. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Before staff changed the service was super great but now with the new staff (kids) in place customer service has gone beyond horrible the owner has a hands off approach and allow the kids that she has hired to run her business. I strongly recommend you take your mailbox and shipping needs elsewhere. We experienced identical problems as Meridith B. The owner of this business appears unstable. Sometimes nice, sometimes aggressive and rude. We simply asked about the $1.00 charge for dropping off prepaid UPS parcels. He basically said, "It's only four quarters". When asked his name, he virtually snapped. He began recording himself falsely accusing my wife of being drunk. She doesn't drink. He stated in front of other customers that she had been kicked out three times before. Not true. Apparently he isn't familiar with the old saying, "It's not the amount, it's the principle". After he became enraged, he also threatened to throw our parcel in the trash. The only thing he didn't do was physically assault my wife, who is less than 5' tall. This is not my idea of customer service when you can drop a parcel anywhere else without a fee. That's what we're doing! There are two UPS stores within a five minute drive. What store owner records customers?! He can run his business however he wants. But, we are taking our business, as consumers, elsewhere where this kind of treatment never happens. read more

I rent a mailbox there as well as utilize many of their services. Very DISAPPOINTED!! We took our 2 stamped and addressed envelopes to this Post Arena on Milliken and Baseline next to Ralphs. The lady took our envelopes to the back, but it never get sent to the correct person. The people that we mailed these envelopes to had called us informing us that they never received their envelope. We are very frustrated and worried about where these important envelopes are. We trusted this Post Arena. We will NEVER mail anything from here again. read more

I have used Postarena twice, and I am a fan. The customer service is A1. Both times I have been there, the same man has helped me and he is incredibly patient and efficient as I usually come in with big things to ship. I always feel welcomed when I come in. Secondly, I ship to the same address usually, and I feel like Im really in a "mom and pop" sort of place because the information saves in their system. They just ask "have you been here before?" If yes, then you can pretty much guarantee your info will be readily available because it's saved for you. I love that personal touch. The con? It's a bit pricey. I suppose I am paying for the convenience and personal touch, but the cost is a bit on the pricey side. I usually get a large flat rate box, and it ships for $18.50 I believe. Not terribly priced, but a bit more than the post office. All in all, I have had nothing but great experiences here. It's EASY, fast, and personal. I love those things about Postarena :) read more

Not only are they outrageously expensive, but they have no customer service skills at all. They are extremely rude and only care about the money. There used to be a gentleman that worked here, he and his wife were very kind. I remember the owner said they were opening a store in LA for them, but that was a lie so I guess they are liars too. I will take my business to Postal Perfect on Foothill for now on. Avoid Mail Center and More down the road as well seeing as how the owner for Post Arena owns that one as well. read more

Apparently, I just went on Yelp and came across that Christina from Post Arena replied to my first review I gave about a year ago. But I'm compelled to respond and post my second review on them , because I find it very disturbing that the owners would try to bully me through here. Instead, of humbling themselves and apologize for the experience I had only tells me how they run their business. Any small business should know the importance of good customer service. I am not concern or afraid of speaking the truth of my experience, because we as customers have the right to write reviews. We are not gaining anything from this, but to give an honest review. Christina made lots of assumptions throughout her response to my review. And lied about how the police sided with them. I can assure you that is a false statement on her part. The police officer did not say that. As a matter fact , the officer was very understanding and showed empathy of the situation that I experienced. And even went so far to understand how I felt being violated having an owner take out his personal cellphone to record and degraded me. I have nothing to hide. If you go and look at the reviews on their business go on Google and Yelp. I'm not the only one who has experienced horrible service with Steve and Christina. I am not one to give reviews all the time or go out of my way to do so. But in this situation I feel it's important. Their behavior as owners and as human being the way they responded was very ugly and nasty. In all my lifetime I've never experienced this magnitude of hostile behavior by the hands of business owner. This isn't about the $1 fee charge that was taken place at that time, it was mainly how they handled the situation , and the terrible service they provide. It was very DISTURBING. I do believe, they feel entitled to go off on anyone they choose to if a customer is not happy with the service, simply because I wanted to ask questions. It wasn't a acceptable to Steve. Christina felt to even comment on my husband and made assumptions to that alone. To go as far to insult a customer's husband because she did not like him putting a review on behalf of me, and knew how upsetting it was for me to be treated that way. I don't care if he wasn't there to witness my experience, but he sure did hear everything that went on over the phone as I was in shocked how Steve the owner spoke to me in such an aggressive manner. Those two have full of hate and so much anger. Not once, did they treat me accordingly to what Christina lied about in her response to my review. That is an absolutely lie. Until this day, as I pass through that business, I still think about the horrific experience I had with them. That's how bad it was. Just read further of other people reviews. It is a pattern with them to "Bully" customers. It's the other way around Christina, you and your husband should be ashamed and embarrassed how you conduct your business. I pray both of you find in your heart to show kindness and understanding for your costumers rather than be hostile with them. read more

Have been going to this facility for years and have always had great customer service, but apparently it's under new management. The guy who works behind the counter looks extremely unprofessional with his greasy hair, thin T-shirt and stretchy gym shorts. It was around 4:30 when I was there and he told all of the customers they had to leave because he had to take the mail to the post office. People were NOT happy. Who closes a mail place at the busiest time of the day?!! He was faxing something for me and couldn't get it to go through. He left me in there for more than a minute while he carried a load of mail out to his car. If I was dishonest, I could've stolen a lot of merchandise while he was gone. I'm guessing the new management is young and inexperienced. I give it 6 months before it's under new management again. read more
