He acknowledged that recent changes were not yet updated and offered a full refund of the Rolling Fee and that an envelope with cash refund will be at the office should I stop by to pick up at my convenience. I went to the store on 3/23/26 and the owner happened to be there I introduced myself and had small talk. A Young man at the cashier handed me an envelope and introduced himself as the one I spoke to that day. He apologized and thank me with a genuine smile. I want everyone to know that sometimes a mishap takes place and it's Okay but when management correct it and acknowledge the downfall is commendable. Very thankful for the UPS Store! I rely heavily on this location for my Amazon returns. This location isn't defaulted in my Amazon app, but I always search for it because of their hours, the convenience of the their location, and their helpful staff. Just have them scan the QR code provided by Amazon, obtain my receipt with tracking number, and I'm out the door. I've also used their fax service several times over the years. Some of their additional services include document shredding, passport/ID photos and notary. I've also used this location to send cable receivers back to Spectrum and most recently to turn in my iPhone after upgrading. I had the boxes for the Spectrum cable receivers, but again I didn't need any shipping materials for the iPhone to be sent back to Verizon. The parking lot can be tricky and busy especially with Trader Joe's being right next door. read more

My gf and I came to pick up a package that she ordered from depop today and ran into some problems with an employee named OLIVIA. She told us that she couldn't find it and that usps does not deliver here. She went ahead and looked up my gfs name, told us she could not find it and didn't exist. On my gfs depop usps tracker, it shows that it was delivered to this location. The whole time, she clearly had a really upset and seemed to have a condescending attitude... almost as if she really tried to make my gf look stupid. We requested that we check our mailbox number to see if the package happened to be in there. With an annoying look, she left and sure enough, came back with a package WITH my gfs name on it. Located in the Haven Village Plaza. Asked the employee if we can renew our passports here. She said no, but they do take passport pictures for $12.99. Other customers bring in the passport application, get their pictures taken there, then ship in their application from here. Nice! read more

So as it happened, I missed my UPS delivery each attempt last week. With that being said, my package was left at The UPS store for me to pick up at my earliest convenience. I stopped by yesterday while I was out running errands to pick up my delivery, and was totally impressed with the customer service at this location. It was around 9:30/10am, and everyone working was very nice, and super friendly. I showed them the delivery confirmation email, and they retrieved my item immediately. No waiting at all. This UPS Store location is probably the best location in the IE just for their level of customer service. The store is also super clean and practices COVID safety protocols. read more

Awful service. There are young girls that work there on Sundays and always have attitudes or are rude. I've gone in to make returns multiple times and have encountered them to be rude or unwelcoming. The girls will watch you struggle to carry packages or tell you you need to pay for packaging when it's not even required. I will not be going to this location anymore. read more

I dropped off an item this morning. Couple of hours later I realized. I put a wrong item in the box. I went back to the store. All of associates were so nice and accommodating that they helped me to find my box from the hundreds of boxes they have in the back to get shipped. They found my box. I was able to put the correct item in the box. Thanks to the wonderful team. I have been going to this store for so many years. They always go above and beyond. Shipped 2nd day item on Tuesday JUN 29 with expected delivery July 1. Thinking that was enough time to get important documents by July 1st The people didn't send the package until the next day June 30th. . And now it won't be delivered until Saturday July 3rd. UPS on the phone said that it wasn't sent the time they made they are supposed to and dropped the ball on this one. Don't send packages here if you're expecting to have it on time at the destination. I always come here to drop off my packages and usually they help me box it back up because it's tough for a woman. Well the lady was a young girl with dark hair at the front and she was very rude and told me I need to get it all in the box first. I just needed help and she was just really snobby and ignorant. I gave her the benefit of the doubt bc maybe she was having a bad day but she continued her bad attitude. A guy name Eric stepped in and helped me without hesitation. He went above and beyond to get it in the box. His customer service skills was amazing and he was very helpful. He definitely made my day better and he deserves a raise! Thank You Eric! We arrived at 4 pm 8.8.24 and there was no line, so my boyfriend had to wait for the QR code to load so he can do his return. The cashier, female with brown hair, lopsided nose ring, tattoos, was annoyed by this and the other female worker, walked passed her and said "he's pissing you off huh" and they both laughed. The cashier was giggling under her breath and was trying to get the attention of the other works to laugh at my boyfriend who was trying his best to load up the QR code. But stopped laughing once they realized i was fully aware and looking directly at them. Stand on business. Extremely rude, immature, and disrespectfu especially since my boyfriend has social anxiety. If waiting a few minutes for a QR is funny and takes too long for you, you shouldn't be working at UPS. Embarrassing. That group of immature individuals surely look good for UPS !! I love coming to this UPS store! They are always fast and efficient and make me feel like a valued customer. The owner respects his customers and treats everyone fairly. I don't live as close to this location as I would like but rest assured I go out of my way to come here to give them my business. It is rare to find friendly faces who serve their customers graciously and with such a pleasant attitude. That's what I come for especially! I can't believe what just happened at this UPS store, I went in with an Amazon return that was specifically for UPS, I then proceeded to purchase a padded envelope to ship the item in then showed the clerk my shipping label on my phone. The clerk replied "oh that one has to be printed out on a printer" I then asked her if she could print it out and she replied "yes! For $2.99" I said excuse me, did you just say $2.99 to print one piece of paper, and she replied "yes $2.99 for each piece of paper" I declined and proceeded to take my business elsewhere. I had a drop off. They had me wait in the line for 30 min. I said I don't need receipt ,they said it still needs to be scamed and had me wait in line. All other UPS stores allow you to drop off If you don't need receipt . Don't go to this store!!! read more

Terrible service. Go elsewhere. We paid to have them call if something came in. We received one call in the entire year of service. They never called as we paid them extra to do, even after we complained about that. I frequently was unaware of time sensitive mail because I was counting on the notifications that we paid extra for. Mail was delivered directly to the staff, for which I have tracking and delivery information. They claim they did not receive it. The piece of mail They lost has a $700 filing fee that will need to be re paid to replace. The manager is of course never in, and when you complain, they tell you that you need to speak to the absent manager. read more

I love it here Tom & his staff our wonderful! Hard workers. They do their best to give you the best experience possible. Often times the store is crowded, we as customers just need to exercise patience and consideration when that happens. This is our community UPS store and my family absolutely loves it here.
