This is probably the oldest Post Office in Ontario. Its bldg is a container and fully functional like a updated USPS office.

Went in to mail my passport renewal little paranoid about where to send what size envelope etc etc. But I was blessed to have Mario help me out very calm, courteous. He noticed I had the wrong delivery address and gave me the correct one and at the same time letting me know where the info came from since it was different on line. The main office on Redlands Blvd and New Jersey is great service, the newer one on Park Street is not as good. Always slower there

Myself and my husband waited our turn in line with 14 small packages. These were all labeled, packaged and ready to be mailed. When we got near the front of the line, the lady at the counter, Jojo, told us we could just leave our packages on the desk. We politely told her we would wait because we needed a receipt. She told us that we had too many packages to get a receipt. We ship daily and have never been told this, so we asked why. She said because there is a line. We looked behind us, there was only woman in line behind us so we offered to let her go ahead of us. The clerk continued to tell us that because of increase in lines this time of year, she can only give receipts for five or less packages. As small business owners, we ship on average 1000 packages a month and because these are sales, we need to have a receipt to show proof that they have been handed over to a postal employee. We patiently waited in the same line as everyone else and feel like we should be waited on with the same respect as every other customer. Your employee was rude and dismissive but after some persuasion, she did scan our packages and give us a receipt. read more

I've been coming here for over a decade before work. The thing I love about this place is if I only have a half an hour I know I'm still gonna get in and out of here and make it to work on time! I sell them online and even when there is things move quickly. There's a few places that I've seen here for years and they're always nice. This post office is hiding on the corner of Turner! I've been here one other time and asked some pavers working near by if they knew where it was... and it was literally on the corner! I don't know how I missed it, but apparently people often do. This post office is a small bungalow, but they have everything you need in there. I went there today to deliver 2 packages. I bought the boxes and tape there. The prices are very reasonable and the line wasn't bad at all (I went during lunch). The employees here are really sweet and helpful. They could tell I had no idea what I was doing, haha. I was asked what I was trying to do and the man at the register helped by letting me know what I needed to do step-by-step. It got busy in there seeing that it's the holiday season, but he was very patient and kind about it. A woman helped me complete my transaction and she was very nice, too. I told her my package had to arrive before January and she laid out all the options for me and waited patiently while I made up my mind. The customer service was excellent and helped me calm down as I began to get super anxious as the line grew longer. I definitely wouldn't mind using them again when I have to make a delivery! read more

Im not sure what this blonde lady's problem was on 1/21/22 at 8:30am that she told me my package cant be sent like this . I understand flaps have to close which they were . I have dropped multiple times here the same package exactly the same way . She seemed upset when i was trying to explain to her that i was told by a USPS employee that aslong as the flaps close properly the box itself can be bulge . Obviously not to an extreme but even the flaps have different bending points so you can bend them as needed . I used tape due to the fact that i have had issues where the actual sealing tape on the box opens up during transit . . She didnt seem to care all she said was "those are the rules they have to close normally , i can send it but its going to come back" .. If its not acceptable , you cant ship it period . So thats how i knew she was the only one with the problem. Never had any complaints with my packages or even any sent back to me . I took it to the post office near my house and i confirm with them that the packaging was acceptable . Maybe having a bad day , but realize some people live out of Small businesses for their income. Just like you are doing your job , so am i and your making a delay on my packages for no reason other than your personal opinions . I understand theirs a limit with how many you can bring . This post office is a hidden gem with minimal lines, fast and efficient processing, and good service. It's easily to miss as it is a small trailer off of Guasti Rd. When I went during opening hours, there were no postal trucks which usually giveaway that it's a post office. I only seen one postal employee there, Jessica, who kindly helped me with passport services and while filling out the application, she helped many other customers at the front with their mailings. I was there to assist an elderly relative with their passport renewal and Jessica made the process headache-free and she was very swift with great service. We went in without a passport appointment, pictures ready (Costco or Sam's offer passport photos for under $5), and were in and out of the building from start to finish all complete within 20 minutes. If you're coming for passport services, bring your checkbook. Otherwise, you can get USPS money orders at the post office for about $2 each which can easily add up if you're expediting a passport. Though I went in only for a passport, I seen several people going to send their mail here and they were all in and out in a matter of seconds. They're very fast with no lines here. I'd highly recommend to send mail from here or to do any passport processing at this location. Passport hours on weekdays are 8:30am to 12:00pm and for an hour in the afternoon. Not sure the exact time though (I think 1:30-2:30pm, not sure). read more

If you want directions as to renewing passports this is probably not the best post office to go to. Very incomplete instructions as to what to do. Had to go back twice and still couldn't process my son's renewal of passports. They could have just directed us to the forms at the back and told us that the full directions and materials needed are on the forms. Incredible. This is the sorriest poor post office I've ever seen in my life. It's in the small winery town of Guasti, but still... you'd expect at least some kind of run down old style post office or culture or something. Nope. It's flavorless and just all jam-packed into these modular portable buildings. The P.O. Boxes looked a bit antiquish at least, but that's about it. Sad. Give this post office some love. I guess the one good thing with those portable buildings is that the air con is usually top notch. Get here early if you make a run at lunch time. It can get packed with only a couple service station workers... and don't be scared. It may feel like you're stepping into a portable restroom, but there's actually a post office inside. read more

The sweet lady and man at the post office made sure I got the forget-me-not stamps I really wanted, even though it was the last set of stamps. They took them right off the bulletin board and gave them to me! They were patient and made sure I got stellar service. It's rare to see this level of customer service at a post office... It's rare to see this level of customer service PERIOD. Going to the post office is not something I look forward to, but their kindness ended up making my lunch hour. read more

Jessica was extremely rude, after waiting 10 minutes while listening to her gossiping around the corner. Shipping a "priority mail" package she said they didn't have any priority tape. I could clearly see the tape!!!! She then said it wasn't for priority boxes....Every post office I've visited mails our priority mailboxes with free priority tape. I'm not sure if it's just this location or just Jessica, but either way, I'll never come back here. Very Disappointing experience. Probably they wanted to teach me a lesson so that I never ever come back with a big package for them. I came to send a large package and it was little heavy. 7 times they have sent me back as they felt that the box is not fully taped. Every time I was asked to go outside to tape it. I think that he were enjoying that I had to carry back the item "outside the door" and tape it again and again and then wait for him to call me and then some inspection with disapproval. I hope they have some empathy during this crisis time. I work as essential services in healthcare and did not want to waste 30 minutes going to another USPS. Finally when I attempted for the last time, he gave up and accepted my package. I was sweating and lost my badge in this back and forth. Finally another customer was able to find that. read more

This post office is close to home, close to my work, my church (San Secondo De Asti), old university across the way (University of Phoenix), husband's and son's work, and yet I've always liked doing business with USPS just because of the close proximity to everything and the friendly service! Unfortunately, this will be my last visit today. I was all ready with my return and I think just because for once I didn't buy stamps or pay for their service, they also declined my package because I didn't have any tape for my return label. They used to always let me borrow tape when I was sending off a package. Is business that bad that they can't afford to help their local customers and tape up my label?
