He and the female employee ( sorry I don't know her name) are both professional, courteous and very helpful extending good customer service. If ever you are unsure about shipping something, this is the place to visit because you can trust that the people that work here know what they are doing and will try their best to help you. If you ship ANYTHING via this post office, be prepared for it to arrive broken. It is the nearest post office to my house, but about 50% of the stuff I ship through them arrives broken or opened. The desk staff is nice and polite. I think they have some mental person working in the back that just sits there smashing packages with a hammer. One more thing... NEVER buy package insurance - they do not honor any package claims. All package damage is the fault of the customer. It's part of their "The customer is always wrong" policy. read more

So I stopped into the local post office to ship something knowing it would be busy cause of the holidays so I go in there's alittle line nothing. Crazy so while I was waiting I noticed the post office employee was very rude to the customers some people were there shipping gifts probably for the first time so they didn't really know how to or what boxes to uses or the best way to ship it so some peoples boxes weren't completely taped and the employee tells them I can't help you unless your box is completely sealed instead of just taping it up for them I saw this lady their with her kids and multiple gifts and her boxes weren't completely taped so there she is trying to by Tape from the messy little stand they have selling supplies she was struggling I felt bad so I stepped in and helped her mind you she H-D to step out of line possibly losing her spot... I've been here several times, but a few times more recently. Their staff is great!! I keep forgetting to get their names, but there are 2 ladies here who are always super friendly and helpful. Today I walked in to drop off a box that I was shipping out, and I engaged in a full blown conversation with the lady who helped me out (luckily there was nobody behind me in line at the moment). She had an amazing set of nails, and she gave me tips on where to go. Haha. Anyways, I recommend this post office. You might get a long line if you go in the evening as everyone is trying to get stuff out before they close, so try to go early or during a break from work. read more

The worst experience ever, I asked customer service rep to borrow some of his priority tape the one that we get for free if we order it. I ran out and I thought I am not asking for the whole roll just a couple of pieces. I asked and he said i don't have any and then I offered one strip. What??!!! This post office doesn't have their boxes for priority mail where are you can get them. You have to wait in line and then you have to ask her which one you want. So if you don't know what size box you need you're probably going to have to stand in line multiple times. read more

Visited this location for the first time, and it was terrible! I stopped in just after opening and found the front person named Flora rude to customers in front of me. When it was my turn, I approached the counter already cautious because of the way the last customer was treated. I had 22 letters to mail out. Flora began to ask me if they can go through the belt, I said I didn't know she would have to check that. (I mean I don't work there how would I know something like that?) So then she begins to bend my letters I was taken back with her pretty much bending the cards in half. I asked how much it would cost and she said $4.60 if we mail separate without the belt, and $1.60 if they go in the belt. I said what do you recommend and she didn't she just huffed and puffed like she was already upset having to put postage on my letters. Then she proceeds to give me stamps to put on the envelopes, when asked why she couldn't just weigh them and put the white sticker across like the other half of mine. She said it's policy and I'm by myself and I now have a long line. Just a rude tone overall. So while she stamped half, I put the postage on the rest. It took me a while because it was 3 different stamps on each letter. It would have been faster had she just ran it through the scale and printed one stamp per letter. Anyhow stay away from this place or least steer clear of Flora she was not a happy person and did not enjoy helping customers with their post office needs. read more

They are holding onto a package they have not delivered or returned to me (since December 16, 3016) . My local post office confirmed the package was addressed correctly. Consistently has not answered their phone since December 23, 2016. I hit redial over and over again for hours (yes, I have phone record). No one answered AT ALL. I like this post office, all the females that work there are nice and incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the guy who works there is a rude dick face, and never helpful. I've had to deal with him the last 4 times and he has made me hate having to come in here to do anything. The three stars is for everyone else that works there, but fuck that guy. He's so unbearable and unhelpful that the place really almost got a one star review because of him, his attitude, and how unwelcome and useless it is to even go to him.
