I've had an over all bad experience since I moved into my new apartment. For some reason this post office seems to always have issues with delivering my mail or packages to the incorrect address. I have had 3 incidents within the last 3 months were they loose my package, send it back to the sender or deliver it to another apartment. I've open up case numbers and the follow up is poor. Just recently I open up a case because my package stated delivered. I did not get it delivered to my front door as it stated. It was not stolen because my security cameras did not show any packages being delivered. Someone attempted to call me on Sunday from post office I wasn't able to answer right away but called within SECONDS and nobody answered. When I looked up my case number it was considered resolved. Today I call back no answer luckily, the package was delivered to someone who is honest and return the package that was mistakenly delivered to their address. If that person wouldn't have return the package idk how the post office would have followed up given that the customer service is poor. Additionally I was expecting another package and when that package was delivered to my front door I notice that the mail carrier walked up to my door knocked and walked away within two seconds of knocking not even allowing me time to open the door. He was already walking away. I called him back and he was like oh I need a signature. How does he expect someone to be able to answer the door within two seconds? Doesn't make sense. I have camera footage of that interaction and I counted the two seconds he allowed before he walked away. Ridicules! I'm scared to order stuff in fears that they will not deliver it or continue to deliver my package to the incorrect locations. Something needs to change. read more

I had my mail on hold due to mail box being full. I have been calling ALL day and no one is picking up. Called the 1800 # and they said it will take up to 2 days for someone to call me back. What's the point in saying call if no one picks up the phone. And when they did (the one time) she was yelling for someone to pick up something, I kept saying Hello but she hung up. Just moved here 3 months ago. Worst postal service and mailman I've ever encountered anywhere! The home owners says they have entered several complaints as well with no results. Seriously?! You have 1 job! Deliver mail and pick up mail, ok to be fair let's call it 2 jobs then. Most of the mail that comes here is for countless names that do not live here. Even receiving mail for other addresses. Is this mailman on drugs or what? The owners mail has also been delivered to other addresses. I had a very small box that was left on my door step labeled return to sender and he saw it, made a verbal scuff sound and walked off never picking it up. When he returned to his truck parked in front of my house I called out to him, he stopped and looked at me then he drive off as fast as he could pretending that he didn't hear me. Last month I said hello and asked how he was he looked at me with a mean look and shockingly said hello and he was kind of rude. Not sure what this man's problem is. Well I guess I have to do my mail business in a whole different city. It seems the Ontario post office doesn't care about people or the mail service. Update today 7/13/16 I wait,for him to show up. I grab my box as he is walking away from my house I run out and call to him. I told him I have a box that needs to be mailed out. He looks at me like he doesn't want to take it. He then says he will come back for it. I told him I would leave it on the side wall to make it easier for him. He says ok. So I watch him come back to his truck and he's about,to drive off without picking up my box. I called out to him again and asked him to take my box. I told him it's very light weight and not heavy. He scuffs and then kind of laughs and reluctantly took the box, only because I was standing there. He would have left it had I not been on him about it. Jeez!!! What part of the game is this? The worst customer service ever. They will talk to you for a few minutes then tell you only the manager can help and the minute you say "can you please take down my name and # for the manager to call when he is back in" they say they don't have time to just call back when he is in. How in the hell am I suppose to know when he is back in. When you ask when he will be back in they give you attitude and say they don't know his schedule, Ohh and they don't have time to write down your name and #. Even though it takes less than a minute to do. In all this time you could have taken my name and been off the phone since " I'm the only one at the window". What's funny is the girl 5 minutes before who told me to call in 5 minutes because the manager will be back by then said the same damn thing.
