There's a lady around 50-60 years old and is Hispanic. She is very rude and someone in management needs to talk to her. Not only to myself but the way she responds to people and her demeanor is not okay. She doesn't want to help nor be there. It's like if you hate your job that much..LEAVE. The gentleman next to her was really sweet and helpful as he attended to me while I was walking away while he was only supposed to be working for the passports line. But, now I really love love love it even more because they finally got a drive-thru , drop off your mail right behind the building on 3rd st......now I don't have to bother parking just to drop off one or two letters for mailing! Large easy to find post office in upland. There's a big parking lot, very friendly staff, and although I was apprehensive about the long line (around lunch time)-- oh man, did this USPS surprise me with how fast and efficient they are. For the past few months, I have had several packages that the tracking number states "delivered" yet were not in my mailbox. Today, one of my packages stated it was delivered and signed for by my neighbor (delivered to wrong address). When I went over to ask my neighbor she stated that no USPS person came to her door to deliver any package and she didn't sign for anything. I've been reducing a lot of my personal collection and have been running to this post office to ship my items. I would prepaid the labels online and then come here to wait in line for a scanned drop off receipt. The shipping costs are reasonable when you use your own boxes versus using there flat fee boxes. Every time that I have come here the staff been friendly, respectful, and helpful. A week ago, I had drop off an item at the drop off bin without a scanned receipt and I noticed it hasn't been scanned for a few days. I asked the rep the status. She ensured me that it was already shipped out of there office and should expect a scan soon or upon delivery. A day later, the scan was updated. The rep didn't hesitate to help me and was professional the whole time when I was worried about the package not being scanned. I was relieved after seeing an updated tracking because when an item is insured and end up being lost without any initial scan, you wouldn't be able to file a claim on it. That is why I have been trying to make sure to get it scanned every time, but some days can't since they would have a very long line. I wouldn't think it would've been an issue here since no issue have occurred so far. There are decent amount of parking in the lot and you can park on the side street too. read more

This is my hometown Post Office and I am proud of it! It is pretty large inside, is easily accessible from Arrow Hwy, and I've never had an issue with customer service. They always have several "windows" open and the line moves pretty quickly. They have a few self-help machines for easy transactions and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable to answer any questions you have about postage, package tracking, etc. They do have PO Boxes available to rent and you can purchase / order U.S. passports here as well. There is a lot of parking in a decent-sized lot in front and street parking if you're ever in dire need. Beware of posted hours (and respect them) and you shouldn't have a problem coming here. read more

I called this post office yesterday and shared my predicament with a gentleman who answered the phone. I let him know the apartment parcel locker my package was put in would not open and there was a personable cake Inside . The gentleman was very nice and told me someone would contact me to assist by the following morning . No one called. When I called back to follow up at noon the next day a very rude woman answered. Told me I needed to call another post office. Offered no help to follow up with the previous man I'd spoken with nor cared for help me with any resolution. Not only would it have been nice to know the day before that I needed to call a completely different office but I could have done without the rudeness and shortness when I'm already dealing with a frustrating situation. This place is run by a lazy and incompetent people. Set an appointment for passport services and arrived 30 minutes early. Asked them where to check in and they said just wait for my appointment. Can I go negative 100 stars on this one. Wow....civil servants are not civil and this is such a bad post office. There was a blonde woman who works there with glasses that had a nasty attitude. I didn't get her name, but hope she reads this review. I went in to mail a certified letter because we were in the area for the day and wanted to send out. They had the green return slips at the self-service desk but not the label part that has the number. I went over and NICELY asked her if she had some because they weren't there. She said only how many do you need? I said one but I can put them out there. She said I said how many do YOU need? What the.....! I heard you lady, but I was being nice so you didn't have to get up and put them out. Here only reply was that they were limited on the supply....what? Aren't they yours? You don't get them from Walmart...why are you limited? Are people taking them to paper their walls at home? So after that I went to the self-service machine to get the postage...another problem. I have used them before so I know what to do, but after I get it paid for no postage comes out. I went over and had to wait in line and the surly blonde didn't want to take me so I talked to the other woman there. She said there was nothing she could do. Which I kindly explained that she needed to do something or print me another postage for what I paid for and then she finally huffed and walked out to the machine....put her acrylic nails up in slots for the postage and dug it out where it was stuck. Stolen package. I ordered a jumbo Bluey Pillow Pet back in Nov. it is now Dec. tracking shows DHL delivered my package to USPS on Arrow on Nov 13 @ 7:29am, out for delivery at 7:40am, and THEN marked "return to sender" at 10:48am. Yet the package never made it back to the company. Why was my package returned. It's all a scam. The post office workers are stealing our packages. read more

Easy in and out unless it is crowded. The post office workers were nice and polite . Parking is limited, so don't be in a rush.

This is my post office...and unfortunately its run / managed okay. It could be better and I am thankful it isnt any worse. Wish at times they would staff the counters at 100 percent at peak times. Lines do get long... in many cases its due to only 1 or 2 folks staffing the counters. Also the layout of the area could be more conducive to a good flow...they have way too many things in the main lobby. Since they are locking up at night now, they could move some of the stuff out of there to other parts of the post office. There is also a useless booth in the larger area that just takes up space. They should take that out and use that wasted space. I understand why they took away the drive by mailboxes, but man it was nice when they were there, they were so useful. Unfortunately, as usual we make adjustments for the majority to address the bad behavior done by a small group of bad people. We make the majority suffer...for their bad behavior. Outside of that...my personal opinion...PO needs to reinvent themselves...incorporate some innovation, otherwise they are just going to be continue to be a money pit that gets worse over time. read more

Worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with on a daily basis. This post office has lost or misplaced my packages 4 times in a row, 2 of which happen in the same month not even one week apart. I have complained and it's like they can't comprehend how To do their job competently. I asked them to do something about the mail carrier but they try to lie and blame on theft to avoid remove themselves of the responsibility of telling me where exactly my package was. this one supervisor "Gonzaga Graime R " is a weasel blamed it on a theft that was never alerted to me until a day after I had told him that No theft was alerted to us on our community. He has done nothing to help me. this post office is the worst one I've ever had to deal with. anyone who has lost mail to this post office File a complaint so that hopefully there can be an investigation launched into this place read more

The postal carrier on my route left a parcel key in my mailbox for a box that was opened when I picked up my mail.... On that Sunday I put the key back in my mailbox with a note to the carrier that the box was open and I did not get my "pkg". On Monday I had a discussion with the postal carrier who held the key I put in my mailbox with my note while I explained the key left was for a box that was open when I picked up my mail Sunday and all she said was she was not the carrier the day of delivery and was sorry. I submitted an online inquiry to the post office and they replied the package was left in the box and that there are NOT 2 keys for the same box. I was LEFT a key for a box that already had a key hanging from the door and which the postal carrier could see not to mention she took the key from my box when I pointed it out to her, holding the key and my note saying she was sorry I did not get my pkg. Now the USPS (Upland, CA) responds that my Pkg was delivered and there are not 2 keys so did I imagine the key and empty lock box? Did I speak to a phantom postal carrier too? Apparently so because the supervisor basically called me a liar saying the pkg was delivered so the merchant will not credit or send me a replacement and the USPS takes NO RESPONSIBILITY!! I will NEVER use the USPS for delivery of merchandise I purchase online, it's UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON or go to the store for me!!!! Horrible customer service and no culpability even thought their own carrier held the key and saw I did not receive my pkg. Once the box is opened, you cannot remove the key so how was I able to give the key back and still receive a pkg?? Who's the liar here???? read more

I was mad that my package wasn't delivered, but what made me write the review is the lack of professionalism on the upland USPS customer service rep. I was notified that my package was delivered to my front door step. I have a ring doorbell camera so I was able to see that nothing was delivered. I contacted the main USPS hotline and that was great she did a very nice job. However, it was when I reached out to uplands post office the next day that things went bad. I was told that they would look into it and that they would leave a message for the carrier on my route. Later in the day, I was contacted by phone that my package was delivered to the wrong address and that they sent a carrier to go retrieve it and deliver it. Still didn't receive anything. Finally, now on the fourth day I call back. They guys I spoke to was the same guy who told me that they had delivered it to the wrong address. He then told me that they went to the house and the people said they never received anything. I asked why I wasn't contacted with this update and he said "I'm sorry I didn't have your contact information" he had literally called me the day before. I told him that and he responded with "I'm sorry I had gotten rid of your contact information". It's bad enough they delivered my package to the wrong address, but it's worse that my contact information had been thrown out. read more

She did research to determine my identity and mailing address. She then returned the items to me via mail. Without her help, I would have spent hours trying deal with having lost those items. You can never talk to anybody. The carrier comes to deliver the route and doesn't deliver half of the street and they are always issues with getting mail delivered. Now they have new people and they have no idea what they are doing. They fumble around with their mail at their truck trying to organize it, and walk back-and-forth and drive back-and-forth on the street . I've had the arm indicating outgoing mail broken off my box. No note, found in gutter. Have found Netflix outgoing in gutter below box. Mail delivered that didn't belong to our address. Today I observed a black female sitting in her mail carrier truck rocking my mail box till I thought it'd bust off the pole it was attached to. Upon going out to the curb I observed $100 worth of cosmetics ordered over the internet sticking out of the slot about four inches because the package wouldn't fit and the door of the mail box hanging open for someone to take the product. There was plenty of room at the curb for this incompetent idiot to park her vehicle, drop the package on our porch, and ring the bell. If you go to the post office to complain morons will openly disregard your concerns. read more

As others have said, I wish I could give this zero stars. The facility received my package on May 17th after my order on May 16th. I am writing this on May 30th and they have received my package, but not "Accepted" it. Attempts to call them have been unsuccessful with wait times between 30 minutes to an hour by phone; they also did not respond to the seller's attempts to get them to move my package along. This has cost me money, time, and a gift for someone else, and has cost the seller money and time. Unfortunately, I can't go to the facility since I'm across the US from them. read more

The stupidest post office ever!!! And we wonder why the postal service is going to die off!!! This is the dumbest one ever. So yes there's a pandemic with safety rules but talk about dumb management! They have two doors to get in and out for their services and the make the entrance door go into the P.O. Box lobby. They get too full lock people out and if they had been smart then would switch the doors and make the exit the entrance instead and that way when it got too full then the line could go out the door, down the walkway and even go parking lot if it got too full. Then people could stay the 6ft with room. So now all the people who need to just drop off or want to use the self service machine or even just get their mail to their P.O. Box can't even do this!!! They are soooo dumb and have poor management. I can see why they are eventually be banished and fedex and ups are going to take them over!!! Think I'm going to close my P.O. Box and look into a ups store. Originally when I started here it was 24hrs now there's limits on time!!! I'm done with the post office! What a joke!! read more
