The Village Postmark offers services ranging from printing, to PO Boxes, and even virtual business addresses. I personally have a PO Box here, as well as my business address service here. Everyone here is amazing! The service and quality is exceptional, and I've never had a bad experience. They also offer some of the best pricing for printing in the area. Whenever I go to pick up or drop off mail, I am greeted warmly, and asked how my day is going. It's just so nice! Not many places are like this anymore, and I truly value the commitment to service, the kindness, and the pricing of their services. I get such a great deal on the PO Box that I almost feel bad! They seem really committed to the community, and I honestly hope they never go anywhere, because it would be a huge loss to the Village, and the surrounding community as a whole. During an exceptionally trying time the owner did a kindness above and beyond just being a good human being. It may sound corny, but they put some faith back into humanity for me. I walked out of their establishment with my mother crying because she was so moved by their generosity and kindness, it's something in this day and age the world is sorely missing and I just needed to mention it and say Thank you so much for what you did. It might have seemed small, but it was just so big to us, and mad a really hard time just a little lighter. So aside from great service and great value, the people here are just great People! So do yourself a favor and go to the Village Postmark for your mailing and PO Box needs read more

My experience here made me start thinking: Do I need more envelopes? Stamps? Copies? Do I need to send a fax? Do I need passport photos? Because seriously, the service was so friendly and patient that I'm looking for an excuse to go back. What a nice little location with everything you need and the absolute nicest (and again, patient) help you could imagine. 5 HUGE BRIGHT STARS! read more

Great service!! Needed to fax a document and The Village Postmark was quick and efficient. Alex was very helpful.

Needed something Notarized and the three UPS I went to before didn't have any notary people available. Got my documents notarized in five minutes. 10/10 read more

Came in to set up a digital mailbox and get something notarized. The offer lots of other services, it's a one-stop shop! Cute spot in a super convenient location. The new owners are also super nice and helpful! Btw, the previous 1 star reviews are all for the old owner. I was weary to come in, but it was the most convenient and I learned they had just recently bought the business! read more

I decided to open a PO Box due to school and village Postmark was the closest to me when I googled it. Alex, the person at the front desk, was so kind and patient with me. He guided me through the process and in no time I had a PO box! read more

I have been using Village Postmark for both my business and personal needs for years. I can always rely on this company and they are always really helpful even when I have tons of packages to pick up. For all the bad reviews that I've read on this, they all take things too personal. People complaining about a passport picture and being lectured about their employer in the previous reviews are probably miserable or don't have a sense of humor. read more

Very welcoming and good customer service! Helpful in answering questions and making sure the packages get out asap.

My husband and I went to get a passport picture at Village Postmark, BIG MISTAKE AND WASTE OF MONEY. I should have walked out when the long hair old women said "I take GREAT mug shots" yikes the picture was completely washed out and blurry. I took one look at it and said WOW you weren't kidding about great mug shots. She should work at a prison, she has the perfect personality for one. She missed her calling. Needing a PP pic today l, we went to The UPS Store Claremont, they offered 3 different photos to chose from and it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. Thank you Phillip at UPS. And Phillip also said the photo she took would have been rejected bc I was wearing white. read more

Great place! Have done a lot of printing and some packaging here! Great service and very helpful!

I agree with the other reviewers who said the owner here is unhelpful, rude, and condescending. I had to get forms notarized for my remote job, and she didn't want to notarize them because she felt it was outside what a California state notary is authorized to do, which is fine. If she'd just said she didn't feel like she could do that, apologized, and let me go, I wouldn't be writing this review. However, she insisted on lecturing me about how my employer was probably not legitimate and said I had just asked her to do something illegal. She told me to "keep my eyes open" and that my employer would get shut down if they were ever audited. My employer that I've already worked at for a year isn't even headquartered in California, so they're in a different jurisdiction and just recently went fully remote, which she might have found out if she'd bothered to ask instead of subjecting me to a five-minute lecture before letting me leave. I think she assumed I was a 19-year-old kid from The Claremont Colleges because I'm petite, but I'm actually a 32-year-old woman who can take care of herself without being talked down to by someone who runs on assumptions. I ended up going to the UPS down the street and they notarized the documents for me. Just save yourself the trouble and go there for your shipping and notary needs. read more

The Village Postmark lost a package for our company that was valued at $2,225.00! After researching the package location with FedEx it was determined that this location is not a rergular pick spot for FedEx so Village Postmark walks the FedEx packages down the street to the US Post Office, FedEx drop box. Needless to say our parcel was misplaced, stolen or whatever. My fault I didn't insure the package but I had used them for years and felt confident all would be good. They have been completey uncooperative, and lost my business as well as others. Shame on them. Here I come UPS store..... read more

Great customer support and wonderful to work with. I had a problem with a package that was entirely due to UPS, but Village Postmark kept me updated and were on the phone constantly to get the package delivered. I appreciated their diligence and advocacy on my behalf. read more

I honestly don't know how this place makes it, but it is such a hidden gem. I HATE having to deal with the UPS Store and the Post Office. If you have a prepaid label, you can simply drop off your package here with no wait or crowds! The man working here is always friendly and helped me ship an important package back east to my uncle. I wish I could support this place more often. read more

This notary is really nice and professional and she has a cute dog! She's patient with my elderly grandmother also.

I've done business here a few times for shipping and notary services and I've always been impressed. I'm not sure how prices stack up to The UPS Store a few blocks away, but the service is what keeps me coming back! read more

I came in to wire money with Western Union the owner was trying to assist me however she was very rude and condescending. I called the company that I was sending money to in order to assist her with her challenges. she was incompetent even after the information I provided and I had to leave to go to another Western Union for prompt service. the other Western Union was able to assist me within five minutes of the same document that was provided to this company. her excuse is she has an outdated Western Union system; and if she was not able to assist me no one else would be able to assist me because she has had 15 years of experience. I wanted to call and complain to the owner unfortunately she was the owner. In addition to her speaking to me with a condescending tone she was so rude that I could not get one word in edgewise. read more

The absolute lamest packing job I have ever seen! Whomever packed the two boxes clearly knew nothing about how to pack for shipping. By all means if you use them to pack and ship, first make sure you are not too attached to the item/s and make sure you insure your items! The two boxes arrived with the contents in many, many pieces. read more

Terrible customer service. I will gladly go to one of a handful of comparable locations a bit farther from my home so I do not have to interact with this rude, uncooperative establishment again. read more
