Check in for 15% off ( excludes notary services and live scan). I had a pretty good experience here this morning. I needed to get a couple of services done. One service was passport photos. I went to the back with Marian to get the photo captured but she said there was a shadow because of the poor lighting. She suggested I just get a refund and go elsewhere like Walgreens for the photos. I agreed because I didn't want my photos to be rejected. There was 2 ladies working including the one helping me. A man had come in with a package but he was not able to be helped in time (he probably waited 10 minutes) so he walked out. I heard the other worker say their coworker was going to be late because her dr appointment was in OC. Overall my experience here was fine and convenient. I think I got here at a good time (9:45 am) when it wasn't busy. I may have not had time to wait otherwise since they were low in staff this morning. read more

I've been going here for over 20 years for convenience not price as they are more expensive then just going across the street to the post office or the UPS store. After today I will no longer use this place. Walked in for a (free) USPS large shipping box and was told I can't leave the store with it, seriously it's one free box! Terrible business practice. Terrible service. Rude owner. Don't do businesses with them. Owner is all about herself "poor me and all of my business expenses" I pay a year in advance for a box. She sent email saying she was closing her store 31 March 2024. I went to UPS and got a new box. When i went back and asked for a prorated refund, she said "read the contract. Im not giving you a refund" then a bunch of "poor me small business owner. I'm now moving and not closing" You know regardless, the right thing to do is provide the refund. I enjoy this little gem hidden in the corner of Superior supermarket and across the street from Chino Post Office! Who wants to wait in line for 45 minutes when you can just go across the street and get top notch postal services! They also have xerox, fax and notary services. It's also a gift shop with the cutest unique items. They have reasonable mailbox rental rates. I hope they will be around for a very long time! read more

Walked in to get a live scan with my nine-year-old. I was informed I could not do the LiveScan unless I had somebody to accompany my daughter because my back would be to her. 5 feet away from her. It's not like I had a toddler running around, she is nine and understands clear directions, and mind you I was feet from her. This place is ran by a few unprofessional individuals. Suzette one of the associates is extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat customers. When I complained to the owner "Anne," she looks me dead in the eye and states, "WOULD IT MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER IF I FIRED HER RIGHT NOW?" Clearly, the apple doesn't fall from the tree at this establishment. What owner says that to a customer in front of her associate? I guess this unprofessional owner!! It's unfortunate because I have done business here before, and the manager of this place is kind. GOOD LUCK!! This place is extremely overpriced!! I only stopped here because I needed to send a fax before mailing a document at the post office. They charged me $4.50 for two pages to be faxed when I pay $1.50-$2 at Xpress Shipping & Postal off Mountain. I can only imagine what they charge for everything else. I've utilized posts centers for the past few years for my business mailbox. Recently I had a need to ship two classic muscle car parts(steering column and heater box) to Canada for restoration. The staff was friendly, communicated well, and most of all created solid crates for my parts to ensure they weren't damaged going international. The receiver said the crates were some of the best he's seen, and everything made it flawlessly with no damage. To top it off, the price was fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any of my shipping needs! read more

Don't bring your kids in here. They have a store policy for insurance reasons that doesn't allow unattended children, even though your children are no more than 4 feet away and fully visible behind a counter while you do a live scan. That's not really the issue, it's the way they treat your children like they are stray dogs even though my daughter stood quietly, patiently and well behaved as she always is. I take pride in how I have raised my children to be respectful and obedient in a public store. I had to explain to my 8 year old on the drive out that she is not a problem, she did nothing wrong, and she was not the reason her mom couldn't take care of business. Very offensive. read more

Terrible service there always to worried about flapping there big jaw instead of doing there job, cant even put a stamp on a piece of mail because they are to distracted , bring back said mail with no postage because the lady who does the notary is to busy flapping her big blabber mouth, another employee offers to fix this and she didn't she must of tossed my mail out it's been 3 weeks since I sent out that mail now im going to have to mail these documents again because these people are to incompetent to do there job... do yourself a favor don't go here. I've been coming here for years and the staff is great. I mainly use them for shipping, as they offer UPS, FedEx & USPS.

These ladies have been doing the postage gig for a while and know their stuff. We go here for everything from shipping to notary services and lots of copies. Their prices are fair and they've always been good as far as service. They're much faster and easier than going across the street at the post office. I have been there in line and watch other customers treat them like crap and they stand their ground and won't take the stuff some customers will dish out. Who can blame them, would you take it ?Having to deal with everyone who thinks they're the only customer who matters and demand all who service them treat them as God himself. Let's face it some people are just jerks. The ladies working here are great. read more

Worst place ever! just went in to fax some papers, and the girl with the short black hair was SO RUDE!!! She basically told me to move out of the way cuz I was "in the way" of other customers even though I was on the other SIDE already!!!!! I wasn't even in the way of anybody. I was also reviewing my papers before I faxed them over and she was basically rushing me like wth?! All I wanted was to fax some papers over to my job and I got this bs I had to literally walk out of there and drive a lot more for another place to fax my papers. This girl shouldn't be working customer service job if she's gonna have such ugly attitude to customers!! No stars!!!! Only putting one cuz I have to!!!! read more

We went there to get two documents notarized. The notary was helping an older gentleman when we arrived and was very patient with him and his aide. When it was our turn she was extremely helpful. The sales-clerk was busy with other customers at the time and she was cheerful to everyone who came in. I'd definitely go back if I needed that service again. read more

Lisa the fingerprint technician was wonderful, very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to go in to get fingerprinted with two of my toddlers in tow. If it hadn't been for Lisa, I would have walked right out. The woman behind the counter, snapped at one of my children and then when she began to cry, proceed to roll her eyes and make rude comments about my daughter to every customer and coworker that walked in. I understand that having a crying toddler in your place of business is not ideal, however her reaction and response was not only unprofessional, it was insulting to my daughter. She had NO background information about my daughter, her diagnosis, or the real reason for her meltdown. Not only did she make me feel uncomfortable, she made me furious at her ignorance and rudeness towards children with special needs. I will never be using this center again. read more

Anne and her team at Postal Center are absolutely tops. I purchased a neon sign on eBay in California that the seller was unwilling to accept the shipping liability for because they are so fragile. I called 3 shipping centers in the area and I quickly realized tha Anne was a professional. The neon was delivered by the seller to her door and Anne recommended the packing and shipping methodology. I went with it and the sign arrived in perfect condition. Not all packers and shippers are created equal. As soon as we walked in there was already an issue, no clear distinction to where the line started or that there were multiple lines. Unless you are a regular you will not be greeted kindly. We were there to get a form notarized. We witnessed a few customers go through the same issue as us no direction to the correct line. The employee that was servicing the postal line called us over and said she could notarize our form. She left us to assist a regular without saying anything. I have worked customer services for 15 plus years and I have NEVER left one person to help another without asking or letting them know I would return. The moment she said to my boyfriend "sign here I guess" I had to walk out because I couldn't believe she didn't know what she was doing and I didn't want to say anything rude. This is a great place to do business. Our family has been doing business at the Chino Postal Centers + for many years. There's so much to choose from. This location is convenient, shipping supplies are well stocked and last minute gift and boutique items are arranged nicely making it a fun place to pick-up a unique gift. The entire staff is professional, easy to deal with and beyond helpful. While reading one of the previous reviews I was surprised at the comment referring to the image of Hitler. A reasonable person would agree that the historic quote, and context in which the tiny image is displayed, inspires one to feel gratitude for living in a free country. It does not at all promote Hitler, rather it warns against the ideology that could potentially undermine our freedoms. The store does not seem to make a load of political statements that would overwhelm their customers. Instead the owner has done a good job of making the location approachable and diverse. This seems to give the customer the chance to be intelligent. This shipping and mailing center has a great deal to offer. read more

I LOVE this place! The girls that work here are so helpful and thorough. I love that I can go in there and they know my name when I walk in and are genuinely interested in the customers.
