Used to be good here, but not anymore! Very very Bad service ! Was told 50cents for taping a box that was crazy, don't know why end up Charged$1 for taping a box for Amazon return! That is insane, DO NOT COME here for returning Amazon packages.

Warning this UPS Store is rude and will nickel & dime you!!! Just ask Brian in the picture.

I came to this UPS Store as I just came from Costco and it was conveniently close. Upon arriving, Brian (young Chinese guy) told me that my box needed to be taped. As I have done in other UPS Stores in Chino Hills (specifically the Los Serranos store in Albertsons), I requested if he had a tape I could borrow to seal my box. He said that he did but needed to charge me $1 for the small piece of tape. I said what??? Now as I looked at other Customer reviews, this store is a disgrace and needs to be shut down and not worthy of the customer service standards offered by other stores and UPS it self. He was very rude after the comment that I said that I'll just bring it to the other Chino Hills UPS store in Los Serranos which as you can see on the reviews are a LOT better than this one that "nickel and dimes" their customers. I also saw that the store responded to other low reviews posted and it seems they have not learned from their prior mistakes while apologizing for the experience. They should be CLOSED!!!

I have had positive experiences from this UPS store on several occasions. They have been friendly, helpful, and pretty much held my hand while filling out those tracking forms. Today, had to get copies of some forms, double-sided, and then delivered to one of three addresses based upon how mail was sent to and expenses. They went over all the options and were patient with me. There was no line and they were quick to help and finish. Overall a positive experience for me. Store is clean. Took a few photos.

I had no idea what I was doing but they took the time to explain the process and every one of them on a combined team effort had me in & out within 10 minutes. I have to add the store was extremely clean and the parking here is plenty Thank you once again for the courtesy while making me feel like a VIP and doing a great job with my packages. I really don't understand a few of the not so favorable reviews here, give respect & you will get respect in return that's how I was brought up. I was warmly greeted the second I came into the store. I came here to drop off an Amazon return using a QR code, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I was told I had to put my item in a separate box because they wouldn't accept it in the original product box -- even though Amazon shipped it to me that way. This was news to me since every other UPS Store has taken my returns without requiring an additional box. When I said I could purchase one, the employee told me to grab a plastic bag/envelope. At checkout, the charge was almost $5 for a plastic bag. When I asked if that price was correct, he just nodded. I also asked if he was the owner, and he said his family owns the store. This feels like a clear rip-off and completely unacceptable. I will also be contacting UPS corporate to report this issue. I highly recommend choosing another UPS Store to avoid unexpected charges and poor customer service

I've used them for Amazon returns, mailing packages to our college kid, and printing needs. My only NEGATIVE is that I once used their service to drop off a small USPS package (they have a drop box that's picked up daily). This package was a $40 baseball card my husband sold. Needless to say, the card never made it out of that UPS store. So, either a UPS employee took it or USPS stole it during pickup. We have not dropped off a card there since. All other services are good.

Thankfully, the praise wasn't a one-off. This store is genuinely great, and its competence starkly contrasts with my previous, unpleasant experience at the Monrovia UPS Store. It's a night-and-day difference, confirming that poor service isn't mandatory; it's a choice. The staff here set a high, frankly controversial standard for a routine service. Kalpit handled the notarization with professional focus and genuine kindness, ensuring the process felt human, not bureaucratic. James made me feel welcome immediately. Crucially, they both made the entire experience fun. This location proves that necessary, mundane tasks don't have to be dreadful. If Kalpit and James can provide service this respectful, efficient, and enjoyable, why are we accepting less from other stores? Highly recommended.
