This was news to me since every other UPS Store has taken my returns without requiring an additional box. When I said I could purchase one, the employee told me to grab a plastic bag/envelope. At checkout, the charge was almost $5 for a plastic bag. When I asked if that price was correct, he just nodded. I also asked if he was the owner, and he said his family owns the store. This feels like a clear rip-off and completely unacceptable. I will also be contacting UPS corporate to report this issue.
