I can't really speak to value as I only needed to drop off a package that already had a label from my company, they seemed to be trying to recommend cheaper options to the lady in front of me though. They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. I was thoroughly surprised that he was trying to suggest options.

Both have been pretty quick for us to complete, since they just need to scan and print out the receipt. For Amazon returns, they now have a kiosk area where you scan your return, package it yourself, slap a label on it, and then deposit it into the out box. Staff has been great, no issues!

When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I came in yesterday (9/13) before closing & actually GOT OUT OF LINE & left because of how incredibly rude the associate was being to the customers in front of me. He was visibly irritated, rolling his eyes, getting impatient, & even making hand gestures at customers as if they needed to hurry up. It was so uncomfortable & disrespectful to watch that I decided I would rather leave than deal with him. I came back today after work with a large box. I normally have my packages completely taped & ready to go, but I had run out of tape. Instead of simply telling me, "We can tape it for you, but there is a charge," the Asian associate immediately asked, "Is this your first time here?" & repeatedly told me that large boxes are supposed to already be taped. Obviously I know a box needs to be taped. I ran out of tape. That's literally why I was asking for help. Why go back and forth with a customer & speak to them in a way that feels condescending instead of simply explaining the charge & allowing them to decide whether they want to pay it? The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude & like the goal was to make me feel stupid rather than help me. Two visits in two days and both times the attitude from the staff was enough to make the experience unpleasant. Customer service should not feel like customers are inconveniencing employees simply by being there. Never going back. These associates need basic customer service training. & to be told to wash their uniform.
