So glad i found this place!! It came up on apple maps when i searched for a post office to ship a package off at since they were all about to close and i didn't want to wait in a huge line. Amanda at the front desk is SUPER friendly and both times I've gone I have been in and out of there in literally less than two minutes. I tried this location for the first time and unfortunately they LOST two of my UPS packages. Management actually called to ADMIT a new employee had messed up the intake, but assured me they would be located soon. It has now been two weeks with multiple follow-up calls on my end that have gone completely nowhere. I've had to take the loss on the items. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Wonderful customer service. Came by here last year during the holidays to ship some gifts and the service was great. Recently I came back to ship more items and noticed it's under new ownership. Still great customer service but they also offer more services. Where do I start? Maybe first with the unprofessional and very rude attitude this place has to offer. Mark is the young man behind the counter that always seems bothered by having to help customers and is rude when asked questions, or for any help at all. It looks like he is always on the computer playing games or something and doesn't want to be bothered when customers ask for any assistance. Unprofessional personnel: Mark usually has a baseball cap on sideways and has his iPod or music player in his ears. When I walk in I have to stand in front of him and wait till this kid takes them off to communicate with him. I have witnessed other customers receive the same treatment, so at least I do not take it personal. I have used their fax and shipping services and have come to the conclusion that Postal Connection is very unreliable with my packages and correspondence. I am not the type of person that usually writes complaints but these guys are simply bad news. read more

This place has changed ownership several times, and these people are the best yet. I think they took over in October 2012 or sometime around then. One time I called, asked what time they close and said I was almost there to drop something off. The gal said she'd wait and that was so kind of her...great customer service! If you got discouraged w/previous owners, I definitely recommend giving this place another try. :) Some of the services they offer: faxes, laminating, copies, notary, in-store computer rental, boxes, ink cartridge recycling, mailboxes w/24-hr. access. Beware!!! Don't trust this business. I regrettably stopped in for materials to ship out a package the guy said he can also send it out for me. After I paid for shipping materials and postage fees he said he will take care of. It was delivered with missing goods. It was not properly packaged he did not value the contents of what was being delivered. read more

Times have changed. After a few (6 rough months) of working with one new owner, she didn't work out. She was not qualified. There is a new Owner Paul, great person, with some great ideas to work with the store. I highly recommend the new owner, and for everyone to come give him a chance. Sign says business opens at 9 AM... No one unlocks the door until five minutes after. And no apology for being late. Not impressed

They open at 10:00 AM on Saturday I saw lots of people try to get in at 9:00 but no luck. But the young lady who works there was so kind, as she drove my FedEx package out to Rancho Cucamonga on Saturday for overnight delivery it arrived in NYC on Monday. So I really trust and like this mail shop! They will get the mail job completed and trustworthy! read more

Avoid this place! I mailed -- or at least thought I had mailed -- a package here over a week ago, to be delivered, not across the globe, but in the same state, a day's drive away. When a week or more went by and the package still hadn't arrived, I traced it on USPS. To my surprise, the Postal Service had no record of having received it. No one at The Postal Connection was able to tell me whether or not the package had been picked up, as one of the employees -- the one I spoke to -- was on vacation last week. Apparently the individuals who work there don't communicate with one another. While sympathetic, the person I spoke to said there was nothing she could do, as USPS will not track ordinary packages, even with a tracking number. Why bother issuing a tracking number, then? And, more significantly, why bother frequenting this establishment? Sounds like a pretty bad "connection" to me. read more

The new owner is great! They are always more than helpful with me. I send quite a bit of UPS and Fed ex shipments and they help with the packaging and sizing. Some of the packages I send I am using my own account number so they are not even getting paid from me and they are still helpful and friendly. I am a fairly new customer to them, I use to go to a different place but had my packages misdirected and mishandled too many times. I found this place about 4 months ago and have been very satisfied. read more

Going to The Postal Connection in Claremont, is certainly easier and much more pleasant than going to the Post Office. Usually there is no line, and best of all, the previous employee, Mark, is NO LONGER THERE. The owner said that they received too many complaints and as a result, he is no longer working there. There are new, friendly, attentive, and pleasant employees working there now. I am glad that Mark is not there anymore. The owner informed me that the new employees starting working in the middle of September and as a result business is better. Hopefully people will give them a 2nd chance and use their services, I like this place and it has been around for a long time. They have mailboxes for rent, ship UPS and Fed Ex, sell boxes, bubble wrap, and even do some mail services there. I prefer this place much more than having to go to the Post Office in the Claremont Village, it is much more convenient. read more
