Jay helped me out this morning, and she greeted me with a smile and was super helpful! I haven't been here in a very long time and still am not too confident with the process of mailing things out. This location disappoints. Slow service. Unhelpful workers and their self service machine doesn't work properly. Never coming back!

The staff here is always friendly and eager to help, Norma helped us process our passport and she did so well being thorough and helpful. I've been to other post offices and this is by far my favorite. There does tend to be a line as expected but it moves quickly. Highly recommend them as a one stop shop for passport including photos. This particular USPS has an amazing and friendly staff. They always go out of their way to help you no matter what. I stopped going to the Glendora one due to problems with staff. Also, Glendora shuts off access to drop-off packages inside and out around 6 or 7 pm. The greatest thing about this USPS is that you can come after hours and still ship your packages. I have gone here as late at 9:10 pm to drop off packages that were already boxed and had labels on them. Easy and fast. Thank you, USPS San Dimas, for all of your hard work!!! read more

A convenient location to mail letters with a large mailbox in the parking lot, you can drive up and drop in business-size envelopes. For larger packages, go into the lobby. They sell boxes and envelopes in a variety of sizes, and greeting cards. Very convenient to choose a card, sign it, and buy a stamp in one transaction. I actually chose my card, stepped to the side to address it and use the vending machine to buy stamps. They locked the doors and I could not go back to the lobby area to pay for the card. The lady said "we're closed," and didn't want to let me in. When I explained that I had not paid for the card, she unlocked the door. One cute fact that I observed is the side street on the East side of the building is named "PONY EXPRESS COURT," how clever is that??? read more

This post office is quite possibly the worst post office I have ever gone to. Absolutely no urgency, no care whatsoever as the line continued to grow out the door. Not one employee seemed to want to work. It was as if they were doing us a favor that they were there. I would rather drive further to Glendora or another post office. read more

If I don't go to the Glendora location, I go to this San Dimas US Post Office. The drive-up drop-off mail slot area is easier to access and is separate from the main parking lot (in contrast of the Glendora location), which is a nice feature here. read more

The Front desk individual by the name of Jay doesn't know how to do her job properly and doesn't understand that you don't need to put your phone number on the paperwork. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this post office and it doesn't seem to get any better here. Of all the post offices I've been to, Oceanside, Eaglerock, Glendale, Saugus, Glendora, San Dimas is the best, organized, fast service, friendly staff, clean and a big parking lot. There's even a separate drive thru for the mailbox. When I went there, there were 5 windows open. I had to mail a package outside the country, registered, and transaction went less than 5 minutes efficiently. read more

This is probably one of the friendliest and cleanest post offices I've been to! This location also offers Drive Up Drop off option making things convenient to mail off prepaid postage letters and parcels. When I used to work in San Dimas, this was my go-to post office during lunch time or after work. Since I no longer work in San Dimas as my company moved their IT organization to Pasadena, I seldom visit this post office nowadays. However, I happened to be in the area on my way to lunch with my dear friend and needed to mail out something... I swung on by and got my package sent out in a jiffy LOL. Staff was friendly and service was quick. There was a feeling of nostalgia actually. Thoughts of the good old days came back. Got some goosebumps... not sure if that's a good thing or not LOL. The place was very clean. The line wasn't long at all. Definitely swing on by if you need to take care of any mailing needs. San Dimas Post Office is the place! Happy Mailing! read more

I came here to drop off multiple items. Lucky for me, I was helped by Michael who assisted me with my transaction. This employee was beyond helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Michael was proficient at his job and even caught an error on an address, which saved me from a huge headache down the road. As I waited for Michael to do his thing, I couldn't help but notice they had three additional Postal Employees assisting other customers. All of the workers were professional and very efficient. I came here the other day to mail something and to purchase stamps. There were a couple of people in line but the 4-5 employees behind the counter moved things along. The gentleman that assisted me was helpful and pleasant. This is the post office of choice for the 1-2 time that I come each year. read more

DON"T COMPLAIN that postal office service is SLOW it is SLOW because people who go there DO NOT..... -know how to use online resources like print label, change address.. -use automatic shipping center -know how or just don't have tape to pack/seal their packages properly -filled out all forms before called... -decide which shipping method to choose and need more time to think about it I always see clueless people there... Post office could get busy due to the time of the day, day of the year (like before Christmas)....and we did have lot of senior populations in this area... so...enough said I have to give those hard working people here 5 stars. My husband and I made an appointment for our passports. The line was so long and it was not organized at all. The lady who took care the process of our passports were so rude and lazy! We told her that we have two different appointments for each one of us and she assumed we were trying to take advantage of having 1 appointment and do 2 services. This is also my first time made passport and my husband second time since he was a kid so we were pretty much new, she was insisted why not do it by mail and being bitter. So unfortunate! She was ashamed when we told her that we worked for governments as well and never once threw attitude for other people. It's a shamed to notice more and more post office workers are lazy and rude nowadays. read more

There seems to be a systemic problem managing this post office. Problems from mail holds not taking place, parcels jammed into the mailbox and today three parcels were literally thrown into my bushes instead walking 12 feet to my door, I have this on surveillance. I am a fan of my current local post office. I have had someone be rude but only once. The other times I have been here I was treated better with better service. I applied for a mailbox. Everything was explained properly. I love that this location is open 24/7 for mail boxes. Its very convenient for me. The Post Office itself is always clean and a large location as well. Parking has always been good when I have been here. Even during the day. Sometimes it can be crowded during the day but either way usually the line moves along in a decent amount of time. read more

This was about 11:15 on a Saturday afternoon. There were maybe 3 other people waiting behind me and another worker also helping. I was sent a package that had one of your labels that clearly said DO NOT BEND...and yet it was stuffed inside my mailbox damaging the contents inside!
