They refuse to scan my packages, I can't count how many have gone missing after dropping them off or them getting picked up. This place went downhill 3 years ago when new management took over. I paid for priority 1-2 day shipping $45 bucks and they are not delivering it for 5 days now. Incredible. Everyone there is so rude and unhelpful when I call in. They want to take your money but don't want to provide good service. I'm going to phase them out and use ontra* and up* because it's just too much to deal with. Oh and my mailman has completely changed his attitude too over the last 3 years. No one is happy. read more

Probably the best experience I've had at the post office. Very friendly staff and moved rather quickly during the craziness of tax season.

We stopped in to check my dad's PO Box. He also wanted to send out a few parcels, and chat up a service staffer about the upcoming postage rate increases. Tina was the staffer who helped us; she was quite charming. They compared one another's homemade cheat sheets and bantered about the weight and ounces and how to increase affects the first ounce more than the additional ounces. Being a stamp collector, I adore seeing the new releases they showcase. It is alway a fun time to get out and swing by the Glendora Post Office, especially with exception customer service experiences like the one Tina provided to us today.
