They refuse to scan my packages, I can't count how many have gone missing after dropping them off or them getting picked up. This place went downhill 3 years ago when new management took over. I paid for priority 1-2 day shipping $45 bucks and they are not delivering it for 5 days now. Incredible. Everyone there is so rude and unhelpful when I call in. They want to take your money but don't want to provide good service. I'm going to phase them out and use ontra* and up* because it's just too much to deal with. Oh and my mailman has completely changed his attitude too over the last 3 years. No one is happy. read more

Besides being open on a Saturday for passport application processing, which was a great option, the staff is very knowledgeable about all the verification stuff, polite and attentive. The passport was for my 16-year-old daughter and Delia made sure we had all the stuff required to complete the application. I suggest you ask for Delia because she's on it! Stopped here to mail a package and the line was at least 10 deep. Two employees working and only processing passports. We stopped in to check my dad's PO Box. He also wanted to send out a few parcels, and chat up a service staffer about the upcoming postage rate increases. Tina was the staffer who helped us; she was quite charming. They compared one another's homemade cheat sheets and bantered about the weight and ounces and how to increase affects the first ounce more than the additional ounces. Being a stamp collector, I adore seeing the new releases they showcase.
