I had a VERY disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I paid nearly $50 for a fax to be sent, and I specifically explained multiple times that the barcode sheet needed to be placed on the front because it was required for the recipient to process the documents. I made this clear about five times before they completed the fax, yet the instructions were not followed. Because of that mistake, the fax was not received. When I came back to address the issue and request a refund, I had the cover sheet and transaction details, and the employees remembered the transaction, but they refused to help because I did not have the physical receipt. I explained that this was related to my disabled child and that I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake, but my concerns were dismissed. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation, and the attitude I received from the staff was very unprofessional. What was even more concerning was being told that they were going to upload a video of me. I was not being disruptive or doing anything wrong I was simply trying to get help and resolve a service that was not completed correctly. After leaving, I looked through previous reviews and noticed other customers describing similar concerns involving the same employee. Unfortunately, after my own experience, I am not surprised to see that others have felt the same way. I understand policies exist, but there should also be accountability when a customer clearly explains instructions, pays for a service, and the service fails because those instructions were not followed. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service and training moving forward. read more

I arrived at 7.59 and they locked the doors, wouldn't let me in despite them assisting a customer and when the customer left and opened the door, the lady said they're closed even when I informed her that I got here before closing time they locked the door before 8pm. She then stated "the system shuts down at 8". I don't buy that. She didn't want to help rven though I told her it was an important package. Still has the new store "smell" :) This store has fairly easy access and plenty of parking as the commercial building doesn't look to be very full. The only thing I would ask is a mirror or something as the driveway can only fit one car going in or out at me time. I almost ran into a car leaving as I was pulling in and didn't see them until we were very close to each other. Other than that, was in and out quickly. Friendly service and very clean inside and out. Looks forward to doing more business here and hope they can keep up the service levels. read more

Besides sending packages and documents through UPS, they also provide notary services and packaging supplies. They are very friendly and will assist you and answer your questions. You can also have packages sent there instead, especially if you live in an apartment or won't be home. They are so close too where I live. They are small enough to give you the service you need. It saves time and effort to have your packages sent from here. read more

I'm hesitant to leave a review because the business owner called a previous reviewer a "liar" because they disagreed with what the reviewer had to say, but I'll leave my review now and will wait for the backlash later. I have had the WORST customer service at this location and I've gone to quite a few UPS stores. The store is conveniently located near my home and they close at 7 so I suck it up, but if you're not thick skinned I recommend avoiding if you see Paige working. She is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She does not acknowledge you and does not say "thank you" when you leave. She's straight to business, which would be fine if she wasn't rude about it. She slapped the counter with every action and it made my husband and I extremely uncomfortable. There was an older lady who worked there when they first opened who was super sweet and very kind, so I keep going back hoping I'll get the good employee but lately no such luck. Usually I just drop off my packages and leave so I don't really care about customer service. I used to bring one or two boxes here every week. Today I have plenty of large boxes so I was wondering if I can borrow their cart to bring my packages in. Than I found out here they charge $3 to use their dolly (one use). OMG!! I was speechless. Other stores will have little carts by the door for you to use for FREE. Luckily I still had my own little dolly in the car so I saved my self $3. This is insane, they'll do anything to make $$. Each package you drop off at any store they will get $1 commission. So imagine you come in with 20 boxes, they will make $20. And now they want $3 from you to use the dolly. I wouldn't suggest coming here if you have a lot of packages. read more

I usually go to Duarte location, it says close at 7pm, I was there by 6.43 but they were already closed. bummer! I decided to go to this location, google says i may not make it, but I arrived at 6.57pm (they also close at 7), not only the door were still wide open, the person there was really nice! He helped me with my big box and politely asked if there's more boxes he can help. I don't know the name of this lady but she was older and wearing glasses. I walked in and she already helping a customer out and once she was able to help me the first thing she said before scanning my QR code to do the return was "everything needs to be packaged" and I said can you scan my QR first to let me know and right away she scans it and says "yeah, nope they need to be packaged" and I said i have proof from the amazon app that you guys will be able to package and deliver. So, she still tells me no she can't doing anything. I decide to search up another UPS Store close by ( the one in glendora ) and they gladly took my non packaged items.. Been going to this location for a while and usually deal with the Guy that works there. Great guy, always good service and all. But lately I been going and have to deal with the Lady there and it's been one thing after another. Closes 15 min before time it says on the door, always blaming the internet is down. But this time was a little much, bought a shoe box for $11 when they are normally $6, and charged me for taping the box too. And had an attitude when I asked her about it. Not a good look. read more

This UPS location recently just opened and I was excited as to how close it was to my residence. However, when I went to return an item, I came to find out that it was reported damaged within 30 minutes of me dropping it off. They had assisted me by taping the box which contained a cellphone. This resulted in further problems because the company that it was supposed to be shipped to never received the package and thus I was notified that I am being charged $1000 for it to be replaced. I contacted the company and they were able to resolve the issue and found it suspicious that it was marked as damaged 30 minutes upon drop off at this UPS location. I do not recommend this company to send out any valuable items and I am very disappointed but apparently this is some thing that happens all the time. read more
