I went there today to mail a lamp out to Florida!!! The tall gentleman was just so cool and caring. It came out to almost $100 less than the ups store. The place looked nice very simple and clean. Just read Michelle C's review of Notary Services- She left out a few "Details". AAA also charges $10.00 per signature, that is unless the person having his/ her signature notarized has a Valid AAA card with his/ her name imprinted on it, only then the price is $7. not $4 as Michelle wrote. Also if your Document requires two signatures, each person signing needs their own AAA card. By the way I walked out of AAA after being told these "Details". read more

A family-run (apparently Joey L's family!) neighborhood notary and post office. Honestly, I don't believe there's anything particularly exceptional about this business, but I've never seen any arguments (i.e., like the numerous you see at the USPS) and they're never busy. I come here for copying mainly and I was coming here quite a bit when I was applying to grad school last application season. read more

No worries or problems. Have had my business mail delivered here since 2007 and they are always friendly and upbeat. Have access to my mail 24/7 and have used the notary service a few times and had no problems. BTW, if you want to use the notary service it's best to call ahead as the husband does the notaries and he's not always there but I have lucked out both times. They also sell office supplies, stamps, etc like other mailbox places. They'll sign for packages from UPS, FEDEX, etc. and you can even call ahead and they'll tell you if you have mail that needs to be picked up. Nice touch with gas prices being what they are. From what I can tell they are a hardworking family business that I would recommend for a box and shipping service. read more

This place is a rip off!! Find an actual UPS Store or go somewhere else. They will upsell you on any shipping service you use and then add on their service fee which is usually a ridiculous price. They'll even charge you one dollar to drop off a prepaid UPS or FedEx package. Yes it's only a dollar but considering that they don't actually have to do anything to the package other than give it to a driver, I refuse to go back based on principle alone. Try the Postal Annex behind Marie Callender's on Barranca and Route 66. Friendly service and no ridiculous unnecessary fees!! And the man and woman that own this store are the rudest and it shows in their customer service!!! read more

Not good, not friendly, expect to be charged to drop off a package

Just like everyone else I went to this location to mail a package, left with my receipt and tracking number and thought that was the end of it. Several weeks later I contacted the company to see if they received the product I sent them, they said they did not and they need the tracking number. Since there was approximately two weeks from when I sent the package to when they should've received it I discarded the paperwork. I went to the store to ask if they could help me locate the tracking number. They very easily could have said, "no that information is purged from our system after a week", or "once an item is shipped we do not keep tracking numbers" or whatever excuse they wanted to come up with. But instead, both the lady at the store and her husband went out of their way to locate the tracking number and help me find out that this item was received by the company it was sent to. I was the one that lost the paperwork, but they took it upon themselves to painstakingly go through all of the items that were shipped and were able to locate the tracking number. To me, that is true customer service! read more

Came here to get a shipping box and the lady working pretended to be helpful saying "here's some bubble wrap and I can tape up the box for you" I thought how nice and friendly and then charged me $5 for the whole service. Wtf I had tape I can do myself better than her half ass attempt. I was in a rush so I didn't have the time to take the tape off and what not. Do not come here. Anyplace you go is cheaper. Literally go to usps and use the free priority boxes. My package was just to big for the free priority ones. Worst experience I hope they go under. read more

I have had a PO box here for many years now and that is because of the service. The owner/operators here have always been helpful and the prices are fair for what you get in my opinion. I have used the notary service several times and this is a nice service. The only thing is to make sure Jim will be in as he is the only notary there. read more

The ABSOLUTE worst experience. I tried to mail an article of clothing for the cheapest way possible. Went into this establishment and the person behind the counter was not only slow, barely understood English and tried to oversell me on something I could of mailed at the Post Office for 30% less. Such a rip off and if I could leave a negative star I would!! read more

I went here because of the previous review. I wish I would have listened to my boyfriend and got my 2 documets notarized at AAA. The bf told me AAA notarized his 2 documents for $4 total. It cost me $20 at this place. My fault for not listening to him. I thought AAA would be busy and I was on a time crunch. Mail boxes express was empty for being a Wednesday at 9:30 am. AAA would have probably been empty too. I wish I had my $16 back so I could pay for something else like gas or food. Lesson learned. read more

Inconsistent to say the least. I needed to ship small packages of the same product on different days and the price was always different. Once a nice man told me not use the box i brought, to use theirs at no charge. That was one price. Another day another price when asked to pay cash. Another day a women told me I couldn't use my envelopes and to use a plastic one. I asked if it was extra she said no. The next day the same thing. Then the last time she said I had to pay extra. And when I asked why when i hadn't before, she then said I was wrong that that would never happen. I explained nicely i could show her receipts and she told me i couldn't because that would never happen. Essentially calling me a liar. So I kindly showed her all the receipts and still denied it and said maybe a mistake. I questioned if it was a mistake multiple times on multiple different days for the same thing? She just shook her head. So I went to the post office and it was cheaper to send the same exact thing including packaging. I was hoping to support a small local business but this is no longer the place. Now that I've seen other poor reviews of this place it makes sense. This place is a bit sketchy. ok so here we go: 1st problem I was charged $80 to ship a package, which i thought it was ok due to the country that it was going to, I was given copy of the form i filled out and I was told to wait for a text in case my tracking # change (if any information need it to be reenter or rewritten) to my surprise my tracking # never worked and so I went back to see what was wrong and off course they said that my tracking # had changed but i was never informed, everything was ok until i saw the form that she was getting new tracking # and accidentally show how much it actually cost to ship my package YEAH IT ONLY COST THEM $50 so i was super over charge $30 EXTRA. when i requested a copy of that new form she fold the paper and only gave a copy where ONLY SHOW MY NAME AND THE PERSON THAT WAS GOING TO, When i requested a full copy she refused to provide it me. At the time of the transaction they showed at the time was a excel print out that had the price in there, when i asked why she said she is not entitle to provide the customer with the services charges. ( so thats why they said they will text you the new tracking # because they change it and over charge you, make you fill out a form and u think everything is going to be ok ) 2nd my package was not shipped until two days after i drop it off, so that is a big no no... their escuse we were super busy, but for that I could have taken my package to the post office. 3rd when i was checking the half copy she gave me i notice the name of the city were it was going to was MISSED SPELL!!! and the name of person was MISSED SPELL TOO!!! When i confronted the lady in a very rude way she sai i can give a refund and what do you want me to do. ( so rude) I just hope that my package gets to its destination ( prom dress for a little girl) So no I do not recommend this place at all they over charge, they rewrite all the info on their labels and make mistakes change the tracking #s and never inform you so if i did go i never do my info. and notice the SUPER OVER CHARGE ME. read more

I brought a package to the store for UPS to pick up. It was returned equpment to verizon, which they paid the postage on, so the return was free to me. The owner of the store tried to tell me I owed a dollar for the return, for "handling" charges. This didn't seem right to me, so I refused. read more

I dropped off a package on Friday @ 3pm and I called back on Monday to get my tracking #, and they told me my package is still siting there waiting to be shipped out. I immediately went and got a refund and went strait to USPS to do it right this time. DONT go here. Over priced and poor business. they don't even do what you pay them to do! I looked on UPS and it said that the package was going to be approximately $19.00. So I went there to send a package UPS and was told that it would cost $42.00 for 20 pounds. I told the lady really almost three times the amount of the shipping from the UPS website. Is she crazy. I told her it would cost less to drive there. No would not go back. Rip off.
