There are 20min parking spots right in front or around the corner. We have been coming here almost every day from selling stuff on eBay and needing boxes. This store is very quaint and welcoming! The owner/person at the register was really nice. And they have great prices here (there is a shipping store walking distance from us but their prices are not great or service so we are willing to drive here). They have wonderful unique items for sale, such as beautiful Disney cups, greeting cards for a quarter, old-school lunchboxes, beautiful gloves, and more. They sell lottery tickets also. Today I brought in a very large bag of Christmas gifts that I needed mailed to my family. They promptly packed them up for me in a box, they selected the most effective and affordable shipping source for me, and handed me a receipt. The packages will be with my family tomorrow! While I was there, I got some very unique items for my families Christmas stockings. I also got everybody a slew of lottery tickets! they provide wonderful service. Dwayne, the business owner, is a veteran whom we should all thank for his service and support. He is extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a large flat box with two tracking labels, but they both went to the same location. The UPS on Amar and Lemon in Walnut City quoted me $15,00 for each box, for a total of $30.00, which was outrageous. Dwayne only charged $4.95 and packaged and shipped everything in a single box. He provided excellent customer service. Let us all do our part to continue to support small business owners, particularly veterans. After coming here, I will no longer pack or ship my stuff at the Postal Office, UPS, or FexEx (They're too expensive, and the customer service doesn't compare to The Pack and Ship Store). When I thought about coming here I was afraid they wouldn't have my size box, but they have boxes of all sizes and can ship just about anything. I had to write this review to give credit to The Pack and Ship Store for their outstanding customer service. I sent a grooming dryer to a shop in Texas for repairs. I paid for the repairs and shipping back to my home when the repair was complete, but 3 weeks later I still didn't receive my dryer back. I called the vendor several times and left messages with no response until today when I found out they shipped my dryer back to the place I shipped it from, not my home address. I don't have a mail box at the Pack and Ship Store so I thought I'd be chasing this package down for weeks. I called and spoke to Dwayne at the Pack and Ship Store, he had my package. They held it for over 2 weeks, and I was able to go pick it up today. Because of their unexpected willingness to hold on to it until I caught up with the delivery has saved me hours of phone calls and frustration. I am a customer for life now. ********HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GETTING A UHAUL****** when you preorder a uhaul, you would think when you go to pick up that its a quick in-n-out. NOT HERE!!! It took 40 minutes to process the paperwork. Here's why... Uhaul customer service and dispatch is a load of horsesh*t. They all seem high or sleep when you call and talk like sloths. They don't seem to comprehend and tend to repeat what you just said..like they need time to process it in their heads. It look 5 minutes to take down a credit card number and another 10 to process it. When the fax came back, they added 'insurance coverage' when i specifically said no coverage. So the lady at the retail location had to call back which took another 5 minutes and another 15 for them to reprocess the paperwork. It took another 5 minutes to fax the damn contract back. In addition, they close early on Saturday (3pm) and closed Sunday. So when you return the key, you just simply throw it into a small mail slot by the door. Any random jerk off the street can use a wire hangar to fish the keys back out and then you're F*UCK'd. I get an email Sunday morning saying that the Uhaul hasn't been returned. Then i get another email Monday morning saying i am being charged for 2 days of rental. I had to call both Uhaul customer service and this god-awful retail store to sort this out. I have no time to be dealing with things that should already be handled by this store. GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER!! read more
