I went in to drop off my fed-ex package & I have never been treated so rudely. I ended up taking my package with me & I'll be dropping it off at another FedEx location. I needed assistance printing the label & it was $1.11 for 1 piece of paper... I didn't have cash, so it was another dollar to use my debit card... the woman who works there, Marian, shouldn't be in customer service. She doesn't smile, she is rude, and lacks basic social interaction. Do yourself a favor & find a different location to drop off your package. read more

Thieves! I went in for a Live Scan because they advertise a rolling fee as $20 on the DOJ website. When I got there, they would not give me a price. The lady said she had to check. She came back and quoted me $92. I knew $32 was for the type of Live Scan I needed, so I questioned her about the $60 fee and showed her the supporting documentation that reflected $20. She didn't seem to care so I walked out. Most places charge, on average, $30-$35. read more

Be aware of pricing at this location. I asked if stamps were marked up and was told no, yet I was charged $50 for 40 stamps, which cost $31.20 at USPS (78¢ each). When I called to ask about the difference, the response was dismissive and no refund was offered. Add an unpleasant interaction with staff over a small item my child accidentally dropped, and the overall experience was very poor. Verify prices carefully or go directly to USPS. read more

I have been getting my mail from this location now for over 10+ years, have seen seen 3 different managements with the current management being the 4th. I find that they have updated quite a few things all for the better, so I find that some of these one star reviews pretty funny based on they are complaining about. Jinesh and Disha who run this location are great. They get to know their mailbox customers and I have witnessed the great customer service provided for the individuals that come in for some type of service (faxing, shipping, live scan, or notary.) I needed to send two packages to Germany to my Nephew in the Air Force in Germany. Wow!!! It was so easy!! I wish a got the name of the clerk that helped me. It was so easy .. she printed out the address and took care of the custom forms for me. The packages were pretty big and it went so much smoother then when I sent a small package from the post office. I will definitely use this annex next time I have to send anything to Germany again. They are a FedEx drop off. But if they think your item is to heavy, they will try to charge you $5 more dollars just for you to drop it off. Just a random extra charge, even though they get paid for every pre paid package you drop off. I carried my package in with one arm. Wondering if this is something they are allowed to do, under their contract with Fed Ex? Just bad Buisness. I have done many notary there, and they are glad to take my easy money. Super disappointed that they stopped scanning packages for proof of tracking. All you do is leave it in a bin by the front door so it's the same as dropping it in a mail box to be picked up and you're not able to track it / provide tracking to the recipient. There's never enough employees, always long wait for service. Not friendly, no one ever smiles. The new owner removed all gifts and lotto machines from business. There's literally a charge for everything, I picked up a small package 4 days after it was delivered and was charged 50 cents per day for storage. Try the Postal Annex on Alosta in Glendora. I really like the new changes that are taking place since the change of the new owners. More accountable to your packages. And the counter is being cleaned up. The previous owners just had lots of crap on the counter, now its starting to looker cleaner and more kept up. and a big big plus is the notification of letting you know you got a package. I tried getting that before, but there was a one time charge, so I never acted on that. So the notification is excellent! read more
