I can count the number of times that I come to the post office on one hand but each time i come, the professionalism and helpful staff make make it a simple process. Had to deduct a star of the broken kiosk in the lobby but other than that it's a solid 4 star location. read more

Please stop closing the lobby early. I've been told by multiple staff it's supposed to be open till 7pm. I run errands for my elderly uncle who has a PO Box here and I commute after work from Long Beach once a week to visit him and bring him his mail. By the time I get to the PO Box it's between 6:45-6:50. 4/5 of my last visits they have closed the lobby before 7. Today I got here at 6:45 and it was closed. A month ago the woman locking up early rolled her eyes as my husband ran up to the door to get there before she locked it. Please don't say the lobby will be open till 7 if it's going to consistently close early. read more

I often receive other neighbors's mail and they receive mine. Some of my packages were left at my neighbors's door and they returned it as I return any mail that belong to them. Right now, it's two days that they have my orders, according to the delivery update, and still they didn't deliver it. I was supposed to received it two days ago, indeed! This is an issue that has been going on for 19 years.....they really need to carefully read the recipients' name and address. For a while the issue stopped, likely because we had the same mail man all the times. But, right now, I see different mail men because everyone shops on line and we have multiple deliveries within the day sometimes......so, the issue started again. read more

Let me tell you about Pancho doing the passports at the Glendora post office.. I called on Monday to ask about what time can we go in passports for my two young kids. The lady on the phone tells me , they take walk-ins Monday , Tuesday, and Friday from 3:00pm -4:00pm , and will only take 3 people for that one hour . Great thank you. Friday , I picked up my kids from school at 2:37 pm and headed to the post office . Arrived at 2:55pm . There was a line, we stood in line and Pancho tell us "passport, go to the waiting area ". My husband and my two kids , kind of look at each other thinking , "how did he know we were here for passports. He repeated it again ,"passports, go to waiting area." Well, we were there for passports, so we all went to waiting area. After almost waiting 30 minutes , I get back in line and ask how much longer as we have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Pancho then yells , "did you sign in ?" . Huh, where do you sign in ? There was nothing in the waiting area . He then says again "did you sign in ?" Again , I tell him "where do you sign in ?" . Some other lady then says in the morning if I signed in . Let me tell you the process for walk-in passports . She explains that you need to come in at 9:00am and sign in , and then RETURN at 3:00pm . What?!! How am I supposed to know that. I explained that on Monday I spoke to someone and they said that walk-in are Monday, Tuesday and Friday's from 3:00pm-4:00pm . She then asked me "who did you speak to?" Omg , I didn't realize that I had to remember the person I spoke to on the phone about the passport process. They will know exactly who I am , and I hope you see this and give your employees proper training. Miss communication, they said . What a waste of time . Don't bother with this place , especially Pancho . Worst person ever. No wonder government places have such a bad reputation. read more

PANCHO is the MAN! My family had the worst experience at the Covina post office last year. It was baaaad. So bad that I was down to go to the pokey. We were there for passports and left there with high blood pressure. Covid hit and our travel plans were cancelled so we didn't move forward with the passports. Fast forward to today and we visited the Glendora post office. It's clean, plenty of parking and you don't see the kind of people you would see at other post office locations...just saying. Pancho took great care of us and was so kind to my kids. We were done in about 20 minutes. This place is a complete contrast to the circus at the Covina location. These people are so nice and efficient. The line for the counter flowed quickly. You have your occasional PITA (PAIN IN THE *SS) customer but these employees are true professionals. I am happy with my experience and this will be my go-to post office from now on! THANKS AGAIN PANCHO! read more

Fantastic service from Pancho today with the passport application for our toddler girl. Please note that you have to book an appointment online. It is not difficult to pick a slot. I searched yesterday and was able to score one for this afternoon. We had our documents ready when we waltzed in 5 minutes before our scheduled time. Pancho did everything seamlessly. This incident happened a few months back.. I got charged an additional fee for mailing a return item I bought from an online boutique that I have made returns to at other Post office locations in the past which weighs pretty much the same, & was never ask to pay any additional costs for.. Older Asian Lady employee said the item net weight only covers about $7 shipping fee , & I had to pay about another $3, & some change for the remainder. I mentioned that the return shipping fee of $10 was already deducted from the total refund @ a flat rate! Which I had proof of in my email, but the employee was just not trying to hear anything I had to say.. She just kept repeating herself like a broken record, & she also spoke to me pretty rudely like I was incompetent @ that point I was just not going to continue to waste my time, & age there with her over $3! This is by far my favorite us post office. Everybody I come in contact with are super friendly and professional. They are very patient with each customer and their needs. And because it's a federal agency. It gets away with it. This is by far my favorite post office ever! The service is excellent! They strive to make things go as quickly as possible (I haven't waited more than 5 mins each visit). They have positive attitudes. And considering its the post office, that's quite a feat. Last time I went I mailed a renewal application for a passport, and the attendant noticed and gave me the best advice for a cheap and safe option. So great. This is the best place to get your passport!! They all know what they are doing!! I got my passport back within 2 weeks !! It amazing!! Yes, I did come a couple time, but to ask for information, because I heard different stories... I didn't want to make any mistakes.. they explain to me very thoroughly of what I need, I then schedule an appointment online!! On the day of the appointment I did arrived early!! And they process my passport before my appointment and it was least then 5min they are fast!! I love going there, my sister did her passport somewhere else and it took 2 months!! I was so surprised by the service and care I received at this post office. Its been yesrs for me. I was there for my appt for new passport. I was nervous not sure what to expect. It is really disappointing the post office has decided to restrict the hours for lobby/self-service area. I leave my house at 6am and do not return home until after 6pm. Compared to other post offices, I think the staff does an above average job here. But I have to comment on the recent cut back in lobby hours. I have 2 PO Boxes here, one personal and one business. I enjoyed the fact that our post office lobby was open round the clock. I often went to drop off and pick up mail at night. I went frequently and NEVER saw a homeless person or vandalism in the lobby. I think its just a rouse to save money on utilities and other expenses. Today is Sunday. I stopped to pick up my mail, only to find locked doors. This isn't right. Not everyone is a Mon-Sat 9-5 kind of person. Locking doors during the day on Sunday isn't right!!
