Really happy I found this Printing place in pomona. I just moved to San Dimas last year. I brought a lot of black & white drawings. They made high resolution Prints on cardstock paper sizes 11x17 and 14x17. my prints came out with great detail and contrast. I'm definitely coming back. And I'm gonna bring some larger drawings that I have. They're about 30 inches wide by 55 inches that I need to scan. Great service. read more

Every time I have gone to them they have made my project a reality. I have gone there for fundraising photo collages/flyers, fatheads, and many other photo related projects. They can make a lot of unique items. I just learned they make printed tablecloths, canvases, transfer photos onto fabric, and so much more! Great quality work. It's hard to measure this place by the few interactions I've had with it. There were a few hiccups while trying to print a couple of copies of a thesis for something I was working on and have it bound; but the fault partly rested with me, as I had never done anything like that before and didn't know the proper procedures. If you know how to use the software you're working with, understand that certain aspects of said software differs from one computer to another, know how to convert files to PDF, and are able to use a flash drive, then you should be fine when trying to get something printed. For those of us who are technologically-challenged, there is yet hope, as Ali and his helper are not only patient, but very kind when showing you what needs to be done and do a superbly professional job when printing and binding your projects; I mean, these guys really know their stuff. If you walk in here and ask for pricing on what you need to get done- whether it's a giant banner, or a few copies of some flyers for your business- Ali will do the math at the top of his head and give you a really fair deal right on the spot. Just tell him what you need, and watch the magic happen. As far as quality goes, it's as professional as I've ever expected to come out of a Kinko's or Staples, only with slightly less hassle, and a far more modest price. read more

I went to this place to give small business the business instead of going to staples. The older guy that attends as soon as you go looked grumpy the whole time I was there. He was a bit bitter and the one that ended up helping me was the guy that works in the back. Can't remember his name but he's a Latino man. He was very attentive and helped me get what I was looking for. ONLY reason I would come back was for the service that the Latino gave me. The older man probably needs to retire. read more

Absolutely terrible place. I took my brand new never opened book there for binding. The Robert DeNiro lookalike there was rude and just told me to pick up my book "later." Bad customer service? Whatever. I just need my book binded. Come back and pick up my book. He messed it up. Halfway through the book pages are shorter in size because he made the holes in the wrong part and had to cut if off. $50 book looks like garbage. Don't go. read more

My overall experience could've been five. I came here and explained what needed to be done. The owner disagreed with my template, though I've never had any issues with my own template from the past. Thinking ok, he would know what to do the way he was explaining, I went with his own opinion. I picked up my prints and as I was inserting them in the pocket side of the wedding invite, I noticed that half of my papers (which was 80 pcs of a 3.5x6.5) was wayyyyy off color from the rest of my own papers. I called in to check what happened and Ali said I didn't have enough papers so he used his own paper and that I didn't even get charged for it - when I for sure counted how much I had; thus, this is why I wanted to use my own template and not his. He went on saying that that the document had wrong paper trimming and he adjusted it. Fine, if that was the case, tell me. But when I did a test in my own printer and cut it with my cutter, it was fine. It would be nice if they called me first and said, "hey, you don't have enough papers. Can you please bring more in?" But not even a single call to ask politely. Why wait last minute till your customer finds out that you used the wrong paper? I ended up having to buy more linen papers online. That was very disappointing. In total, I paid $130 for 160 copies of a 3.5x6.5, 160 copies of 3.5 x 5, 160 copies of 3.5x5.75, and 160 copies of a 3.5x4.25 That needed to be printed and cut. read more

FedEx couldn't do it. Contacted the owner of Printing Works, said if I could get there by 6:30 he could do it. Arrived at 6:25. Will inform the teacher of the great service for a fair price.
