Lori has been there forever and is never pleasant. I avoid going in the morning when she is working. I have had no luck getting my printing accomplished. When the outcome is BAD they charge me anyway because they said it took them time even when they have waisted mine. When they are unable to do the job and do terrible work you should NOT charge. I could't even use the prints they made. They were literally trash. But the manager didn't care. Its a shame. I keep giving this place more chances but they continue to disappoint. read more

Lauren at Quality Instant Printing in San Dimas went above and beyond to help me with my husband's memorial service program. She helped provide different samples and styles until I found what I wanted. After she completed my printing job in a very timely manner, I realized I had omitted some information and asked to have the job redone. Time was now of the essence and she was able to have everything completed by closing time the night before I needed it. She really came through for me. I highly recommend this business. They are top quality. read more

What great customer service! I was able to get a particular type of print the same day that most other printing companies don't do for no extra rush charge or anything. They just told me to come in and it was 2 days before Christmas! I spoke to someone over the phone, I believe was Dennis, and he was knowledgeable and helpful, very kind. He had me email him the print ahead of time and advised on what I should try. When I went in, the person who rang me up was also very nice. Moving forward, they'll be my go to for printing services. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I needed to do some last minute Christmas shopping and we always forget to get photos of our son until the last minute. We usually frame them and give them as gifts to our grandparents. This year we have a new addition to our family which is our baby boy Arthur, and we were on a time crunch to get these photos printed. Thank god Quality Instant was open and answered our prayers! We get photos from them every year and they never disappoint. The quality is amazing and they are very friendly people. Thank you Dennis for your help you were amazing! read more

I waited till the last minute to get a memorial card created for my moms funeral service. I called Denise and explained my dilemma. She immediately remembered me and didn't hesitate to help. A beautiful memorial card with picture was created by Denise; it's a treasure that will last forever. I've used their service in the past for business cards and a retirement function. I'm grateful for QIP's quick response time, professionalism and reasonable prices. And I'm truly thankful for Denise's kindness and encouragement. read more

The staff totally saved us as we were running a bit short on time; we still got great and quick customer service. Great service and reasonably priced. Best place to go locally. Would recommend for everyone.

I needed to make reprints of my daughter's pictures. I wasn't in the mood to deal with WalMart or Target. I searched Yelp and QIP came up. I figured I would call and get a quote on my reprints. The man that helped me was so nice, than he passed me off to Adrian. Adrian actually stayed with me on the phone while I emailed them my picture and what I needed. Well I goofed up and was short 12 5x7's which I needed now! Adrian told me if I would stick around he could have them for me in a few. Thank you Adrian for coming through when I messed up!!! I will definitely be using you guys again!!! And BTW the pictures came out GREAT!! read more

I've been using QIP for years and they never disappoint!!! Fast and friendly service.

Very happy with the service. This review is overdue, but so well deserved. I came in to have business cards printed up. I wasn't sure about the design or look that I wanted. They came up with a great design for me. The business cards came out very nice and professional. I ordered 1,000 business cards and they only cost $30.00. It was a better value than the ones I looked at online and these turned out way better. They called me to let me know when they were ready to pick up. Service was very courteous and I am pleased with the quality of product I received. I will continue to go to Quality Instant Printing for any of my printing needs. read more

QIP is a no-brainer for your printing needs. I've used Ted & Terri for over 10 years now and their production is quick and their quality is fabulous. I'm an author and QIP has printed my business cards, training card decks, training materials and 8 different books--every single time the work has been fast, fabulous and at a great price. I go to QIP once a month for a local organization's monthly newsletter. Everyone has been very friendly, gets the work done on time and promptly corrects issues such as colors not matching up with the digital proof, etc. Only one time I had to wait for the newsletter to print the day I had to pick up but I think it was a holiday or something. Most of the people weren't there that morning. They promptly printed it out and stapled and I was just a few minutes late to the meeting to hand out the printed issue. Highly recommend them. read more

I chose Quality Instant Printing for their convenient location to my office. I am a graphic designer myself, but with my busy schedule I don't normally have time to design my own things. I called up and a young gal named Katie answered. She gave me an idea of their services and what they offer, and I decided to give them a try. Katie was the one who helped me through the whole process from setup, design, printing, etc. She provided amazing customer service and was insanely quick at sending me proofs and editing the few things that I requested; all while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service. However... The ONLY reason I was unable to give 5 stars on this review is for the following: my company pays through invoices, which I had explained to Katie from the very beginning. She said it was not a problem, as they had done this sort of thing before. My company is huge, and it spans from California to Arizona. In order for checks to be cut, we require a package of information from the vendor. As far as my knowledge goes, this is a pretty typical procedure for most larger companies. At the end tail of the transaction, when the design has been confirmed and the cards were in the process of being printed -- I get a call from someone named Pat. I won't go into the details for the sake of argument, but lets just say the phone call was pointless and kinda condescending. He really didn't have a reason to call me... Other than that...I will be returning to get my work done, exclusively with Katie -- as she was wonderful. I highly recommend her! read more

I came here a few times mid-August. What I needed was a printer, but I just didn't feel like lugging one around on my trip. So, daily, I would download documents to a thumb drive and take them here. They would print out what I needed. Staff were all great. Service was A++++. Will definitely use their services again when I am in the area. read more

We have used QIP for many, many years both on personal and business items for printing. We are always satisfied with the quality of our prints, the turn around time, as well as the prices. Very competitive and worth every penny! Some of the services we use at QIP - Printing photos on regular paper, watercolor paper, and/or canvas Printing Christmas/Halloween/Valentine's Day cards Using their Photoshop capabilities to restore color, taking/adding things out of photos, editing tears and rips in photos, etc. The staff is also great. Dennis, Pat, Adrian, Derek, and everyone there is very knowledgeable about printing and they are all very friendly. This company is garbage. Brought them physical stickers after they said they make them. FOUR weeks later and just as many excuses from this guy out for personal reasons, that person for personal reasons, where going to have a company in MN make then, that changed to now we're going to make them. Then still nothing made, then we need die casting to be done to cut to the shape to our art guys passed job to another art guy, to then after job approved last Friday, that approved art cant be sent to print, but he need to be back and he's out on personal leave today. Stay away, worst printing company in SGV. read more
