Lori has been there forever and is never pleasant. I avoid going in the morning when she is working. I have had no luck getting my printing accomplished. When the outcome is BAD they charge me anyway because they said it took them time even when they have waisted mine. When they are unable to do the job and do terrible work you should NOT charge. I could't even use the prints they made. They were literally trash. But the manager didn't care. Its a shame. I keep giving this place more chances but they continue to disappoint. read more

What great customer service! I was able to get a particular type of print the same day that most other printing companies don't do for no extra rush charge or anything. They just told me to come in and it was 2 days before Christmas! I spoke to someone over the phone, I believe was Dennis, and he was knowledgeable and helpful, very kind. I needed to make reprints of my daughter's pictures. I wasn't in the mood to deal with WalMart or Target. I searched Yelp and QIP came up. I figured I would call and get a quote on my reprints. The man that helped me was so nice, than he passed me off to Adrian. Adrian actually stayed with me on the phone while I emailed them my picture and what I needed. The staff totally saved us as we were running a bit short on time; we still got great and quick customer service. Brought in a trifold layout program on a usb in the morning and they were finished printing and folding one hundred of them by closing. So convenient and they did a beautiful job. They came up with a great design for me. The business cards came out very nice and professional. I ordered 1,000 business cards and they only cost $30.00. I go to QIP once a month for a local organization's monthly newsletter. Everyone has been very friendly, gets the work done on time and promptly corrects issues such as colors not matching up with the digital proof, etc. Only one time I had to wait for the newsletter to print the day I had to pick up but I think it was a holiday or something. Most of the people weren't there that morning. They promptly printed it out and stapled and I was just a few minutes late to the meeting to hand out the printed issue. This company is garbage. Brought them physical stickers after they said they make them. FOUR weeks later and just as many excuses from this guy out for personal reasons, that person for personal reasons, where going to have a company in MN make then, that changed to now we're going to make them. Then still nothing made, then we need die casting to be done to cut to the shape to our art guys passed job to another art guy, to then after job approved last Friday, that approved art cant be sent to print, but he need to be back and he's out on personal leave today. I chose Quality Instant Printing for their convenient location to my office. I am a graphic designer myself, but with my busy schedule I don't normally have time to design my own things. I called up and a young gal named Katie answered. She gave me an idea of their services and what they offer, and I decided to give them a try. Katie was the one who helped me through the whole process from setup, design, printing, etc. She provided amazing customer service and was insanely quick at sending me proofs and editing the few things that I requested; all while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service. However... The ONLY reason I was unable to give 5 stars on this review is for the following: my company pays through invoices, which I had explained to Katie from the very beginning. She said it was not a problem, as they had done this sort of thing before. My company is huge, and it spans from California to Arizona. In order for checks to be cut, we require a package of information from the vendor. As far as my knowledge goes, this is a pretty typical procedure for most larger companies. At the end tail of the transaction, when the design has been confirmed and the cards were in the process of being printed -- I get a call from someone named Pat. I won't go into the details for the sake of argument, but lets just say the phone call was pointless and kinda condescending. He really didn't have a reason to call me... Other than that...I will be returning to get my work done, exclusively with Katie -- as she was wonderful. I highly recommend her! read more

Went here to print out graduation photos and printouts for a photo booth. Long story short, no customer service skills with younger customers. The lady with freckles the (receptionist) does not know how to communicate with customers on what is exactly happening. Instead she sat down at her desk and continued to stare into the computer and make phone calls. She should have told me to take a seat, they were going to print and cut them in the back. Instead I stood there not knowing what was going on. She also told me should could brighten my pictures, which she never did. I never printed my printouts for my photo booth because they did not have a computer for customers to pull up their files and they told me I couldn't save the file onto a flash drive using their computers.
