I had planned to order the two engraved bottles I needed in advance and then life got in my way and I realized I was leaving in a few days and needed a crazy rush order. I didn't think it was going to happen at all. Well in the end Design Forward was able to make it happen. Not only did they make it happen but I had two different logos to print. One was very difficult to reproduce due to the detail of it all. The second one was in the wrong format and some fancy graphics work had to be done to make the concept come to life. Design Forward did it all and their wonderful assistant was able to deliver the bottles to me yet it I could not be there for the delivery time because of the time my plane left. The final destination for the bottles was Haiti. Sending anything to Haiti was a hassle and at that point I knew would not be an option. However I had a stop in Atlanta for a few days and Design Forward's assistant was able to coordinate to have the bottles expressed shipped to me prior to my departure from Atlanta to Haiti. I was more than grateful! Not only was the service above and beyond what I could and would ever expect,(especially since I was late placing the order) but the work on the bottles are phenomenal! Came here early in the week about a month ago..., ordered some die-cut printed decals. Was quoted a little higher than most places, however, they promised the order will be done at earliest sometime beginning of next week. So I placed the order. Come Friday noontime, I get an email from them advising that it's ready for pick-up. Whaaa?! Followed by a phone call not more than 1 hour from that email.. Gosh, I couldn't keep up with their persistency.. Laggingly.. on my end, about 2 weeks later, another phone call checking in to verify if I was ever reminded of the completion.. Embarrassingly enough, I thank them then apologized for taking my sweet time.. 2 weeks later, of course..., I went there to pick them up.. Got this shocking impression from them that of seeing a ghost or a long lost person.., haha! But she didn't forget me. Quickly, I received the order. The quality was above my expectations. I have some pretty bad orders in the past through other vendors. These looks, feel, and probably smell like grade "A" stuff. For this reason, forward on this print shop is my go to source. read more
