The store is right off the street in a shopping center, so I didn't even have to hunt for parking. When I walked in, I was greeted by this super-friendly staff member who basically became my printing fairy godmother. She walked me through all the options, and get this, she added a coupon I didn't even know existed. Honestly, I felt like a printing ninja after that little discount surprise. My wallet and I are best friends now. While I was waiting for my prints, I took a stroll through the aisles and wow, I was like a kid in an office supply candy store. They had tons of furniture on sale, especially chairs. They were on discounts and I thought I was dreaming. I mean, who knew Staples was the hidden gem for office chairs? Next time, I'm totally coming back for one. And just when I thought it couldn't get better, I stumbled upon a Party City section! I was shocked. they picked up some of the Party City supplies after the store closed down. Balloons, party favors , you name it. I didn't buy anything this time, but mark my words, next celebration, I'll be back. The aisles are wide, the store is spotless, and honestly, I left feeling like Staples just became my new happy place. I'll definitely be a repeat customer although I know I may find same/similar products cheaper online/Amazon.

But I HAVE to share my experience that had me shook about a rude customer that mistreated the owner who did not deserve it .... So I was there getting my fingerprints done few hours ago when an OLDER woman came in shouting at the owner, something about her packages being left outside when the store was closed and that it's "her fault" and threatening her to LEAVE Glendora. I was shocked at her behavior and extreme rudeness!! I HAVE TO SAY the Owner handled herself REALLY REALLY well and told the older woman she'd be arrested if she didn't leave. I can't believe I witnessed that and I feel terrible for the owner because she was extremely friendly and professional with my needs as a paying customer. Again, I'm rating this location as a FIVE STAR as it deserves!!!!!!
