It was applied on the drawer faces of a freshly refinished vintage 1980 Mac-Tools rollaway toolbox. These guys are super great if you're looking for quality prints in the Glendora/Pomona area! I needed some shirts and hats for a wrap party for a Nickelodeon show I was working on and I went to them a week out in a rush, hoping for the best. Worked with a guy named Carlos, who was as friendly as can be. PROS: * Carlos immediately worked with my rush turnaround and discounted it heavily to fit my budget. * I didn't have a lot of time to design the shirts and hats, so Carlos was awesome at recommending some graphics and fonts that stood out. *The final product, both hat and shirt, were outstanding. Huge hit at the party! CONS * I ended up leaving the box of hats there by mistake when I went to pick them up so I had to turn around and get them, but that was on me! A colleague at my high school has been working with this business for several years. I was in urgent need of a large order of many different items for an athletic team. I emailed the owner, Vipul and opened up a relationship that has been outstanding. Vipul answers emails within minutes, provides great service and is knowledgeable about the products that he offers. I ordered screen printed athletic gear, hats and bags. Proofs were provided promptly and looked great. I also ordered coaches' gear which needed embroidery. Each item is finished with great precision with no loose thread or crooked lines. Vipul offers a wide variety of products so I am able to find gear that fits the prices my students are able to pay in this very tough economy. They were also great with helping me set up ordering and forms for the kids to make things easier. Vipul's staff is also wonderful! They also are incredibly knowledgeable and quick to provide answers. They were prompt to notify me when I forgot about some backordered items and they didn't want the kids not to have their gear. I had a small order and maybe that was the problem. First, DON'T pay in advance, even though that's their policy. I had a very simple order (so I thought.) white lettering with a black background. Simple, right? When I picked it up, the black was kinda black. Against a truly black surface, the black had a reddish tint to it. The white lettering had a slightly red boarder around it. When I questioned it, I was told "sometimes that happens," and that was it. Since I had to pay up front, I was screwed. It wasn't worth arguing about. So, I went elsewhere and got what I wanted. I called them on Tuesday for a rush job. I had an Advent Calendar that needed to be embroidered. I knew what I wanted to say but was not sure what would look good. This review is based on the company's telephone etiquette. I called on Friday, May 15th, about 15/20 minutes before the store would be closing, with a question on placing an order of 1500 stickers. The woman who answered the phone didn't have much knowledge about the ordering process and explained the person who did was busy with a customer. When I asked if I should call back in 5 or 10 minutes, she explained that I would have to wait until Monday to call back to get an answer to my question. I don't know how this business is managed, but I was discouraged. If it takes 3 days to ask my question and get an answer, what would doing business with them be like? I hope that this issue of customer courtesy gets addressed, because it is costing them a lot of potential business. The woman who "helped" me seemed to be more concerned with going home rather then doing her job and being courteous to potential clients. read more
