Jessica Graham The Stitch Whisperer TAS...Graphics. Branding. Success. 841 E. Route 66, Glendora, CA 91740 626-966-4770 ext. 35 Special moment! My parents weren't able to afford my letterman's jacket back in the day. My current job site asks us to wear our high school alma mater gear. I reached out to the company and they were able to recreate my jacket with the letters I earned for academics and track! I'm so happy to have this even if it was a wish granted years later. Ms. Jessica took time to listen to my design ideas and make this jacket stellar. I'm so pleased and get to relish in the nostalgia of it all! Jessica gives you a timeline of the project with deposit, design and then remaining payment link given. Custom letterman's jacket takes about 5-7 weeks. Worth the wait! read more

Thanks to the TAS team, We're very very grateful for this company. Vipul and his team are on point and very commutative, detailed and professionals. I've used a few different companies in the last 10 years for all of our company hats, shirts and sweatshirts. I'm very picky and expect detailed results everytime. So I was still shopping for the right company to truly partner with. I talked with Vipul and told him how important design and attention to detail was to me. I even said if it takes longer? No worries .. I'd rather get it right. So his team did multiple mock ups prior to going to stitch or print. They were on point and patient with me. I'm grateful for their understanding and the ability to produce great results. I would highly recommend this company for sure. I'm gonna continue using them to help build our brand and to continue looking professional. Great job TAS team. Above & Beyond Patios appreciates you guys Positively Mike Sousa Jr read more

I was very pleased with the service I received from TAS owner Vipul. The quality of the wavy American flag vinyl decal product is outstanding. It was applied on the drawer faces of a freshly refinished vintage 1980 Mac-Tools rollaway toolbox. It was a surprise gift for my son and when he came over to pick it up and I recorded his reaction which was priceless. Thanks to Vipul of TAS for making this project possible. read more

A colleague at my high school has been working with this business for several years. I was in urgent need of a large order of many different items for an athletic team. I emailed the owner, Vipul and opened up a relationship that has been outstanding. Vipul answers emails within minutes, provides great service and is knowledgeable about the products that he offers. I ordered screen printed athletic gear, hats and bags. Proofs were provided promptly and looked great. I also ordered coaches' gear which needed embroidery. Each item is finished with great precision with no loose thread or crooked lines. Vipul offers a wide variety of products so I am able to find gear that fits the prices my students are able to pay in this very tough economy. They were also great with helping me set up ordering and forms for the kids to make things easier. Vipul's staff is also wonderful! They also are incredibly knowledgeable and quick to provide answers. They were prompt to notify me when I forgot about some backordered items and they didn't want the kids not to have their gear. His employees clearly love working for him. I have recommended this business to several other people and everyone reports the same great service and products. I love working with local business owners and I intend to continue this relationship in the future. read more

These guys are super great if you're looking for quality prints in the Glendora/Pomona area! I needed some shirts and hats for a wrap party for a Nickelodeon show I was working on and I went to them a week out in a rush, hoping for the best. Worked with a guy named Carlos, who was as friendly as can be. PROS: * Carlos immediately worked with my rush turnaround and discounted it heavily to fit my budget. * I didn't have a lot of time to design the shirts and hats, so Carlos was awesome at recommending some graphics and fonts that stood out. *The final product, both hat and shirt, were outstanding. Huge hit at the party! CONS * I ended up leaving the box of hats there by mistake when I went to pick them up so I had to turn around and get them, but that was on me! Would definitely use this place again. Great advice, products, and customer service. read more

I used TAS several times this year, and like always, their work was exceptional! TAS made my son's T-ball banner, a jersey (which the little league forgot to make for one of our players), pennants, and hats for the coaches. Seriously, this company is our neighborhood advertising specialists. They're professional, experienced, friendly, and always greet you with a smile. I will continue to always use this local gem of a business. Thank you TAS for everything! I truly appreciate it! read more

I've used TAS for a number of projects now, and each time they incredible! From embroidery, to engraving, to banners, TAS does it all. Their products always look amazing and Vipul and the entire team go above and beyond to make sure your products look exceptional. I highly recommend! read more

I had a small order and maybe that was the problem. First, DON'T pay in advance, even though that's their policy. I had a very simple order (so I thought.) white lettering with a black background. Simple, right? When I picked it up, the black was kinda black. Against a truly black surface, the black had a reddish tint to it. The white lettering had a slightly red boarder around it. When I questioned it, I was told "sometimes that happens," and that was it. Since I had to pay up front, I was screwed. It wasn't worth arguing about. So, I went elsewhere and got what I wanted. I just paid for a learning experience. Never again will I use Tas.... read more

AWESOME SERVICE! I ordered a door decal for my business and they worked very hard to fit my quick schedule. Tiffany and Vipul are great to work with and I can't say enough good things about the service I received. read more

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give "TAS" a whirl, despite the fact it's so far removed from LA proper. It was totally worth it. Vipul, Tiffany, and staff were extremely professional and accommodating. Communication was easy, the quote was reasonable, the art staff did a great job working with my needs, and the product is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Without hyperbole, they blew away my expectations, and then some! I've only seen their embroidery work, but I intend to send more business their way. Vipul is awesome. He works hard and smart. Takes a graduate to make Banners that are successful and RELEVANT. I had over 70 new customers visit our store from 1 banner he designed. That's AWESOME ! Give him time and don't rush him. You will be happy when he can create amazing products. His wife also works with him . A true classic small business. I use T.A.S for my business. Always happy with the product, service and prices. They aim to please! I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to things, down to the little details. Their response is always "not a problem." Quick to respond, get a mock up of something, a price quote etc. read more

I work in the Bay Area but have been going to TAS for almost 7 years to get shirts made for an annual company event. Despite being so far away, Vipul, Tiffany and the team at TAS have been able to work with me on designs, types of shirts, even last minute requests with no problems and excellent communication. I would highly recommend TAS to anyone (and have done so). They have delivered on time, every time with high quality work and great service. I've left the design work to them over the years and have never been disappointed. They are extremely accommodating in incorporating my own feedback into the designs until we come up with something I'm truly happy with. Again, if you have any kind of advertising/apparel need, definitely give TAS a call and I'm sure they will impress you as well! read more

I called them on Tuesday for a rush job. I had an Advent Calendar that needed to be embroidered. I knew what I wanted to say but was not sure what would look good. I left it up to them to decide what would look best. By Friday they called to inform me that the work was completed. When I arrived and saw their work I was beyond happy. The Advent Calendar was beautiful. So not only did they exceed my expectations but they completed the project 4 days sooner than the agreed upon deadline. This review is based on the company's telephone etiquette. I called on Friday, May 15th, about 15/20 minutes before the store would be closing, with a question on placing an order of 1500 stickers. The woman who answered the phone didn't have much knowledge about the ordering process and explained the person who did was busy with a customer. When I asked if I should call back in 5 or 10 minutes, she explained that I would have to wait until Monday to call back to get an answer to my question. I don't know how this business is managed, but I was discouraged. If it takes 3 days to ask my question and get an answer, what would doing business with them be like? I hope that this issue of customer courtesy gets addressed, because it is costing them a lot of potential business. The woman who "helped" me seemed to be more concerned with going home rather then doing her job and being courteous to potential clients. read more

This place was great! I had a rush job of only one T-shirt that I needed before leaving on vacation. They turned it around in one day. And the printing and the design were top notch.
