Okay, let me just say this place is the best! I needed a custom hoodie made for one of my close friends, and it had to be done within 3-4 days since I decided last minute to look for somewhere to get it made.. this is the place you're looking for when you need a business who makes customized items and has GREAT customer service! Every other business I asked for quotes from either didn't understand what I wanted and immediately turned me down, charged an arm and a leg for what I wanted, or told me it would take 7-10 business days. When I called JNL I explained to them I wanted a picture of my friend's dog with her dog's name embroidered on the sleeve, sent in an example picture of exactly how I wanted it, and when I needed it by. They provided me with quote information over the phone and emailed me my quote and a picture/sketch of what it'd look like as soon as we were done talking on the phone! Anthony and Chris were super attentive, Anthony even let me know I had an option to pick my hoodie up earlier than expected since I had asked. Not only was the customer service amazing, communication was amazing, and overall a super great experience. I was so happy to get my friend her hoodie on time, not spend an arm and a leg for it, and she looooved it!!! This summer I was looking for a place back at home to get my Greek letters done, and happened to stumble upon JNL. I am so glad I did because the experience and quality of the work is top notch! It took not even a week to get them done, but it WAS during the summer so your mileage may vary. Since I brought my own fabric in it was a bit more expensive, but it was well worth the money. The jacket I provided was treated well and the embroidery is beautifully done. I will be coming back here in a few months to get more letters done. I went through the process of choosing font, size, color, etc. I picked up my order and shortly noticed that there was a minor error. I came back to have the staff fix it and I picked it up once again to just what I wanted. And what's even better, I received my money back since the mistake was on their end. I dropped off my graduation sash and explained how I wanted the writing, where it was to be placed, the length/width of it, etc. I was told before they started production I would receive an email showing a sketch so I could approve/adjust beforehand. I never received this email and when I called to inquire, I was told they already started production. As I received it today, the writing is on the complete opposite side and is super small in length/width relative to the writing the sash came with. This is making it look disproportionate, which is upsetting because this could have been an adjustment I could have made beforehand. I called to express my unhappiness and Anthony had told me the reason why this happened because he was not at the office and they decided to start on it without asking him first. How is this a reason? I should not have to be unhappy with the finished product because of their miscommunication. He offered to add things for free, why would I take him up on this offer when I'm already unhappy with what they've done so far? He offered to do a new sash for me, why would I go back to my university to get a whole new sash when I have one already? I came to this place solely because of their yelp reviews but will never return. A refund is on its way, I feel that's the least they can do. read more
