Please do not go here. The staff is so rude. The attitude of all of them. No greeting, no how do you like your item, no thank you. They just turn their head when you walk in & don't even acknowledge you. It's like we're disturbing them to walk into their business. I had to greet them, I had to say have a good day. No customer service wha. As far as quality, it doesn't seem like the item was stretched or flattened en before stitching so it makes part of the product pop out between the letters. I had to ask them for scissors to snip part of the fabric that was sticking out which was not there when I dropped it off because the item was brand new. When I commented I thought the embroidery would look bigger all I got was "hmm, bigger?" No what were your expectations, I'm sorry you're not happy, how can we make this right. When I 1st use this company, it was the owner that spoke with me and made suggestion how to do the print and it came out better than i expected. Since then their company grows bigger. Came in to order new embroidered shirts, the young girl seems to be just ok but not knowledgeable about their products. After a week or so, saw a missed call from them but no msg left, didn't think much about it. After a month of hearing nothing, called today and said it's been ready. Came in to pick up my items and saw the result, disappointed!!! It is confirmed the girl that helped me doesn't know their products well enought to suggest colors of the thread to use for specific shirts colors. Ughhhh... need to find other place! read more

The staff was rude, they quoted me a bogus amount to have a 4''x4'' image stitched onto my kids backpack. I'm assuming they prefer large wholesale type orders but then don't BS me? It wouldve been $80 to convert the image to .emb file which they have the proper software to do. Then an additional 35/45 to have the actual image stitched. So to anyone who's looking to have something small or similar done just be weary and maybe look elsewhere? Had an amazing experience with Stitchmania. I believe the bad reviews were spoken on behalf of a few bad apples. During covid time, they were still open for business. I accidentally interrupted their lunch hours, but they were still more than willing to fulfill my order. Jorge promised me a week, and he made it happen. Even stayed in after hours; picked up at 5:45pm (closed at 5pm) on my scheduled pick up day. In this time of the virus, the shirts were taking a bit longer than usual. I am sad to say I would not recommend this business. I emailed this company multiple times and no response. Then I called the company and Haydee who was working with me was never in the office. She never returned phone calls. It took over a month to get a quote and when I needed to make changes I would not hear from them. Finally after talking with the nice lady in the office and Haydee being unavailable to help me again, I went with another company who has responded within 24 hours. A friend referred me stitchmania and I contacted them for what I needed, they replied with pricing and I asked for a reference photo of how the shirts would look if we decided to purchase. Jorge then says the logo I wanted on the shirts has to be a better resolution, so I send him another picture and said "let me know if this is suitable", no reply. I waited til the next day and gave them a call and a woman answered saying he'll email me. No one ever emailed me so I emailed again for an update and still didn't receive one. Over the years, I've gotten my name embroidered on a camera strap and bag strap, gifts for my coaches, my dad's golf bag, and my school sweater and they never cease to amaze me. The place is privately owned the man who works there is positive about any job you throw at him. He definitely goes out of his to help you out and they're very good at color matching with threads. I definitely recommend coming here because of their clean work, quality service and cheap prices. Other places charge by the letter, but this store is very affordable ($6-$8) and gets you your things in a very timely manner. I have to give this place a 5 star. They let me bring in my own shirts. And small quantities welcomed. I brought in my own design and they re-sized if for me to fit the design of my shirt. Dropped off my unifrom top to get embroidered. Person at counter said it would be ready the next day, ugh they're closed on Saturdays, so had to wait til Monday afternoon. He said they'd call me when it was ready which didn't happen, I had to call them & even with that they said it would be a bit longer. Last negative comment, they didn't have the logo I needed. At first I was a bit skeptical that they wouldn't finish on time from some of the reviews, but I really have to say they did a really, really great job overall. They have great customer service and worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for. I came in on a Wednesday and they had it ready for me by Friday, which was super fast! Worst service I've EVER received!!! and all over the phone. It's one thing to be busy and not be able to do a screen print in 2 days. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE. You CANNOT count on them to finish it!! Extremely disappointed. I brought my graduation stole here to be embroidered, I dropped off the stole a week and a half before my graduation . I worked with one of the girls to design my stole and she said she would email me a copy of our design. She never emailed me the copy. She told me i could pick the stole up on Thursday. I went in on Thursday and it was not ready. She told me it would be ready Friday. I reminded her I needed it for my graduation on Saturday. I called on Friday around 12, she told me it would not be ready due to complications with the machine but she would have it ready Saturday morning because they were opening at 7AM to finish the order, I told her I was graduating at 9AM so I would be there at 8:30AM to pick it up. She again told me okay it will be ready. I showed up at 8:30 on my way to graduation, I could not find the girl, but the owner went to look for my stole and he found it, they had not even TOUCHED IT. There was no name or anything I had designed to be on it. It was 30 mins before my college graduation and my stole was not ready. I was very upset that they did not take the time or have a care to finish or start my stole. They were like nothing, like it was not a big deal at all, but to me it was, you only graduate college once. Long story short, do not go here, you can not count on them. read more

Great for small orders! If you need just one or two items embroidered, let me save you the trouble of calling/driving to any embroidery place within a 5-8 mile radius and just come here. I needed one piece of item embroidered. That's it. I thought the days of mall kiosks that embroider random stuff was still around. Nope. I drove to store #1, they do single orders, but the clerk had no idea how much it's going to cost because they have to send it out and she gave me the number of someone to call who would know more about pricing. Doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the subject, so I said thanks and left. I drove to store #2, they require a $20 order minimum. (But the website states there's no minimum order for embroidery! Whatever, I'm not going to argue. I said thanks and left). I drove 15-20 minutes to store #3 (super mom and pop-y because I was hoping that means they can accommodate me and take small orders). They were closed. But the sign and yelp hours said they should be open.. and the neon open sign is on... except the lights are all off and my knocking/phone calling resulted in nothingness. I call place #4, they do bulk orders only. I call place #5, they said they don't do embroidery (but yelp says you do!). I stop by place #6, they don't do embroidery either. Finally, I go to STITCHMANIA. They accept single orders. They were able to get it done within 1 week. They spent forever designing, sizing, and printing out samples for my lab coat. I felt so guilty that they spent so much time on just a single order of $10. I'm very grateful, and it came out looking as expected! I will definitely be going back if I ever need more embroidering! read more

The quality of work is AMAZING and they do a fantastic job of matching colors!! I came here to get a sash embroidered for graduation and he had it done in only 2 business days! The prices are extremely reasonable ($8 for embroidery) and the selection of fonts is really nice. In order to embroider a special logo, he charges a digitizing fee of $25. After shopping around and comparing the price to the digitizing fees of other embroidery places (anywhere from $45-60), I found it to be really reasonable. I brought in several shirts here to get them embroidered for a time-sensitive event. I have to say that although the quality at which these shirts were embroidered was excellent the customer service could use a tune-up. I say this because I had to call in myself several times to check up on the order when I was told someone would contact me within a couple of days with an update. And when I did finally go in to pick the order up, they had mixed up the color of the design on two shirts. Not a very 'tolerable' mistake as you cannot simply 'erase and start over' when you embroider. They acknowledged their mistake and gave me a 'small' refund (could have gotten another star if you just gave'em to me for free). Safe to say, they are the only people in this type of work around the area so as long as the big-orders keep coming in they will stay in business but this is no excuse to ignore the 'little guys' and neglect what they are paying for. read more

I previously placed an order here communicating via email including the pic of what my order needs were. I got a response it could most definitely be done by Hydee and they only needed my shirt and fabric materials because they did not have the colors I was requesting. Sounded reasonable to me, I purchased my shirt, fabric and made my way out to place my order for my sons birthday. I received a phone call and email the very next morning because they made a mistake on the price. My order was $20, and they now changed it to $55. More than double.. I was not pleased, they wasted my time and lack the attention to detail. I asked the reason for the changes to the price and Jorge communicated "oh, it's just too much work!" That just confirmed they are not too attentive to what they are doing. Not to mention I placed an order last year and the price was $25. The embroidery was very similar to my order this year. But the price has outrageously more than doubled and this year I was provided my own fabric and last year I didn't. If you are looking to place an order with them be very sure they understand what your needs are because it is very likely there will be a mis on there end.
