After leaving the scream print lifted I came back and explained. He added more heat to it which made the screen print bubbly and look bad. I explained that it looked bad. He became irrate! I was just pointing out that it was not ok for it to look bad. It was not a cheap hat $20!!!! He started yelling saying that the material he pays for is $60!!! Wow! I was never yelling nor rude. I just needed a good hat for my daughters comp. I don't think I will ever be coming back. Please be mindful and ensure you are there to ensure your custom order is done right! He will not fix any issues he does wrong!!!!! You can go elsewhere for cheaper too!!!

Had some other work they did where delays and excuses were the norm. They don't respond to emails, or inquiries on orders. The only reason why I did it was because it was done in an hour. If you want the same and have a couple of days, use Printify. You can upload your graphics, pick the shirt(s) and have them shipped to you for a lot less. The same XL T-Shirt printed on both sides was $26 with Printify including shipping. They also have locations around the world so if you want to get shirts made for let's say, England, you can use their services there and not worry about international shipping. I do not work for Printify but I do not like getting screwed either and feel people need to know their options.
