Amazing customer service. Prompt to reply, went over and beyond expectations. My first time being team manager for my daughter's soccer team - had no idea what to do with the banner. Not too often will you find someone holding a career in a position they have a passion for. As long as I've known Mike from Prime Graphix, he has helped so many people, including myself, in all aspects of the art of Printing. My latest customer was wowed beyond belief when i took a small artwork of his caricature and gave it to Mike to play with. Mike took the little 4" by 4" piece of scrap paper with a doodle of a cartoon character of my coworker and transformed it into a 14" diameter window sticker for my coworkers recreational vehicle. His lifelike picture almost simulated a Simpsons cartoon character. That vehicle sits in our company's parking lot and is visited by many people to view.
