One day I was driving by and saw a big sign saying "A&J printing". As a customer I thought that I could rely on this shop one day if I needed their service. A couple of time passed by and decided to go print some documents I needed for school. George, the owner, and his wife were very welcoming to help me. I was very content with the service that I decided to go again and print some papers and laminate them. George and his wife, had suggested that I laminate my work so it would last. It was really helpful of them because my prints are risk free from getting wet. I kept coming back for the same laminating service and every time they were welcoming. I was impressed with their service that I decided to ask George to help me layout a business card for a taco catering service. I told him that I wanted something similar to a business card I had screenshot on my phone. He started googling some images online, downloading pictures into his computer. He got some images from google and started to distort them to make them different so "he I wouldn't get in trouble for copy right". I thought that George was an original business man. Aside from that, he was rushing me to pick a design quickly because he had to leave. I was very upset with not only his attitude but also because he's not original with his work. I told him that I didn't like how my business card was turning out, and also I didn't want to take someone's else credit of work. I went back on 1/18/17 to print out a paper to make a print for my Chegg book return delivery. I walked in and saw him busy on the phone. I greeted him and told that I need to print something. I knew the drill. There's an HP desktop computer (very old and slow) in front of the counter. I turned on the computer and it's on sleep mode. I waited until he stopped taking on the phone, and told him that the computer didn't work. He said, "just reset it". I told him, "I don't know how ur desktop worls", and he said, "I'm busy", Implying that he couldn't help me. I told him "are u refusing service to me?" He said, "if the computer doesn't work I can't help u because I'm doing a job that is paying me $200 an hour". So, what I understood is that he denied me service because he wasn't going to make a lot of profit from me, which is only $1 per copy. So, as a customer I told him that he was refusing service to me and that he was going to loose customer and if not already loosing customers. read more
