    Took me a while to write this review, but let me just say the service and craftsmanship here is top notch. I've had 2 cars done here and every time the service was great and quality of the product is fantastic. One time I even had a defect in a small area of tint and they replaced it with no issues. Can't recommend this place enough!

    First time here, found them on google, very friendly customer service, answered right away, one of the better prices in the area, life time warranty, and also done quickly I was able to sit there while the tint was being done. Will return and recommend.

    The owners response is disingenuous and misleading. Yes I waited a year and half, and in my original review I explained why. I gave you plenty of time to make good on your promises which unfortunately you never did, not even a follow up call. You made zero effort except to Deny, Deflect and Depose here. NOTE: The majority of reviews are not organic but solicited by Robert in exchange for a discount. A business that has to "Buy" positive reviews is questionable at best. Your attempting to refute my claims and deflect blame is abhorrent, speaking volumes about your lack of character, integrity and professionalism. 27 years in the business? I wouldn't brag about that considering how you've handled all this. That is not the flex you think it is. It's clear Robert you have no idea what you're talking about, are intentionally being deceitful, or confusing me with another person. I can't recall ever meeting your father, and I certainly wasn't having cash flow issues when I spent $56,000 cash on 2 Rovers within three months. There was not ever an issue with my phone or being able to contact me unless the issue was on your end. Fact is, I'd had this number since appx 2014, it wasn't new or recently changed as you're implying. It's par for the course you'd be deceitful about that. I did not bad mouth a previous business, I have no idea who did the work. I had just purchased the 2012 vehicle for cash from a private party. Regardless, I'm allowed to be unhappy with poor quality work and shame on you for suggesting otherwise. There was no 2005 Land Rover it was a 2006 and that is important because it's another point showing a lack of attention to detail, and brings into question the half-truths and misleading statements you're making just to suit your narrative. The pattern here is you lying, attempting to deflect, gaslight and shame me while you seem oblivious, lacking self awareness that your accusations are projections of your own behavior. You're absolutely responsible for getting water in my door lock module (on the inside of the door, behind the door panel). Your guys were rushing, having a hard time with the steamer removing the old tint, and having called employees in from your other location you still couldn't get it done on time. I mean, 27 years and you can't schedule properly? Please explain again how I'm at fault for your inability to properly schedule and manage your team? When I picked up the vehicle from you the alarm kept going off because the door lock module was waterlogged. As you well know the issue did not exist prior to drop off. At the time I wrote a long thread on RangeRovers.net documenting exactly how you damaged my vehicle, I went into great detail (as well as explained to you, not my fault if you're incapable of understanding) how it was damaged and what I had to do to repair it. At dealer rate it was at least $2300 of billable time, thankfully I was able to save the module or I'd have pursued other action. Based solely on the quality of work you did I'm sure I'm more qualified on this than "your guy". For the same reason It's easy to see why I wouldn't have faith in anyone you would refer me to. I happen to have more diverse experience than the average dealer tech and use the same specialized tools the dealer does. Word of warning to other customers, you don't ever take it to "their guy" as it is a conflict of interest. "Their guy's" whole job is to refute your claim and side with them. You demand a neutral 3rd party that you can select and they pay for it. There are legal remedies to enforce this. Don't fall for the "my guy will fix it" scam. Robert, a professional business takes responsibility for their mistakes. So let me ask you, in your response do you feel you owned your mistakes ? Because, all I see is deflection, gaslighting and refusal to admit that you damaged my vehicle, instead being deceitful and manipulative, trying to shame me. In which you've shown everyone your true colors with your own words and actions (pictures attached). I spoke with one of our lawyers about your tax scam and she agreed it is unethical and urged me to report you to the franchise tax board. If I'm lying you're welcome to sue me for libel and we can settle this in civil unlimited court. It would be great to get this all documented on the public record so there is no confusion and you can no longer twist the facts to suit your narrative. Fair warning: The countersuit I would file will more than likely allow me to take all your business assets which at a minimum will put you out of business and also stop you from deceiving others. Until then this isn't the hill you want to die on, you're woefully unprepared, reeking of ignorance like someone who hasn't showered in 27 years. Robert, I fear your father failed you. You have to be honest with yourself, before you lie to me.

    Vip was recommended to me by a friend, I reached out and got a very quick response from Robert. He answered all my questions and gave me a breakdown of services so I let him know I would be taking my car in within the next week. I stopped by before work just looking to possibly schedule an appointment to come in and to my surprise they said they would take me that same day! My tint was done within an hour and half, it was super quick, great quality, my car looks great, it definitely was long overdue for tinting. The lifetime warranty is also a plus! Thank you guys for squeezing me in and for the awesome service! I will be returning

After much consideration, I decided it was time to replace her stereo with something that had a few more bells and whistles. I wound up putting a project out and collecting bids with the best experience coming from Planet Stereo. Gilbert offered a great price, now let's go through the actual installation. I was quoted $500 out the door for a mechless receiver and all of the aftermarket parts to install. It was quite a steal. After looking up the specific stereo, I figured this was acceptable and made the drive. Gilbert suggested the install would take about 2 hours, so I planned for a good amount of time for this. Now, it did take longer than expected. However, I was warned of that when I arrived, as they were busier than normal the day I opted to drive over. They do have a lounge area where you can sit and watch TV while you wait. I would suggest bringing something to snack on. There are some restaurants somewhat nearby, but refreshments while at the store are lacking. That said, I was comfortable enough watching a Rams game while they worked away. The result was a perfect install. They did apologize for the length of time, but I was okay with that, since I got to watch the entire game. The gentleman working the floor (forgot your name, sorry!) walked me out to check out the job and show me some of the basic functions of the new deck. They did need parts that they didn't factor into cost, and included them at no additional charge to me. And the deck, while an off name, did have some very important features like wireless Apple CarPlay - a huge win at that price point. They even have a finance option, which can amount to 90 days same as cash (with small processing fee) or longer terms if needed. Great install, and great staff. Higher end options also available if you have the budget, which I did not.
