I happened to stumble upon this shop when I went for a smog check next door. I asked Tony if he would be able to put tint on my car windows, and he said that the process would take about 2 hours to complete. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, but he informed me that he doesn't go by appointments. So after my smog check was completed, I contemplated whether or not I would get it done. He did a fantastic job with my home windows. He is very knowledgeable and gave me his suggestion for the best type of window tint for my residence. He was very careful installing the window tint and he was extremely clean when he did the job. He cleaned after himself and left no mess at all. The quality of the window tint is extremely high. This is a long overdue review. I came here last May 9. I needed my windows tinted (again!). I was not satisfied on the guy who used to do my car window tint. Im very cynical on small private businesses. Had several not so good encounter with some. The ones i truly like, i give a good review. Murga is one of them. Tony the owner, has been transparent. He discussed how d process of window tinting to me, the choices (ceramic or carbon), the care, after care & of course....the price. We negotiated & came up with a deal that made us both happy. During the process, an accident happened with my third brake light. When i came to pick up my car, Tony was honest & very apologetically told me what happened. I initially felt upset but because of his honesty & sincere apology, & Tony fixed it by ordering me new 3rd break lights, My son who was with me, told Tony "no worries". Tony said, when the break lights So I waited. Then my son got a call yesterday from Tony saying, d break lights is ready. Today, I came. Tony was so apologetic. He installed d new 3rd break lights. To the very end, Tony was saying, He is sorry! This made my melt. To own up to your mistake is a sign of maturity. To fix it, is a sign of his good character. It took me this long to make this review, because I want to know if Tony deserves a good review! And he definitely deserves it!
