At first, he explained that he was about to go to lunch, which I completely understood, so I told him not to worry and that I would try to figure it out myself. But Gerard ended up being an absolute angel! Instead of leaving, he stayed and helped me through the entire process. He counted all of my pages, showed me how to properly place the papers in the machine, and stayed with me until I was completely finished. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. These days, truly exceptional customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt it was important to recognize Gerard. I know it has been almost a month since my visit, but I did not want his kindness and outstanding service to go unnoticed. Gerard, thank you so much for your patience, help, and support that day. You made what had been a stressful situation so much easier for me. You are truly appreciated, and whenever I return, I will definitely be looking for you because I know I will receive excellent service! Thank you again, Gerard, for going above and beyond.
