    Their customer service is poor. I worked with them to get my son's letterman jacket and was told it…read morewould take 6 weeks, it took 3 months. Had some other work they did where delays and excuses were the norm. They don't respond to emails, or inquiries on orders. Each time used them it seemed like there were constant excuses or emails not received, someone was sick, shipping delays etc. I finally got tired of the inconsistent communication and excuses. I would not recommend working with them. Tammy is not good at communicating and provides poor customer service.

    I used Wright Designs in 2022 to have about 125 items printed and embroidered over a few orders. I…read moreencountered multiple issues to the point where we had to find a new printer. I made a font change to the design proposal they sent, which was acknowledged and confirmed via email by Tammy with a revised design. When I came to pick the items up, they were embroidered with the wrong design. Obviously at this point, there's nothing that we can do to change their mistake because the damage has already been done. For this, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work which was not what we specified. After this, we still found ourselves back for another order, this time for travel gear. We had a trip planned and made sure to put in our order early enough to receive the items in time. The order was placed on January 17th, and the employees usually give a timeline of when the items will be completed by. We were told anytime up until February 9th at the latest. Come February 9th, we receive an invoice which now says their machine is down today and the items will not be completed until the 22nd, which was too late. Again, we were given a measly 5% discount and forced to pay nearly full price for work not done in the promised timeline because they decided to procrastinate until the final day and their machine had issues on that day. Throughout this process, both Tammy and another woman whose name I do not recall were rude and without any sense or urgency to fulfill our orders with accuracy or timeliness after us giving them over $1,500 of business. What pushed me to finally leave this review is now the printing that was done is fading, cracking, and peeling for many of our team members. So overall, poor quality work not done correctly or on time with employees who lack accountability for their mistakes and are rude to customers. If you can, I would definitely suggest going elsewhere. ***** Hi Tammy, I'd be happy to address a few things you mentioned in your comment. I have invoices from December 2021 and two in February 2022 for three orders placed with your company. The first order was smooth, so I had no reason to be wary of using your services again. The concerns about the incorrect embroidery were immediately made clear upon pickup of the items, and I'm not sure how that may have been fixed given the garments were already embroidered with the wrong design. With regard to the delay in completion, I was notified of this at 2:47 PST on the promised day of completion, and responded with my concerns via email within 3 hours at 5:18 PST on the same day, per my email records (please correct me if I'm wrong). I understand that may not be as quick of a response as you hope for, but I cannot always be on my phone. You also mentioned the gear that we used, which was in fact Lululemon. You are 100% correct that I did agree to a release of liability and was advised that your company had not previously worked with the brand. For this reason, I asked for your "professional" (and unofficial) opinion on whether you thought your services would be suitable for the apparel, to which I was told that there shouldn't be any problems, but that could not be guaranteed. I completely understand this, as you see waivers and releases almost everywhere now. I am not trying to hold you liable for anything, just sharing my personal experience after I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality, timeliness, detail, and customer service that was provided. I will not be deleting this review, as it is a factual account of our transactions. If you desired a different review, then better service should have been provided. If anything, you asking me to delete this speaks louder than the review itself. I genuinely do hope that this helps you guys improve in all aspects and ensures possible future customers' experiences are much better than mine.

    Please do not go here. The staff is so rude. The attitude of all of them. No greeting, no how do…read moreyou like your item, no thank you. They just turn their head when you walk in & don't even acknowledge you. It's like we're disturbing them to walk into their business. I had to greet them, I had to say have a good day. No customer service wha. As far as quality, it doesn't seem like the item was stretched or flattened en before stitching so it makes part of the product pop out between the letters. I had to ask them for scissors to snip part of the fabric that was sticking out which was not there when I dropped it off because the item was brand new. When I commented I thought the embroidery would look bigger all I got was "hmm, bigger?" No what were your expectations, I'm sorry you're not happy, how can we make this right. This is the last time I come here. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

    When I 1st use this company, it was the owner that spoke with me and made suggestion how to do the…read moreprint and it came out better than i expected. Since then their company grows bigger. Came in to order new embroidered shirts, the young girl seems to be just ok but not knowledgeable about their products. After a week or so, saw a missed call from them but no msg left, didn't think much about it. After a month of hearing nothing, called today and said it's been ready. Came in to pick up my items and saw the result, disappointed!!! It is confirmed the girl that helped me doesn't know their products well enought to suggest colors of the thread to use for specific shirts colors. Ughhhh... need to find other place!
