I wanted to support and stay local and I pass this place on my way to work everyday. Sooo I had just bought a dozen hats to get our business name printed on them. I emailed few times back and forth... the guy I was talking to was clearly annoyed and said why don't you just measure the one you have.. I kept telling him that I don't have one printed I was just wearing the hat with no logo on it. He was irritated by simple resizing and didn't want to help me get the correct sizing for my order. I knew messaging could be difficult so to make this a smooth process I stopped by the next day and asked him if he could just print my logo on paper to see what the sizing would look like.. he was very annoyed and irritated with my request.. like if it isn't his job to make sure sizing comes out correct. Reluctantly he resizes my logo and prints it out on a piece of paper... only two different sizes their "standard" and 3.5" I had mentioned that I love silk screening and printing for some odd reason he took offense and angrily said " why don't you just do it then" and he was about to kick me out and I said no I just like doing it I don't want to go buy a press and do it myself. I just enjoy the process. I borrowed their scissors and tape and mocked up my OWN HATS hahaha (see pics) isn't this his business and part of the service to mock up the hats. A week later I get a email or a call saying my order was ready. I pull out the first hat and see that they pressed it with so much heat that it ruined and burned into the fabric. I thought for sure it was an honest mistake and the rest should be fine... NO EVERY SINGLE HAT WAS BURNED! This is such a wasteful thing to do.. I Wasted time money energy and resources. It's very sad to see that people handle their business this way. I would never recommend them to anyone... I feel He did this intentionally and why I don't know I was only trying to get my order made and got treated terribly.. also if they don't see anything wrong with this then that's the level of service you can expect from them.
