Richard taking down all the details.

Richard has taken care of over 30+ projects for my workplace. Our employees are always impressed with the quality, precision, and delivery time that Tshirt-Factory is able to produce. There is a variety of blank apparel (samples) for you to choose from and you also have the ability to special order things in bulk as well. If you want to bring your own pieces to customize, he will honestly explain and recommend which option is better- embroidered or printed. Tshirt-Factory has been around for a really long time and is a trusted small business in the community.

I called t-shirt wholesale mart 2 days before my wedding because I realized I forgot to order honeymoon shirts for myself and my future husband! I contacted several Etsy vendors asking if they could rush order shirts that would be customized with our wedding date-- and some vendors said it was impossible while others said it was doable if I paid expedited shipping fee. Fortunately, I remembered T-shirt wholesale mart existed and that it is also near my house. I called and was told to come down and get my order placed. I did just that and we had the perfect shirts I wanted to pick up in 24 hours! The man I spoke to on the phone was an Asian man who was super nice and friendly. When we met in-person, he also helped me decide which size font would be best for our shirts. We have since work and washed our t-shirts and they still look as good as new. All of this was done for about $31! You could not get a customized shirt like that anywhere in that price point. So, thank you!

I went on a saturday to have embroidery done on a shirt and hat. Richard was at the counter, he doesn't seem to be a personable guy, never get a crack of smile from him. I had some embroidery done from him many years ago. It was cheap and quick. Now his price is competitive. He said it will take a week to have it done. Next Saturday comes, i went to pick it up. Upon arriving there, my shirt and hat were still untouch and on the counter. Anyway i gave him a second chance. His work is professional and right. Will I go to him in the future, maybe not. Updated: I'm taking 2 stars off from original review of 4 stars. After putting it on, i noticed the the word AMAZON is not level. The right side is lower than the left side.

Been comin here for maybe the past 10 yrs but nvr thot bout rating on yelp. Pro: pvt parking lot, maybe crowded on wkends tho. Good inexpensive prices for tshirts, jackets, hoodies. Inexpensive for lettering. Have an option to bring in your fabric o just use their stock. Con: theyre closed on sun now My latest was 2 greek letter items. $20 for dbl layer, 2 letters

Take a look at the shabby job they did on that pink jacket. I asked for MFM in the same script & I got a 5 year olds writing instead. The guy said it was my problem.

Custom fabric and bought the sweaters online. Most of them turned out pretty nice. Only one of the sets is completely dark.

I would give this negative stars if I could. I saw knock off Louboutin, Gucci, and Dior shoes in there. Two pair of shoes had both Gucci and Dior designs on the same shoes. The quality was subpar but they were charging $55 for knock off Gucci Wedges that only seem like emthe brand because of the logo. The silhouettes aren't anything close to those brands designs either. As for the service and unfriendliness, for context, I'm a male in his early 30s with a passion for fashion of all genders. I think fashion is a way to understand different cultures, and I don't know much about Korean culture. So after visiting the nearby goodwill I saw this store and walked over to check it out. Upon entering I could tell that it was a women's fashions store, which is totally fine. There's about 3 other female customers inside as well. I walk over to check out the shoes, and the person who seems like the owner or the person in charge there out of the 2 workers walks over eme right away and says "No men, only women clothes." I tell her that's OK, and that I'm just there to look. 20 seconds later, she asks "what size do you need?" and I tell her no size, that I'm just looking. Next I'm walking slowly around the checking out some of the clothes that they have, trying to understand what fashion trends are popular in Korea, and she's following me at the same pace, only about 5 feet from me. After her last question she ask me again a minute later "what size you need?". I tell her no size, I'm just looking. And that I was a passion for fashion. I like both men and women's fashion. She says "I don't understand, you let me know if you need size." I say OK thank you. I'm continuing walking around the store slowly taking everything in. A minute and a half later she asks "you no buy?" I try to tell her my interest and philosophy about fashion, and she says "I don't understand, I speak Korean". At this point I wise up a little bit and try to use Google Translate audio to speak to her. Again, I tell her about my passion for fashion using translated Korean and she something to the effect of "This is a business, I sell clothing here." At this point I really want her to understand why I'm in here, and as I use type out in Google translate my passion and philosophy to Korean, she starts talking fashion to her co-worker in Korean. I don't fully understand what their saying, but I do understand "Plaza security" coming from their mouths. At this point, I'm shook. I erase my message, and quickly type out that I also like women's fashion, that I'm sorry, and wish them a merry Christmas again using Google Translate. I left right after that. They seemed to ease up after that, but the unwelcoming environment, close following, and lack of making an effort to understand me made this a very hostile environment. I understand that there may be some culture differences, but I've shopped in other Korea businesses in So-Cal with no issues. I'm a pretty optimistic person, but I lost some faith in humanity after visiting this store.

Told her just looking around and she responded by telling us the store was closed, she kicked us out but after we left, allowed other people who were Asian (we were not Asian) to enter the store and shop. My work is down the street so I decided to drop in and kill some time on my lunch break. I was greeted by a friendly store associate who let me know of the discounts and specials they have going on. Fat discounts, "better than the outlets" because they're trying to move their inventory in order to carry more higher end designer brands. I proceeded to check out the polarized sunglasses (they have Ray Bans, Tom Ford, D&G, etc.) but none of the styles appealed to me. So I moved over to the clothing section. They carry Siwy denim, Joe's jeans, Free People, 100% cotton tees, yoga apparel, and so on. There's discounts on those too, and the more you buy the better % amount you get off. Then I moved over to shoes- Asked if they carried sandals (I've been looking for the perfect pair of slide sandals), and saw they carried Rainbows and Havaianas! Score. Purchased a pair of each for $49 total, what a steal. (They were half off). When you sign in on Yelp, you receive a free 7oz tin of Eva's Glow body scrub (worth $35) since they're out of Dermalogica products. The associate was very attentive and friendly, also well knowledged in everything they carry. I thought it was a bit awkward when she followed me around the store from the minute I entered, but she was so helpful. Great customer service, girl! Would definitely recommend checking this store out.
