I pointed out a jersey I had no idea were youth only sizes and he said the adults are on the other side. Life must suck especially for the owners that pay for 4 employees to run customers out if the store looking to spend money.

This is the very first and only item I'm trying return from many purchases I've made on Dick's online store. The store manager told me they can't accept the return because the shoes are creased, dirty and it looks like I've used them outdoor a bunch of times, after I told him I used it twice indoor. Basically he called me a liar. They asked me why is it creased. I told them you can have a brand new pair and take 10 steps in them, they will crease due to the design. I even offered to demonstrate with a new pair, then he immediately said "we don't sell those shoes here." He mentioned that he's been selling shoes for 18 years and my return is the 5th time someone trying to do the same thing that day. They keep asking me why didn't I try the shoes inside my home? Well, they're basketball shoes so I had to try it at an indoor run. What am I gonna do, play basketball inside my house? They also asked why I ordered it if I know it's half a size bigger, so I told them that it's recommended to order half a size bigger for Nike sports shoes. Honestly I don't know why I spent so much time arguing with them when they can just tell me that it's against policy and that's the end of it. I could have just left to do the return online (which I did, smoothly.) At least now I know why it's called DICK'S Sporting Goods, because they hire mostly dicks to work at this location.

Upon entering, I went straight to the middle of the store, where many Yeti and Stanley products are on display. It took me all of twenty seconds to find the perfect tumbler for my daughter. It was pink and glittery. I was a happy camper with the tumblar. The only negative for me was that I had a couple of questions regarding the tumblers and a few other items I was interested in purchasing; however, I was unable to locate an available employee to assist me, as the only two employees I observed were the two cashiers at the front of the store.

It wasn't that busy but we walked around the store to see what else they had. It's a nice store, they have the outdoors equipment that you could need or want. Asked for help to try to find a broken in glove for him but they had no idea what we were talking about. So we got the one that his dad showed us they were looking at. So much to look at I was tempted on a long board but would rather get it at a skate shop. But really like this location close by, small parking lot but the same as Target so there is plenty of parking. Thank you so much for all your help in helping us find the perfect glove and sizes. Even though we couldn't find a broken in one we got a gift receipt so hopefully they can go back and find the one they want. Appreciate all your help and friendly customer service.
