Came in for a football jersey. 4 guys standing around chatting with no customers in the store. When we asked if my husband could try one on the guy gave me a bad look and said "which one?" I pointed out a jersey I had no idea were youth only sizes and he said the adults are on the other side. And he walked away back to his other work buddies that are all doing nothing just slumped over chatting with bad looks. Life must suck especially for the owners that pay for 4 employees to run customers out if the store looking to spend money. read more

I've never been anywhere they refuse to sell you merchandise that is displayed with a price tag in the store! Literally found an Ohtani jersey nestled between two other jerseys and it had some janky hand written tag on it. Went to go pay and the girl told me she couldn't find it so I couldn't purchase. It's the NBA playoffs and my 9 year old, who LOVES basketball, got straight A's this school year and wanted an authentic NBA jersey for his hard work. Fair enough. We dipped into Fanzz and immediately saw jerseys he wanted, from classic OG Wilt "the stilt" Chamberlain to Kobe, to Tatum, to AD and Jordan, of course. But those were the ADULT sizes. The kid's sizes were more limited. NO Kobe?! No Jordan?!!! WTH? There was a ton for Rodman and Pippin, why, idk, and some AD and Bron, but no others my son wanted. Until he found a classic '85-'86 season Larry Bird Celtics jersey in kids large. It was a little big, but it brought the biggest and cheesiest smile on his face...and that's really what it's all about, anyway. We went to Red Robin and saw the game with his Jersey on while we ate pizza and wings. Man, it doesn't get better than that with your boy of 9 years representing his team. I only wish he could've represented the GOAT, MJ, and the mamba, Kobe, RIP. I mean, those kids' jerseys should always be around, right? Am I missing something? Nah, it's just Fanzz missing it. The two men employees that were working on July 12th at 12:30pm were very rude. Both of them were on their cell phones and i asked them for guidance on a particular item, they ignored us. My husband and myself went to get a refund on a jersey he got me for Xmas. We went into the store today at 2pm. 12/26/24. We had gift receipt and credit card that was used for the purchase. Spoke to store manager. He said his name was Miquel. Had no badge on so I really don't think that was his name. We are both elderly. He made us drive back home to get original receipt in order to get refund. There was also a skinny employee raising his voice to my husband about not allowing us to get a refund. No name badge as well. Blake the other employee in the store was polite. He was the only employee with name badge on. We will never step a foot into that store ever again. read more

Lazy staff. Went in to make an exchange same day of the original purchase, same hat different size. They were supposed to email me my receipt but I never got it. They didn't want to make the exchange because the tags were off and brim was curved (they removed the tags and curved the brim at a fee, which they did NOT disclose). I asked the person in charge if he can contact his Manager, he said he was gone and advised that I go upstairs to Lids, the parent company I guess. Went to Lids the woman there, very helpful, quickly called them and their Manager, Isaiah and told them to look up my receipt in the system. I had to go back downstairs to complete the exchange. Bad customer experience. All of this could've been avoided if the first person would've contacted his Manager. I will not be wasting my time at this location. read more

I visited this store twice in one day as the first time I didn't see exactly what I was looking for. Each time I was approached immediately. I was helped and customer service was great. I was told about a $5 membership ( 1 year ) that saved me $9 on my purchase. I did ask one gentleman if they had a particular towel and was told they did not have it but the second gentleman over heard and realized they may have what I wanted and I ended up buying that item. Feeling really luck today. Called this store today & associate Brian here, finds my list pin. Came In yesterday & tried on a jersey in the back. My pin was on my jacket & must've popped off when I was trying on my gear. I go & look in the mirror today & it was gone. I began looking everywhere in my car, under seats, on the floors. Nothing. Began to trace my steps & recalled, maybe the store found it where I was trying on the jersey? Called the store & broke it down. Asks where I was I. The store & BINGO! Brian finds it. Shawn told me about a small promo they have if you buy a jersey you get a hat 25% off so I also decided to get my boyfriend a hat, why not! Great store with variety of jerseys, if they don't have it the employees can help you order the jersey online through their webpage. Went today to get a Rockies jersey but they didn't have it. The employee at the shop helped me order it online. Been here a few times and I've never had an issue with them. This establishment is ridiculous. The store clerk totally screwed my husband and I over because we aren't LA fans. We bought 2 Giants shirts for the upcoming game and the clerk purposefully didn't remove the security tags off of our items, so we would have to return back to the store. I know this because the monitor went off when we exited and when we returned into the store, the clerk said to just continue on.. that he had removed the tag and that the monitor was just finicky. Now we have to go all the way back to get them taken off. Real jerk move dude. Not impressed. read more

Shopping Should Not Be a Political Rant Fest I have shopped at this particular Fanzz many, many times. I have always enjoyed the service and the conversation... until two days ago. One of the Associates, or Salespersons, whom I have had previous great dealings with in the past was listening to a conversation between myself and another Customer concerning his former hometown of San Francisco. Well, young (I will call him Red), heard and interjected. Not only about the content of a private conversation, but the context as well. To make a long story short, Red became agitated about the Political aspect of a personal conversation and became vigorously engaged in subjecting myself and the other Customer to his "Views" and 20 years of life experience and in doing so belittled the combined 106 years of Mine and the Other Customers', whilst forgetting we were in fact buying from that establishment, not having wanted to be lectured by such a young person as well as someone whose sole purpose is to provide a service, not Political Rantings. In short, I found his demeanor and attitude very unprofessional and inappropriate. Regardless of his views, (as well as someone who borrowed a Dolley from Red), who called myself and the other Man "Ladies" as he rolled by, to be a negative experience. It does not, however, mean I will not shop there again, but in the future the young Man should stick to his LANE and mind his Manners. His Political and Personal Views have NO bearing on what Sports Apparel I buy nor the manner in which a Customer should be engaged whilst shopping. Otherwise, the store is very well kept, presentable, and still provides great selections in Professional Sports Apparel. Leave your sass at home kiddies, it is a job, not Berkley... That is all. If there was a way to give no stars I would! Worst customer Service ever! Bought gifts from this store. No one can exchange them for the right size or right color due to their so-called verbal store policy. They were very happy to get the sale, but they don't advertise their policy on exchanges. What a waste of time effort and money. Definitely go somewhere else to buy sports apparel, in my opinion. read more
