I just left this Lids location and was a very unsatisfied customer. I bought a beanie from another lids store and they forgot to that the sensor off. So I took the receipt and the beanie to Brea location. Joseph was the lids employee that help me. I show him the receipts and the beanie. Joseph look at the sensor and was like I need to take it to that location I got it from. I was like I got it from lids I just need the sensor off. After his smart remark. I asked for the store location number not the phone number to the store. After telling him 10 times he finally gave it to me. I'm going to put a picture with this review.

The mister wanted a Laker hat and we had just visited E4hats.com in Fullerton and could not find one. I found a Nasa ball cap at E4hats.com for $21 and had to have it cause it was 4th of July weekend, I'm a science buff, it was red and it was a simple buckle design at the back. We came to Lids and I thought for sure a Laker hat would cost $30 - $40 and I was right BUT the caps were on sale and he got it for $15!! Lids has great sales! Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted his money (thanks mister!) on a Nasa baseball cap made in a factory warehouse and bought something licensed and official at Lids for CHEAPER! I can't find a Nasa ball cap at Lids though, so I'm happy with the hat, but it's worth it to checkout Lids for all your hat needs before you go online or elsewhere.

Customer service can be better. Went in there guy working doesn't give a shit not helpful just nods at u. Would not go back or recommend.

I came to A Snail's Pace in Brea on Black Friday weekend hoping to finally get properly fitted, and I'm so glad I did. Nicolette helped me and made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. She took the time to analyze my gait, explained that I have low arches and a neutral stride, and helped me find the perfect shoe. I ended up with the Saucony Ride 18 plus Superfeet inserts with maximum cushioning, and I can already tell these are going to be game-changers for my training. What I appreciated most was that Nicolette didn't rush me, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to break in the shoes properly. She genuinely cared about getting me into the right shoe for MY feet and MY running goals. The store had great Black Friday sales too, which was a nice bonus. If you're in the market for running shoes and want expert help, ask for Nicolette - she knows her stuff and will take great care of you!

She said it was going to be about 30mins, no problem for us- we went down the street to get a slice of pizza and by the time we got back, our name got called. Our salesperson (Grant, I believe was his name) answered all our questions and recommended the perfect running shoes for me and my husband. I didn't realize I have wide feet so good to know when buying shoes. I also thought prices were good, I was expecting it to be overpriced at a place like this. Overall, great customer service and experience.

I love that this store is located on the outside so that it is easy to access from the parking…read morestructure across the building. The workers are very kind and friendly everytime I come here. They have offered to open up the dressing room for me and help me get my size. The store itself isn't large but it doesn't feel messy. They do a pretty good job keeping everything folded and neat. The sales racks are usually there but the selection is prefer limited depending on when you go. In terms of value, the prices are high but really worth your money. My lulu pieces last me for years. The store is accessible from the outside courtyard area. The associate who fetched my pick up order was very efficient and helpful. The line to get my shirt returned was long and slow. There were at least 4 visible associates on the floor but only 1 person ringing people up at cash wrap. I had about 6 customers ahead of me in line and it was a bit of a head scratcher to me why at least one more associate couldn't jump in to help the cashier some extra support. Overall I thought the merchandising was done nicely and the store felt nice and open. The newest polka flock gears were available and I also liked the varieties of accessories to ogle at during my wait in line. Unless I have another in store pick up I have to make here due to a merchandise availability, I don't anticipate returning. The laborious nature of finding parking, long wait in line, and the outdoor entrance only nature of the store makes this a no for repeat visit.
