I love that this store is located on the outside so that it is easy to access from the parking structure across the building. The workers are very kind and friendly everytime I come here. They have offered to open up the dressing room for me and help me get my size. The store itself isn't large but it doesn't feel messy. They do a pretty good job keeping everything folded and neat. The sales racks are usually there but the selection is prefer limited depending on when you go. In terms of value, the prices are high but really worth your money. My lulu pieces last me for years. I had an order to pick up and a shirt to return. Parking was a challenge due to the ongoing construction and detours throughout the mall. The store is accessible from the outside courtyard area. The associate who fetched my pick up order was very efficient and helpful. The line to get my shirt returned was long and slow. There were at least 4 visible associates on the floor but only 1 person ringing people up at cash wrap. I had about 6 customers ahead of me in line and it was a bit of a head scratcher to me why at least one more associate couldn't jump in to help the cashier some extra support. Overall I thought the merchandising was done nicely and the store felt nice and open. The newest polka flock gears were available and I also liked the varieties of accessories to ogle at during my wait in line. Unless I have another in store pick up I have to make here due to a merchandise availability, I don't anticipate returning. The laborious nature of finding parking, long wait in line, and the outdoor entrance only nature of the store makes this a no for repeat visit. read more

Honestly, the worst athletic/ athleisure store I've been to. I tried to ask about their return policy because I was buying a gift and the employee just ignored me and couldn't be bothered to help me with my purchase. I get I'm not their normal clientele but definitely a little rude to be ignored when I'm trying to purchase something at this store, that's especially significantly expensive for athletic wear. this location is one of the smaller stores ive visited but the staff here are all really nice and helpful they were out of my size in the align high rise pant but i ended up getting the align high rise short 6" but i do like their 4" better. the gal working let me know that since i have a lululemon membership, i can get these shorts hemmed to 4" for no charge! i can visit any store, she did tell me not all stores have in house hemming service but can send out for alterations! my s/o likes the ABC pants, so ordered a few bc they didn't have the size/color combo in store lulu is expensive, but so other their competitors i love their fit and washes well parking: ground and parking garages. store is located on the first floor. in btw jcpenney and nordy's read more

Tailoring service was terrible. A reference from my previously purchased and tailored Lululemon pants was provided to the person pinning the clothes. Upon pickup, I mentioned it was too short and the employee mentioned they can't do anything about it and that's the best they can do. I returned again and the store manager refuted that nothing about these pants can be done and I already signed. Manager and employees don't care. Wish they cared more to fix the issue they did on the pants. Reporting terrible customer service experience as long as it conveniences them and it's not their money they're wasting. read more

this is actually the worst customer service experience i've ever had. one of the employees was disrespectful but the manager was the worst! so incredibly disrespectful and also racist. i can not imagine her speaking in such a disrespectful manner to a white customer. she was giving my mom attitude simply because of her lack of fluency in english. the employees made a mistake tailoring her clothes, and they tried to blame my mom. i can understand where there is a miscommunication and that is something she can look out for in the future, but the manner in which the manager spoke to my mom and me was indescribably disgusting. I want to give Leslie a huge shout out for helping me out! She was so thorough & helped me find the perfect fit & really went above and beyond with customer service. Be aware of lululemon gift cards, my daughter tried using hers yesterday & worker said nothing was on card. We called corporate & they said it was used that same day & they wouldn't tell her where? While it is excessively overpriced for a pair of yoga/exercise leggings/tights ($128), they are a comfortable fit when working out. The leggings are breathable and absorb sweat after exercising. Just make sure to size up from your usual size; I had to size up to a 6 instead of my 2 or 4 sizing. They are made super slim fit in all the different styles or maybe just the Wunder Train HR Tight 25" Pockets style I chose. Kind customer service from the retail associate that helped me at the register with my merchandise return (Everywhere Belt Bag and Clippable Card Pouch I received as a Christmas gift) for store credit deducted from my purchase was a seamless process. read more

I was looking for a couple of pairs of shorts and some shirts and my friends recommended Lululemon. This store in conveniently located in the Brea mall so we went in to take a closer look. Wow! I really liked the soft stretchy material that the shorts were made of , there was was flat and textured material and I bought 4 pairs of shorts and 3 shirts. I must be honest here, this clothing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The quality in the material and the stitching were obviously of high quality. The shirts were made of the same material. I loved that they had XXL sizes, I'm a big guy! The staff working there was helpful even though the store was busy. There looked to be a great selection of clothing for women also. I took my new purchases home and they fit so well and felt so nice that I went back 2 hours later and bought 1 more pair of shorts and 2 more shirts. Thanks Dani for helping me out today! My husband had a pair of lulus that ended up with holes near some of the pockets and the zipper over time. He mentioned that lululemon stands behind their product and guarantees free exchange. I checked their website and sure enough: "If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back." I showed Dani what happened and she immediately implemented the promise. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact product in stock but she was able to mail it directly to our home. They won't repair, made up some Bs "company policy" that they cannot repair ripping pants without receipt but I went to Cerritos location and right away they repaired my pants with no questions and did it quickly. I just witness a mom of two young children leave the store teary in the hands of a worker- blonde working in leggings. The mom moved the stroller all the way to the side as far as she could in your tiny store- have a worker rudely ask her to find another location that is not in a walkway... as the worker WALKED BY the stroller that was "in a walk way". The mom immediately looked dumbfounded and teary. WOW- do better. For a company who flies an "inclusive" flag but doesn't treat WOMEN and a MOM trying to shop with kindness, grace, and respect- take that flag down you should not be posting it because I witnessed that mom feel not included. Side note- the mom appeared to be wearing multiple lululemon items. She quickly stopped shopping, went to the register, and left. The customer service here has gone down significantly, I've been here twice within the last month and both times the employees don't offer to help. I was standing in front of the fitting room, there was no employee there to let guests in and help them if they need another size or style. They pick and choose what guests they want to help and if they think you're not going to purchase anything they won't help you. The guy at the register doesn't even greet you or say anything to you as he rings up your items. I was in line for over ten minutes. There were about I would say 10 employees walking around as it was not busy and 1 person assisting at the register a customer who was ordering at the register. I understand that sometimes there's work that I don't know about and that people are tired after Black Friday etc, but other than in the line, there were no customers in the store, so please Lululemon, train and structure your teams better, we have been long time customers and usually order online, but when something is needed quickly, it would be nice to be able to get it in the store. read more

I have been a fan of Lululemon since they first came around the USA. I'm glad this company has become so popular and globally known. This place is a new store located on the first floor of the Brea mall. It's close to the Apple store, Cotton on and this local candy store. I came here during the morning and found that service is so good!! The lady was really nice and told me all the new items that they got in the store. She also pointed to a very full clearance section. But just for you guys to know if it is on clearance you aren't able to return it. So I would really suggest in trying on the clothes before you buy anything. The fitting room area was clean and I just like the setup they have in this location. I recently bought a few items that I am in love with! What I purchased: Define jacket *rula in the color blue- I have an old define jacket but in a different color so I picked this really pretty blue. Fits perfect and looks good! Wonder Under 7/8 tight pants in black- I wanted to buy another one in a longer length! The material feels nice and can't wait for wear it for my workouts. Wool Leg Warmers- I know people might be thinking this is a total rip off but I think leg warmers are key to an awesome look, especially when your lower legs look like chicken legs. It keeps me warm for sure. Overall service and people were really nice can't wait to come back to get more things. We physically went to the store on 3 different occasions and we were informed that the manager will reach out to us. Nobody has ever called us. Customer service here is terrible. Typically shop at South Coast Plaza for this reason. I've been a loyal customer the last 15 years, I've spent plenty with the company. I brought in a set that they said was too old to replace, the tags in the outfits were still in tact, you can tell it has hardly ever been worn. I went at 2:05pm, I was told by a previous employee that I could bring my outfit in to have looked at and replaced. There was a tear in a spot on the fabric on the back of the pants that should not have happened. Girl at middle register was extremely rude, who is apparently the manager. She wouldn't give me her name, she had dark hair, and the blonde at the far right was the one who was helping me. She told me that April 15th there's a policy that says you can't have anything replaced. I think it's ridiculous that it is with in a 2 week window of that policy being rolled out that they could not make an exception besides turn me down and tell me to go to south coast plaza. Which for I definitely will from now on. And I just want to make it know how rude these girls were. read more
