waiting  20 minutes for Rigo and Juan, looking for the pair of shoes while the manager Jessica stands there and does nothing  Poor service

I went to buy three pairs of shoes on Christmas Eve. I told the shoe salesman Rigo that I wanted three pairs when I get up to the register there's only two back there. I end up waiting 20 minutes at the register while I'm there I spoke to Jessica the manager explained my frustration and the level of service. Jessica Jessica did nothing to assist me nor did she offer to look for the shoes finally 20 minutes later standing at the register. Rigo comes back to me and tells me they can only find the one right shoe on display nor can they find the box. The store has the worst customer service.

Employees were friendly, greeting us when we walked in the store. Brand name shoes are pricier here than other shoe stores in the Brea Mall.

Every time I come here the employs helping on floor are not friendly and borderline rude, it makes me hate shopping there.

In the SA defense, they are very nice when they assist. Even checkout was self service. Pick up orders on the left by self service and pick up returns on the right. You basically have to box up your return for online. This location is very spacious. The selection looked ample but there's a lot of blank space throughout. I really think they can make a seating area for the men hahaha.

I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

I'm not impressed! I've attempted to shop here twice. It isn't close for me...about 35 minutes…read moreaway. The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

Great selective brands with prices varying depending on what from alittle under $50 ~ $1000 per item. The girl mentioned Rag & Bone, Reigning Champ and Claire Vivier? Comin this summer. I guess if you like shops like Ron Herman or Unionmade w/o the far drive up, this is the shop!

Buyer beware you won't get shopping refunded. There was a really long line when I arrived. Thankfully it went by rather quickly for the size. 5/5 Parking Parking is abundant in this shopping center. You don't have to walk far unless you don't like parking next to anyone, plenty of those spots available. 5/5 Likelihood to Return Overall the store was very tidy compared to other NR. Let's be real with ourselves--most of us are not part of the 1%. That interlude matters because I was at the register with my mom when her card declined. She was trying to make a payment and then, immediately after, use her card to buy our merch. Let me just say--it was a timely transaction and very public. However, our cashier was the opposite of judgmental. She was kind. Honestly, truly kind. [Amy, are you a Christian?] My mom was shaking, embarrassed, and trying to just get out of there. I stayed calm, coaching her through it and explaining that it was fine. Amy kept apologizing, saying sorry, and going above and beyond to smooth out the chaos. This is that part of humanity you hardly get to see. Forget customer service awards--Amy, you deserve a big blessing. Nordstrom Rack should be so appreciative to have you. I hope they see your value and give you more. Thank you for being a kind human!
